I just emailed the President, Tony Shupin at DDSI and this is his response: "The 10k for 2004 is at the request of the SEC for restatement purposed. I am putting a website notice to shareholders explaining the refiling. The 2005 10K will be published on April 17th...(we had to do the 2004 first...then submit the 2005)

Great news. I've noted in the past that DDSI usually pops about 5-7 days after they file.

I have no idea why. But, I remember one time, they filed and nothing happened so I sold out. Bad move. I missed the run. I literally lost out on a 18k opportunity.

I'm not making the same mistake twice. I'm holding until at least .0015.

since then the additional 2B shares are issued...
could be .0004 for some time until it run...
