Well if they felt it were about to run wouldn't it be better to be on the bid so they can buy shares than the ask to sell the shares they already have at the same price it has been selling at now for two weeks? They did not want it to UT tick. Some people may see the 10Q and see that it stayed the same, therefore put in sales * 0.0003. When I change my buys and sales in low float, I can tell exactly which MM is handling my trades. Just because there is an MM on the ask does not necessarily mean it is an MM selling, it can very possibly be someone selling their own shares.
