lol, I'm not "negative"; I could almost care less...but one thing I do here is help steer folks toward DD. Another thing I do is *ask* questions--answers might steer me.
Put it this way: two well-known plays on this board are RavenMoon and WiFi TV: lol, can't cite current tickers offa the top of my head--they change often. Anyway, they have a repeated cycle dilution-r/s-run-dilution-r/s. Each time leading to a run, you'll see newbs get all excited and post about "real product" and retiring rich yada yada. Some older hands will post the background and immediately get labeled as bashers yada yada. It runs a bit, then the cycle repeats. Of course, by then there's a dozen new threads, so the DD is no longer in-thread...
In cases like these, the question becomes, "what has *changed* ie, how/why this is now a "real deal"?
peeps get confused about "pumping" v "bashing"
facts are facts...
But, as you alluded in your first reply, we have many newbs here and many, many lurkers. It does the board no good to let them get burned without pointing out a few things. The more good, solid, honest traders we have, the better. But when someone gets burnt on a scam, it can reflect on the board. They may go elsewhere, which is their choice--or they may give up trading just because some scammer got to them. That's not good.

Im guessing that a company with a similar name duped people around 2000..

its UNREAL the depth that people will go to bash this stock, totally strange.
has like a qbid following but this stock may actually make you money.
I got in at .0001 at the last second, had my order filled in 1 second. only way it can go lower is if they pull a pacel or go bkrupt, in that case i have 8 billion preffered.

I tried buying more at 1 all day but my order didnt go through though, think I was trying to buy too many shares though. It wasnt RB, another new board that has only been open for a couple weeks.

i still have 2% of the float, plus the full div, whatever that might be, but keep in mind with the massive shorting on this stock 2% is like 6%, if it ever goes up.
bashing or discussions about scams are a little pointless for a pink pos trading at 0.0001.

I never said RSHN run was over you idiot. I said be careful with it because as fast as it goes up it will go back down twice as fast one day.
Now as for paim...game over. I sold the rest of my shares today before it finds its resting place deeper than the mine they have that doesn't exist.

But it still leaves me with asking what is the hype all about with PAIM though? Please give me your honest opinions where this company is going within the next month or after.....
I really think this stock is legit despite all the weird names and sandy winnick connections. If its all a lie well call me sally and whip me with jelly beans because the timeline all the PRs are on, and the DD i've done all match up really well. No loophole in any of it except this whole F/S deboggle, which is in the process of being straightened out.
Ive spent 6 months in the philippines so i know a lot is lost in the translation of cultures from time to time and some of they do have weird names.
I think the stock will run between the 7th and 17th but thats my novice guesstimate. After that I predict slow growth until the end of the 3rd quarter and beginning of the 4th quarter when this stock is pulling in its $300million in revenue.
Another thing is watch out for is PAIM is currently trying to get the permit for the rest of the 1800 hectares at the XYZ mining site. I think once they acquire it they could find additional deposits of gold. Most of the mines they work on are old abandoned mines that have been sitting there for years. That means there is less work to be done.
This company has no debt and expense costs should not be high since filipino labor is extremely cheap.
Literally and figuratively a friggen gold mine.

I had a nice chat with PAIM IR guy Richard Miller today. He answered the phone when I called and we had a nice 10 or 15 minute chat. He is adamant that this is not a scam, that Pearl Asia is a very nice and sincere lady, and everything she has told him so far has been true.
I tried to get details of how the Preferred stock distribution would work, but he didn't yet have details and seemed a little unknowing in how the shares would be distributed and/or priced.
He also reiterated that Pearl has said NO REVERSE SPLIT, at least for the time being.
