How cool would it be if we have an EOD run today and this goes up to .005? But its hard to believe something like this will happen anytime soon. Restricted :|

lol what exactly is "gay" about today's run and close? and for that matter, what would be a heterosexual closing price?

a stock can be very gay, u just didnt know. well a gay stock is a stock that doenst do what you would love from it to do, ie: close green and gap up, climb each day a little higher...make you some money.
a gay stock is a stock thats on a flatline for days.

I still have confidence this will doulbe in less then a few weeks. the flatline is a ploy to get other to sell as they get bored. then MM's, which theyve done, accumulate. then, ala, PAIV, boom!
may not happen like PAIV, but this will go up at least 2x to 4x value. could take a month to see big return, maybe more, maybe less, thats the game, but it will go.
Hope it stays low til Monday( sry guys), so I can put in big buy. My only fear with this stock is: I try flipping for 1st time, and it keeps skyn, or I dont and it goes up good portion, then down again (like it did last week). lol

ud think most people that made big profit wouldve already sold though. So most have bought now id say from .001 to .005. How a stock price can keep going down if there is few sells and mostly buys is beyond me. Plus, wasnt this one of those big shorted stocks?
you may be right and this may go down to .0005, but I think we've had good hold around .002 with lots of buys. Also, have the MM's really let this go? was the part-day hit to .006 it? Hope Im not the only one that thinks this will hit over .004 soon. lol

Rip, I did. only because I wokeup that day and it was at that lvl and I changed my mind on selling(greed) and bought more(sold other sotcks for a loss) after seeing others(big names) say it was gng to a penny and past.
That coupled with the fact i coulda rebought at .0025 and sold it again at .006 and then bought again now....thats what made me wanna puke!
Greed, cost me big gain, 2 flips, and more big gains and a crappa load of cash!. lol
So, Im gng to do as Id have done if Id have had a 100G, Im gng to buy in again low with what I have available and wait for it to get over .004 again.
I'll see how that day is progressing to determine whether to finally start flipn or not.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries Approaches Completion of the 90% Buy Back Business Wire - August 04, 2006 09:45
MANILA, Philippines, Aug 04, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pearl Asian Mining (OTC:PAIM) announced today that it has completed more than 80% of the buyback of its 30 billion common shares bringing the outstanding below 5 billion common shares. However, the Company believes that regardless of the fact that NASD has only published 9 million shares of PAIM on the brand new short-interest list, the system is so new that it has not picked up the real short interest estimated to be in the billions. There may also be confusion from those that are responsible for providing the short interest data to NASD, due the fact that the buy back was not completed at the time of publication, and due to the possibility that preferred shares may have been used to cover up common share shorts. It has also come to light that many have miscalculated that the convertible debentures are convertible to common at .001 when in fact the conversion to common is at the cost of $.01 per share, and miscalculated that the preferred are currently convertible to common at 1,000 to 1 when the current convertibility is 10,000 preferred to 1 common.
Shareholders that opt to convert their CDs to common shares at the previously set conversion rate of $0.01 per common share, shall surrender their CD note/s to PAIM or its transfer agent. PAIM shall then effect transfer of common share certificates from its treasury to the CD holder and cancel the surrendered CD from its books.
In a similar manner, shareholders may also now convert their preferred shares to common shares. From today up to March 30th, 2007, shareholders may convert at the rate of 10,000 preferred shares for each common share by surrendering their preferred share certificates to PAIM or its transfer agent. PAIM shall then effect transfer of common share certificates from its treasury to the preferred shareholder and move the surrendered preferred shares into its treasury.
To reward long-term holders of preferred shares, shareholders who choose to convert their preferred shares to common may do so at the following conversion rates, with more favorable conversion rates for longer holding periods:
Period Conversion Rate
March 31, 2007-March 30, 2008 5,000 preferred for each common share March 31, 2008-March 30, 2009 2,500 preferred for each common share March 31, 2009-March 30, 2010 1,250 preferred for each common share March 31, 2010-March 30, 2011 625 preferred for each common share March 31, 2011 and after 500 preferred for each common share
All CD notes and preferred shares converted to common shares shall be retired. PAIM expects dilution from the aforementioned conversion to be minimal during the first years, considering the favorable terms for long-term holders of the CD notes and preferred shares, not to mention the potential development of separate markets for CD notes in Yellow Sheets and preferred shares under another stock symbol in the Other OTC Market.
