Hang in folks... This should have run like a scalded dog today on the buyback news...I watched the MM's pile on the bid to hold it...The MM's are holding on for dear life...but...the squeezzzeee is coming and they won't be able to hang on anymore...
Stay positive...just a matter of time...It could just run anytime ...news or not...Scumbag MM's have slippery...slimy hands...can't hang on much longer till it's time to settle up...IMO

Chad, they said they are real close to the 90%, fliping might get caught in the heat especially u have to go through the brokerages to buy it, i am in at a ok entry point, almost breaking even each day, fliping might be costly if u miss the run giving how impredictible this might be. Just what i think

I agree that this is a dangerous flip right now. It's probably not going to take off until the brokerages remove the trading restrictions (I'm seriously considering dumping ATD over this BS), but I doubt we'll get a warning when that happens. PPS will just move up. Fast.

Can someone help me please. I had 1 mil. shares of PAIM and they might pay for it 0.001 after 5years. Now after R/S I have 1000 shares and donīt know what price will they pay for it after 5years. If they pay 0.001 I wonīt earn any money. Or should they pay 0.001*1000=1$?

In my experience there is always significant retracement in the penny's...How high/low it goes would require a bit of psychic ability...Best thing to do is watch your investment like a hawk, sell partial holdings to cover when/if it goes up high enough and ride the free shares. Don't be greedy, know your entry/exit points. Longterm holdings should be saved for fully reporting company's listed on much stricter exchanges...the Pinks are The Wild Wild West to me (no rules/truth/accountability)with the OTC stocks being like the The WWW w/a Sheriff...OK I'm done with the diatribe.

sell what u are holding slowly on the way up. Dumping all u got at the top sometimes doenst work if everyone else is doing it. Get rid of your shares here and there till YOU think u make enough

4Tune4Me gave you excellent advice ...Do you have L2's ???
Sell on the ask so as not to bid wack...If you choose to sell in increments then your sale should't effect the run...You have to watch the L2's closely as they MM's will re-trace through out as the run happens...
Finding the peak of the run is the tough part and that comes with knowing how to read the chart, judging the volume and understanding L2's...No one can predict the extent of a run until it happens...The charts, however, will give you a best guess prior to the run by reading the resistance and support levels along with several other indicators...Good luck..

Gotta ask....after reading alot of other boards and doing some research, everything I keep reading states that MM's do not trade unsolicited stocks, such as PAIM. Now there is obviously alot of manipulation going on here and something is definately up. But I keep seeing everyone refer to the MM's, but if they can't trade this stock, since it's unsolicited, then someone please clear this up for me because it's driving me nuts!!!=) TIA

There's a thread in this forum re: R/S and I always check it before jumping on any nano cap. Forewarned is forearmed and far away from me.

to 4Tune4Me: I searched about 30 pages back and didnīt find anything about R/S. I understand 90% buy back system but: I had 1mil. restricted shares which they should pay for it 0.001 Now after R/S 1:1000, I have 1000 restricted shares - should they now pay 1$ (0.0001*1000) for a share after 5years or what? Thank in advance.

android_xxx - sorry for the chase, I must have seen the breakdown on another site...following is credited to IHUB and may be helpful - but I haven't seen an explanation for what happens after the term expires. I see you're asking on other sites as well - sounds like you'll have to call them to determine.
7/20/06 e-mail I have received confirmed reports from shareholders as of yesterday, who have had their accounts indicate the 90 % shares in their accounts, which have been bought back by PAIM, now indicated as debentures. For example, I talked to someone from Belgium who says he had 14,400,000 shares bought back, and yesterday his account reflected 14,400 debentures. I told him, the 14,400 represented the Dollar Value of his Convertible Debenture (CD) Note, i.e. $ 14,400 payable to him without interest on June 15, 2011.
So we hope the buyback is finished by next week, and as promised, we will issue a PR immediately after the buyback is completed, with instructions on how to convert both the CD and preferred shares to common shares. Of course, once shareholders start converting CDs and Preferreds, this will have a small dilutive effect and impact on the PPS. However, we do encourage shareholders to hold on to their CDs and preferreds for a longer period, as this will result in larger gains, especially for the preferreds which have more favorable conversion rates the longer a shareholder holds on to the stock, i.e. current conversion is at 10,000 preferreds per common, but by March 31, 2011, conversion rate will be just 500 preferreds per common. In addition, the preferreds will also be traded in the future under a different stock symbol, and we have no way of knowing right now how the PPS for the preferreds will fare as compared to the common shares. I suggest shareholders study up on the dynamics of preferred shares as part of their DD to make an informed decision on whether to retain, convert their preferred shares, or trade these once these start trading under its own stock symbol.
So keep on checking our PRs, because I noticed some shareholders I've talked to or who have e-mailed me don't really monitor our PRs. And, if shareholders have time, please check out all of the sections of our website, as these sections are quite informative and contain almost all of the data you need to do a good DD.
Many thanks, "Goku"
Warm regards, Gary Gotanco VP-BD & IR PAIM
