STrade charges you 50 bux and the you will have to wait 4-8weeks before you get a physical cert. Then you can take it back to STrade and turn it in on your acct and then be able to trade it

dag gone thing is confusing to me. Was going to hold for 5 yrs because I don't fully understand it. So when you trade for 500 for 1, can you sell at the then current price? What is the .01 per share mean?

the 01 pre share is for the CD. the converting at 1 for 500 in 5 years is for the preferred shares which should be PAIMPR in your acct if you were here for that part. At least it is in my acct

but yes, when you decide to convert you PAIMPR to the common of PAIM then you can sell it at the pps it is then. So if in 5 years you convert and the price of it is $2, then you can sell at $2 a share

without seeing your account probably your debenture value(in 5 years ) based off the 90% buyback ( which by the way IMO was brilliantly calculated by Paim and tiggered this short squeeze)

i agree with that ohio. another question: Can short traders again start the shorting of this stock. Knowing that PAIM was going to do this ahead of time, didnt' many of the shorters cover most of their positions before the change?
Yes, I still have 90% of my shares in the holding cell.

this is the deal IMO, most of the brokers do not have a seperate departments in corporate for the pennies, therefore they do not execute timely info properly and now that pennies have gotten hotter in the last 18 months many stocks are doing complicated mergers and splits, reversals, buybacks, so on, that can really effect value and if the main brokers screw up, which they have, and people in tune will and have capitalized !!!!
