With summer coming, hopefully they can close on some of this real estate business and start showing some earnings. The new company aquisistions sound interesting, but I'll believe it when I see it done. I'll just be happy if we reach my break even point of 0.003. Should have know better than to get into this one before the freaking FS. Sorry for venting but I'm fed up with losing money on these GD peenies. I think my only hope lies with VMKX now, but that's for a different post.

lol I posted it a few days back when they had the first PR about the JV deal. Here is a copy of my previous post:
Hey I just spoke with Dr Allen on the phone and he was quite postive. He answered all of my questions very courteously and said that there will be a website within the month. This website will announce all of the news about his company as well as its relations to CWFG.he took down my name and Email address and said that he would send me a link to the site-He will give me a email address which I can use to post messages on the site.He was quite a nice man!He said they think within amonth or six weeks they may have a deal struck!he has been doing this for 35 years!CWFG will be providing the capital and they are going to buy companies that are having financial trouble in the range of 10 million. They will then sell them for a profit and CWFG will hold some of that money!
Then he mailed me a follow up Email which was really nice and showed me that he is serious.I have not written him back yet because I am waiting for the website to be activated.I suggest calling him yourselves because he is very helpful.Just don't bother him too much.
Billy,
It’s always good to talk to a commonwealth stockholder. Please be advised that www.EssexCP.com should be updated and live around the 20th of March. Please look for it. The best way to contact me will be through info*EssexCP.com. I try to answer all my e-mails within 48 hours.

What worries me is that who is positive and courteous is Dr. Allen from Essex. Shouldn't it be Ms. Ryals. Maybe Essex should buy CWFG, maybe we should have Dr. Allen in charge.

I don't understand why it will never even touch .0003.It seems to me that it should at least touch it once in a while!

0.0003 would be the break even point (actually a little higher) for many who got in just before the FS, and I'm predicting a mass sell off at that point from people who a sick of watching this thing flounder and all the fluff PRs. I for one will sell it all at 0.003 and maybe buy some back at 0.0001 after the sell off. All just IMHO of course.

yea it is going to be really hard to break through .0003 but maybe they are saving the PR for that point in order to help it break through.Once we get all the weak hands out -the sky is the limit!

There is no doubt in my mind that Ryals is diluting. No other explanation for why one would see massive selling at the .0001 on any news on a regular basis. 1/2 billion shares traded once again and we are seeing .0001????? One word, DILUTION!!!!

I think we have had enough with the buybacks-lets see some investors relations along with the closing of at least one deal after 6 months of hype and Fluff PRs'.

Dilution is when a company prints more shares to be traded causing the overall PPS to become lower without sustained buying. Keep in mind that Ryals printed a boat load of shares in December and only recalled / bought back about 4% of it. We are seeing the printing of new undisclosed shares in my opinion to help finance any acquistions in the future.
