Dilution is when a company prints more shares to be traded causing the overall PPS to become lower without sustained buying. Keep in mind that Ryals printed a boat load of shares in December and only recalled / bought back about 4% of it. We are seeing the printing of new undisclosed shares in my opinion to help finance any acquistions in the future.
DUDE ....... Ryals printed 750 MIL shares and bought back 650 MIL ---

I think what we are seeing is the dumping of the restricted shares

I think Jmoove could be on to something as well. NW~ I think there was actually another zero added here and there on the printing of shares. I am not hear to dash your dreams but only stating what I believe is the real deal. I am a bag holder just like everyone else here.

The o/s wont change in the case that they are dumping restricted shares, so its not really "dilution" in the traditional sense. Ive had alot of patience with this stock (been holding some shares in one way or another since August), I have to admit even I am growing weary of the games though.

It is obvious it is dilution of one form or another. There is no way this many shares changes hands with no real price fluctuation. Someone is dumping shares. It might be coming from the company treasury like typical dilution, or it might be restricted shares coming loose, or shares being used to bring in partners, financing, or other things that would have a dilutive effect. But there are more shares being freely traded than there were. That is obvious by the volume.
Hopefully they will get absorbed quickly enough that we have a chance to see some pps movement.

JMoove, I also thought about the possibility, that they're pumping out their privately held shares, but wouldn't this mean they're, well... lol... wrecked? Else why would they give them away for .0001.
Oh man, this thing makes me crazy, even if I'm one of the "Commonwealth Believers". lol

Dr. Jones has been in the Turn around management & business development work for nearly 30 years (he has his **** together)....... also has a realestate brokerage firm as well -----
Essex is not involved in the day to day operations of CWFG ....
they currently have 6 companies they are currently looking at ---- this is what Essex does for CWFG
1. Look for companies 2. Evaluate the company 3. Recomends 4. CWFG purchases companies 5. Essex then takes over day to day operations of new company 6. change the business model (revenues, finances . ect....
they are looking for companies that have avg of 75 employees that manufacture and sell Consumer goods, have 10 - 18 MIL in annulized sales with a net profit of 3-5 % -- sd cost of such a company will cost around 2 x's the profit B4 taxes -- claims a company could cost around 2 MIL --- they are hoping to FLIP 3 companies a year (after increasing profits to about 10% after taxes)
says that 2 companies they are looking at currently are located in Florida and are GREAT prospects ----
He claims they were in negotiations for about 3 months B4 the J/V was complete --- he is on a performance based compensation program
His website will be compete on the 20th and will be keeping us informed every step of the way concerning the companies and any dealings that HE has with CWFG ....
He claims he has done his own DD extensivly on CWFG and saw nothing that would hinder this J/V
He said he had breakfast with Ryals this morning and is very impressed with the business model and looks forward to a long lasting relationship with them
I also talked to him about the Share Structure of CWFG and he thinks that it is very low for a pinkie
I FOR 1 AM HOLDING VERY LONG HERE -- this will trade again in the pennies

I hear ya, its a lotto ticket for me but I still have a good chunk of money tied up in it. I think they are dumping restriced shares (possibly for the closing who knows) Im going to hold regardless through the end of the month to see if they make good on the closing and if they do that I may hold to see if they actually do acquire a co. within the next two months. But Im starting to get to the point where i need to see some results.

Look at a three month graph - the building volume - Gota ask why? But then also remember a post a few months ago showing some smalltime internet sites that were associated with GWGF. So there, I'm not feeling very good about this stock, but do like to gamble - Holding 5M shares at .0002 purchased months ago.

What would drive the PPS beyond .0003 alone would be such an insightful call with Ryals! Why don't she do, at least from time to time. But this may remain her dark secret. lol
