I think we all thought there would be one last month. But, I don't remember someone posted something a few days back said that they talked to the CFO and that something would be released around the 15th of this month. So, hopefully something this week.

I'm new to the penny game and low float stocks, but wouldn't you think that speculation of good numbers would drive the PPS up, as well as, show some fantastic volume, prior to it's release? It just seems odd, that if this stock has the potential some people on thread think it has, then .012 or .014, etc. would be a bargain and people would be scarfing it up instead of just sitting there with no shares being traded at all. Perhaps someone could explain.

Hi John, I talked with Kurt Streams yesterday, he is the CFO of IGAI, I asked him that exact question, his reply was the financials would be out around May 15,I asked him if he could comment on the numbers coming out, all he would say was putting the emergence out of bankruptcy behind them would greatly help the bottom line! I checked their last filing and they had spent almost $1.5 mil in the 1st 9 months on dealings reguarding the bankruptcy! hope this helps Rob
Agent does this guy still post on IHUB?

Cool,
just a guess but I'm not sure there are a ton of shares for people to be buying up if the 20M o/s number is accurate. I am holding 700,000 myself in this stock so that being the case I estimate that either the O/S is the wrong number we are working with OR the float is in strong hands which is causing the low volume as people wait for the new numbers. JMHO.

kdb, Thanks for your thoughts. Any guesses on what happens if this does go up to a nickel or so and everyone decides to bail, do we repeat last February? I've never been in a stock that has acted so strange like this one. With you now, several people I know and including myself, if you were to add up all the shares held, it comes out to just about 5 million. That's 1/4 of the outstanding shares total. I don't know, maybe I'm reading more into this than I should. Anyway, thanks to IPRE, the shares I own are now free, so I can wait and see how this all plays out. Who knows, maybe in a couple of years it will be worth a fortune and then I can retire.

Hey, we have our first trade of the week...a 10k share buy. Only 1 MM at 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, won't take much to hit .03 in a short period of time. 350k strong and holding.

The small volume added to the fact that it takes very little volume to drive this up makes me pretty sure many people are holding tight to their shares on this one...
We should see how it plays out very soon.

Thanks Agent...I was just wondering if he had said anything as of late... Just like any other penny...it's a gamble and a wait and see type thing... I will admit..I have been selling little by little...still have more than enough shares to make good bank...and will buy more when the run starts... GLTA!

Simply would like to point out...that the past couple of days i have had "sell" orders in, usually in between the bid and ask...at the start of the day...they never get sold...until the last second...today at 16:00:17 "they" took my sell order...the other times it was the same thing...
I find it interesting...seems as if "they" want to take the price down...so that I will bring my price down...but when I don't "they" will "pop" up and grab it...at the very last second...
Why do "they" keep accumilating? HMMMM???!!!

I actually expect some very good numbers out of IGAI so who knows. Maybe "they" know they can drive the price to wherever they want so they are just getting as many shares as they can as usual.

Yes JimSC...I find it interesting that they are still accumulating the shares...gives a "renewed" hope... One of the reasons that I am "selling" is that I am transferring brokers...so as I "buy" shares at the low price with my new broker...I am selling the shares from the "old broker"...Kind of funny to watch them jump up and grab them...

I am not sure of all of the rules for filings with the SEC...and this is from Pinksheets.com...
