Could they be holding the buys for another day to run er up?
Moving is never fun, unless you're going some place nice. Not having an internet connection for a while sucks.

Keep an eye on ARCA...I bet he will "close up" the bid/ask...he seems to do it often...and then all these "shares get traded"...right now I don't even see him on the bid side...

OK, someone needs to explain what just happened to me. A sale goes through with ARCA at the ASK of .0075 and as soon as it goes through ARCA drops the ASK to .007

I saw that and I just sit here dazed and confused. I think I'm gonna take a week off. I think they will file on the 12th at the earliest. I may put a buy in at 65 and see if it happens.

It is my understanding that each "stock" has a MM "in charge" it looks to me that Arca is the MM in charge of IGAI... IF IGAI (or the company that gave IGAI the loan for the shares) is indeed trying to "unload" these shares...before the filing then the "MM" in charge would need to keep the PPS as close to the price that is set for these shares to go into the market...Now if the PPS is higher than what they were intended to be sold into the market at...then IGAI would be out more $ than they had intended when they used those shares for the loan...Since "ARCA" works for IGAI at this time...he is trying to keep the PPS down...and he is hoping that he will be able to buy the shares at the .0063 price...and then they can let the pps go up and ARCA can unload the .0063 shares at a much higher price...
This is the way I see it...and I am quite possibly way off and have no clue what I am talking about but it is the only explaination that I can come up with as to why this stock has traded so funky over the past few weeks...and why no one has really been able to buy any of the cheaper shares...until now...

Looks like a little buying opportunity this morning. I think I'll wait until it drops a little lower before I load back up.

Easy come, easy go....007 x .0095 as they drop the bid on no trades. Perhaps one of the most manipulated stocks on the OTCBB. Filing has to be out by next Thursday, so a little movement either way in anticipation of what might be in the report.

What's with all the buys at .01, but no one trying to load up at .0085? If I had some extra money I think I would.

Hi, MoneyMM, your PM box is full. I am still waiting for the MMs to raise the pps to unload their inventory.
