I am plannig on holding a little more... it had 2M plus in volume yesterday... . could bounce of its 52 wk low ... chart show a little support in this area... and they just had news a a week or so ago... going to wait a little and see what happens .. unless of course it start falling...
.ask .019 seem to be prettty firm it has not come down... when they realeased the pr last week doubled from .02 to .04....

Actually, I am kind of shocked at the lack of volume today. With the O/S of 20,082,933, and obviously a lower Float, plus a subsidiary coming out of bankruptcy, 3rd quarter revenues up 418.9%, and it doesn't trade a million shares? I can't believe the lack of interest in this one.

Hi, Jelly. Don't worry abou IGAI. It will behave like VITS. The MMs will sing a little bit, but the general treand is up. Just set your goal at 3 or 6 times, and it will get hit within one or four weeks -- it's your choice. Review the chart of VITS, and you will know how MMs work with low-float stocks like VITS and IGAI. Watch it.

PPS was at it's lowest because there was no volume...
After the JAN 30 8K it slowly started to pick up.. This past week saw the most interest, and now the price is reflecting it...
This could very well bounce back to .10 where it was not to long ago..
Any dip will be slight... 20 mil O/S, if that is still correct, than the MC is really really low...

Sorry, the float of this stock is extremely low, and the MMs need more cheap shares badly. They will do whatever it takes to get them, inclding pulling the pps down, making it stay at bottom forever (4 weeks) so the investors will give up. But if you can stand the frustrations, a 20-folds reward is expected. This is a game of patience, if you don't have it, don't even play this game. Look at the charts of JKRI, NAWL and IDWD, and you will get some ideas on the MMs' game plan. As suggested by Will, buy more if the MMs pull the pps down.

GLIF got a run today, it hit the high of 0.085 from the bottom of 0.02 a few days ago. We had to wait for 11 weeks since last December.
So, patience is the key to win this game.If Joe Million can wait for one year, can you just wait for 3 more weeks? I will follow Will's suggestion, and add more if the MMs pull down the pps.

IGAI first caught my attention, on 2/9/06, it traded 1.22M, had volume 1.3, times the 5 Day Avg./ 2.6, times the 20 Day, / 5.2 times the 50 Day. It traded as low as .0130 that day. On 2/14, (Happy Valentine's Day to you), it traded 2.92M and had a LOD of .0093. There was run after that. On 2/16 & 2/17 it hit .045, on 2/21 it hit .04. I don't know when you got in, but the intital run required very little patience. Now I guess the snake has to recoil before striking again, but rest assured, it will.

Thanks for your input here, and it is well noted. By the way did you see the financials on this one. I guess I should say that I'm waiting for a little longer for a lower low, but that's just me. It could be a good play for the near future, but I think it will go lower, like before JMHO, and GLTA.

I'm into TA and while I find trading pennies is a lot different than stocks traded at a higher prices. I have to agree with lilhen2005, I'm not as optimistic as some of the other posters on this thread. To me the technicals just don't look good to me. I got in this one when it was higher than what it is now. I know I should have gotten out cut my losses, but for some reason other than what the charts indicated, I decided to stay in the stock. I was looking at being trader in this stock not an investor. There is a difference, an investor plays the game of waiting for it to go back up, which you can do with any stock. I like looking for short term gains on a short term of a month or less. I hope I'm wrong and everyone that's optimistic proves me wrong. I'm just glad I'm playing with the money I normally use at the local casino.

Oh I agree...it's only a play...and yes...I had hoped that it would Pop by now...i am in at a good price..and using "play" money so it doesn't effect me...but would love for it to Pop... their O/S is rather small...and I didn't find their last 8K to be terribly bad...but i am not INVESTING in this stock...just hoping for some extra cash...
most of the DD is in the begining of the thread...but you can also check them out at pink sheets...
but don't get in or stay in if you have doubts...I am hopeful...but not blind..LOL

Many people lost in IGAI, because they got in at wrong time. This is a very low float stock, and the MMs need to collect more shares to make a run. Just collect more when the MMs are collecting, as suggested by Will, he is right most of the time. When all the losers sell their shares, the MMs will start to raise the pps to unload their inventory. Patience is the key to win this game. Do your own DD and never listen to losers and rumors.

If the MMs could not get enough cheap shares, they will pull the pps down to get it. I am watching and will add more -- if it happens. The MMs have invested a lot of time and money on this project and I will gamle heavily on this game. IGAI will run like AXIGE, but in a smleer scale. Watch it.

Jim, I'm not trying to knock you, but trying to understand how you determine your reasoning for your comments. Understand, I rely mostly on charts and am trying to learn other ways for getting an edge on the market. For example, you made the comment that IGAI will have an excellent 10Q. JimSC, I have a question regarding the PPS jump of 2 to 5 times. Would the PPS jump from the low PPS (ie 0.015) or from the higher PPS (0.04). It was 142x149, then the dude that was on the 149 ask (don't remember who) had a 100 size, so had more than a few shares to offer, and then he disappeared without there being a single trade. Previous trade before those shenanigans was for 50k at 149. The spread had been 142x170 before that. I threw a 100k order out there for 145 and see if they bite. The spread does suggest they want to accumulate more cheap shares and aren't ready to give any up...yet!? Correct Jim??

Jim, I made a good start in trading with your analysis of RSHN, and since getting started in that stock, have made a few mistakes along the way about chasing other stocks on the way up, and am looking at this stock with hopeful eyes like I looked at RSHN before (Valentine's Day at .0005). I'm still playing the RSHN game, and have a few shares of DDSI I've been holding which I was glad to see a few kind words from you and Will in that forum today. This stock's been on my mini-radar for a few weeks now, and I think I'll continue to watch it even more closely. If I get bored of making money elsewhere, or get tired of losing it, I think this stock looks like a good choice.
If this pops before I get a chance to get in, then I wish you all the best of luck. But hopefully I'll be with you all on the ride. Jim's a good man for help. His pick was the only one I've actually made good money off of. He has a good style.

If you're bored here, play RSHN for a week or two.. then you'll have more money to put into this one.. Jim advised that mid-April 10Q will probably be the bomb that blows this thing wide open. IMO, till then, MMs will continue to accumulate as much as they can at these levels, knowing when and probably how big this thing will go.
So instead of sitting on dead money for a few weeks, I'd say look for something even shorter term in order to increase your buying power. And if not, best of luck to you regardless.

I wanted to bring jimSc's opinion up in this thread and ask if it isn't possible that the MM's might not make this run a little BEFORE the 10Q comes out...and then have another run after the 10Q comes out...it would make more money for the MM's...just a thought..JimSc..or anyone have any thoughts on this?

I can not predict what the MMs are going to do. As for me, I am adding 30K each week, as long as the pps is under 0.02. My system works very well for me. I hope it can delay a few more weeks so I can get more cheap shares.
If you like it to run sooner, you can give the CEO's office a call, and find out next PR or any new aquisitions. Do your own DD and trust your own system of playing. Good luck.

I've seen the 911 on RSHN too. From my observation, either the PPS remained flat for a few trades then bounced up, or it took a slight dip, then bounced up. Both ways though it bounced up fairly quickly after the 911 trade was made.
I would assume the MMs need to raise the PPS quickly for whatever reason.

the way trading is going today is the same type of setup that happened in MGEN before it popped 200% the other day..
the MM's take it down deep to scare the *#%*#%* out of the average shareholder... but then swing it up violently right to the top of the range setting us up for a huge pop in the AM.

I did some DD et review post here and I can't put my finger on any serious explaning about the actual pps of IGAI. In my mind, this stock is so undervalued at the moment and I am not sure exactly why? PPS base on Revenues vs OS should be much higher. Chart look great but we need some news beside 10k to obtain some attention and volume.

According to last 10Q IGAI make 20m in revenues for 9 months. How many penny stock co do that? Not much. That mean 20m/20 OS= $1 pps at only 1 time the revenues....???? Strange. Lack of news from CO who use TV to promote their product.

Forrestgump, you saw the numbers. The MMs knew it too. They intend to make this stock raise from 0.015 to 1.00. It took a lot of time and money to do that. So they will collect as many shares as possible. They will wear us out by frustrating us. It's a great gamble, though. All you need are guts and patience.

Don't have any idea...O/S 20m but float must be lower around 10m or 15m I suppose. IGAI traded around 2m per day last week. 10% of the O/S without any signifiant move...could be a explanation. MM need shares and they don't want to pop up quickly cos they want the pps remain solid after a run...

On the OTC you trade with the MM's. Usually (not always) if trades are going through at the bid it is someone selling to the mm's (a sell) and usually (not always) if trades are going through at the ask it is someone buying from the mm's (a buy)... This stock has not got a lot of either...

Hi, Forrestgump. Your estimate of IGAI at 1.00 is very good. IGAI's pps was 2.00 two years ago. Now with an annual rev of 30 mm$ and O/S 20 mm shares, the fair pps shold be at least 1.50. So MMs may pump it up to 2.00. BTW IDWD was pumpu from 0.012 to 0.135 today; while VITS was pumped from 0.01 to 0.20. Check their charts, and you might be conviced IGAI will be 1.00 4 months later. Load it and hold it tight.

It sounded like "they" were to be held for 3 years before they could "issue" them...so not until 2008...so their O/S would still be only 20m or so...perhaps I am reading it wrong...

At this point O/S not really matter. It is a lack of news and interest of investors...Golden line about to cross MACD and ppp remain above MA50...If no more buyers jump in, we will assist at a TA adjustment. Price will jump around maybe .03-.04 or so. With good info, 10k or rumors, we can assist at a big rally and hit easilly .10 - .15. Otherwise we will trade around .02 for couple of weeks again...Please market prove me wrong and lets go full moon.

Thursday is the full moon I think. Todays volume in this stock was almost nill compared to yesterday.

This is the highest volume day I could find for this year. There are higher $ days, but thats when it was getting pulled down.
We also have to weigh in how many others are going to try and sell at a given point, which means your/our/my order may get passed up if I expect too much out of this. We all know how fast something comes down when selling takes place even in the middle of an upward run, at best it will stall a stock and not crash it.

I'd love to see a dime, if the financials are really going to blow us out of the water I suppose its possible. I'm still interested in this possible long term $1-$1.50 projection, so I may hold some long term here.

So the "high" $ days were the 2 days following the high volume day...
I'm lookin'g at sells of .04 with 1/4 .06 with half and leaving the other 1/4 for the heck of it...but obviously these #'s will be determined after the filing...
Looking forward to the fullmoon tomorrow...and more so to the filing next week... You saw how hard it was to "get in"...one of the reasons why I jumped in and stayed in so early...hell if you try to chase this thing..you'll be paying top $ once the run begins...

I don't even know what to think about IGAI...I read Chart, I follow daily volume and I don't expect anything special to be honest...3 or 4 cent at this point will be great but with 30 millions in sale and 20m O/S I don't understand either the actual price at .02 should be already around $1 or $1.50 base on last 10Q.

3-4 cent is still excellent profit to me as well, even though I'd love to retire everything too. I'm tempted to buy more but with 260k already I'm expecting a little difficulty if I wanted to dump at the upper levels along with however many other people get in, so I may have to be more conservative anyway.
This would have to garner interest on the level of USXP or RSHN to hit this big dollar talk.

so that means for the east coast subtract 5 hours
so, the actual full moon time for NYC Is 11:42 AM right around lunch time!

They want it to run either up or down, any buys or sells will only go through in 10k increments at later times of the day and they will tick it in either direction. Its waiting for volume.

Yes, AON for 25k * .018. Took out the AON finally and picked up 25k, but the order shows as 30k on my ticker (14:39:24). Choicetrade only allows limit orders with OTC/pinks, so I always have manual orders, sometimes I use AON especially with small orders.

Thanks for taking those off my hands Agent. Those 60K today at .018 were mine-- that I had to dump to cover a bill. I was hoping this would have run before this bill but go figure. Could be summer before this runs. So it appears the MM's are not buying shares either. Took all day for someone to buy the remaining 30K on my order. Makes a person wonder why the MM's aren't scooping these 60K up so fast? Anyway hopefully this month it will go....

Trade, from what I can see all buy and sells are 5k and 10k blocks and tough to get anything larger in single orders through without a tick moving one way or another.
There are 3 orders for .018 after mine though which I think are all sells, I was away from the desk at that time though.

Understood...maybe you weren't the one that bought my last 30K at .018 but I'm just going off the L2's through E-trade. Anyway bottom line is it doesn't appear that the MM's are scooping them up based on the amount of time it took to complete my partial. 30K this morning and then 30K this afternoon. That's all I was trying to relay to everyone. BTW I don't use AON.

Money-I got your point on patience, which I am--but your referring to someone who also posted on Feb16 "1 to 4 weeks" but now all of a sudden it's changed to 4 months(2 months later). Maybe it will maybe it won't. No one knows when it's going to happen period. Charts have looked good many times in the last month but nothing. MM's aren't scooping up shares like everyone thinks either. Maybe 10of13 is right they have what all they want now.

I've been watching this rather close since the middle of March...and It seems that the MM's really were accumilating below the .016...and I haven't seen (at least to me) much accumalation in about 3-5 trading days...If you notice nite sitting at .017 and then at .019 with 100 on each side...and as the ask moves he moves...almost as if he doesn't want it to go below the .017 and above the .019...they seem to care less what happens in between
once this hits .02 and once it has the attention...it will go...When? If any of us knew this..heck...we would be rich...
JimSc...is taking a guess...just like the rest of us...Yes..he did originally say it would be the begining of March...he is still "fine tuning" his method...and he has since noticed that the things that he has been following..with the UHV and what not are not running for 4 months...if that stands true...according to JimSc and his method...it would be in late April...I think...and this is my interpitation of what JimSc has said...he will need to speak for himself...
I am hoping that the filing will bring the attention that this needs and it will move nicely then...and until then...keep an eye on the moon and throw a penny in the wishing well...or what ever may work for yah!

the action that is happening right now sort of reminds me of what I have seen many other times in stocks in general..
you have a situation where a stock is trading flat or sideways for an extended period of time.. and then right near the END of the consolidation the price plummets hard and fast.. usually this type of move is designed to shake out all the final weak hands.. before the big upsurge..
if you look at the last price jump to .045, the same thing happened.. before it popped like that, there was a nasty selloff the day before

Today is the pull-down day -- the MMs are collecting those stop-loss sale orders for the next run. Don't worry about it, the MMs will raise the pps when they are loaded. Just give them 2 more weeks.

Hi, R.A. It used to be 2.00. The MMs took down the pps to collect cheap shares. They will put it back when they decide to unload their inventory after they are loaded with cheap shares. Just watch it for 6 months.

They did the same exact thing when I was buying PMED. I got a partial fill at .0111, then had to change my order to .0115 to get the rest filled.
It's fun, except that then you gotta pay commission twice, or just wait and hope that the price comes back down to your order price again.

If you take a look at the filings and where the PPS should be without the manipulation..then yeah...those higher prices should be in place...
Some do increase...VITS, ESLR, XSNX..there are plenty...where this will go? have to wait and see...but if you do your DD...on this one...Seems the PPS is NOT where it should be!!

Tactia got it's wish for reorganization, and in the mean time since NOV 30 2005 IGAI saw a 419 percent increase in revenues seeing nearly $9,000,000 which was about $7.5 million higher than the same 3 month period in 2004.
$20 million revs in 2004 for 9 months.
$30 million revs in 2005 up till Nov 30 2005. (9 months)
Throw in DEC 2005 and the first 4 months of 2006, which happens to be this year,,,and the fact that the quarterly report is due out any day now, and you will get the picture why I am waiting.
Not sure exactly what kind of revenues can be expected for an offpeak time like DEC thru Mar. With the exception of DEC and Christmas time shoppers.
I would expect $5,000,000 revenues for this timeframe.
With the majority of revenues coming from mid summer to Nov, as shown in their previous numbers.
If it is higher, then all the better.

It sounded like "they" were to be held for 3 years before they could "issue" them...so not until 2008...so their O/S would still be only 20m or so...perhaps I am reading it wrong...

Your OTC numbers look correct for the most part, although rounded off.
However the 2004 and 2005 totals look backwards.
"Our net sales for the nine months ended November 30, 2005 were $20,658,723, an increase of $10,560,201, or 104.6%, compared to net sales of $10,098,522 for the nine months ended November 30, 2004."
The above quote is pretaining to 9 months, not the full year.
$39,000,000 in 2004, I see nowhere in the SEC filing.

If you look at Feb14, you will see the big drop, even touching .01. The next day a small increase in PPS, then the run up to almost .045. If you look at the past few days, it looks amazingly familiar doesn't it? Just an observation...

The biggest problem I've found with pennies is, since there are no big institutions coming in and out of stocks because of the risks, you can't really follow things the same way. I feel when you can follow the big institutions you have a better edge with TA. Seems every time I try using TA with these pennies, it back fires. That's why I'm trying to find the key to learning how to play these since there are bigger gains to be made. Let's hope for an up day tomorrow to confirm the morning star. Better yet let's see this puppy gap up at the open, say around a dime. trade - I just wish people on this thread would explain their thinking when they make the comments they do, rather than get so defensive. When someone gets so defensive, it's either because they don't really know the facts or don't want to share their knowledge. Since I assume they're successful, I just want to understand where they are getting their information from as I would like to learn the system they're using and also be successful. I'm still trying to figure out the dilution from the convertibles.
As of January 2006 it stated 20,000,000 or issued.
Now there is 157,000,000 since..
It's been 157,000,000 for awhile, and I am still trying to determine if that was the converted stock.
It is in IGAI's interest to keep the PPS higher, because the precentages do change for the amount of shares being converted.
It's also possible that all that conversion stuff has been completed a long time ago.
I'm hoping we stay under 200,000,000 issued.

They love to pull stocks down, I've seen many charts where they just go down, down, and down. Sometimes the bumps never make up for where someone invested in and held, hopefully this isn't one of them.

it does this every now and then.. look at the charts, for no apperent reason, it will have a 4+mil day and then back to normal. I was just banking on the next 4+ mil day to go UP....

I'm liking this one now. Special thanks to Jim for originally catching me onto this one, and Will for reminding me about it now that it's at a nice point with bigger volume.
I'm gonna try to pick some up in the AM around .013. Then I'll save a little funds set aside to buy in if it dips at all before the run that's comin' up.
Even though the spread's annoyed me in the past, the L2's more than make up for that. This thing can run like a Banshee, no joke.

FNIX is/was a MM managed, greater volume and much more sustained gains. TCHL was is/was an attempt by a touter and/or a group. Comparitively speaking, tremendous volume compared to averages, but lacked the PPS stamina to sutain big percentage gains. There will be enough room and time for real bashing. The O/S of 20M was reported just over three months ago. I suspect the next Form 10 filing will show some dilution, and we will be reminded of that by someone with a negative point of view. That's ok, if/when it does ocurr, hold tight.
I have told this little story before. I do it to impress folks that when the MM's signal they are going to run a stock, news, filings, or anything means little to nothing.
SCRH : Please indulge me and go read the filing you will find at the link listed below:
Now, that was released on Feb 13, on Feb 16 the stock was dropped to .0075 on heavy volume. On March 13 it ran 80% from the bottom at .0075 to .0135.
So, if/when negatives, shortcomings, or bad news comes for IGAI, we might suffer a bump, but know right now to have faith in the MM's ability to run a stock under the most impossible of times and circumstances. This is no longer an "if proposition" it is only a WHEN and HOW MUCH.

Taking a guess, IMHO the MM's will let this trade up and down from about 17-22 until the filing...maybe letting it run ever so higher a couple of times...but always bringing it back down...they did the same thing for most of March...heck..they do it with most stocks...

Yeah, I usually set mine and a $ point based on a reasonable percentage. I never have used a time horizon because I am always exiting some positions sooner than others just because they are paying their dues so I have no time for boredom while I'm doing the DD for new picks.

This is one of the MMs' trick to scare the investors. They could use this to collect many of stop-loss sell orders, and trigger panic sells. Hope they get enough cheap shares for a run soon.

I'm new to the penny game and low float stocks, but wouldn't you think that speculation of good numbers would drive the PPS up, as well as, show some fantastic volume, prior to it's release? It just seems odd, that if this stock has the potential some people on thread think it has, then .012 or .014, etc. would be a bargain and people would be scarfing it up instead of just sitting there with no shares being traded at all. Perhaps someone could explain.

just a guess but I'm not sure there are a ton of shares for people to be buying up if the 20M o/s number is accurate. I am holding 700,000 myself in this stock so that being the case I estimate that either the O/S is the wrong number we are working with OR the float is in strong hands which is causing the low volume as people wait for the new numbers. JMHO.

kdb, Thanks for your thoughts. Any guesses on what happens if this does go up to a nickel or so and everyone decides to bail, do we repeat last February? I've never been in a stock that has acted so strange like this one. With you now, several people I know and including myself, if you were to add up all the shares held, it comes out to just about 5 million. That's 1/4 of the outstanding shares total. I don't know, maybe I'm reading more into this than I should. Anyway, thanks to IPRE, the shares I own are now free, so I can wait and see how this all plays out. Who knows, maybe in a couple of years it will be worth a fortune and then I can retire.

The small volume added to the fact that it takes very little volume to drive this up makes me pretty sure many people are holding tight to their shares on this one...

Simply would like to point out...that the past couple of days i have had "sell" orders in, usually in between the bid and ask...at the start of the day...they never get sold...until the last second...today at 16:00:17 "they" took my sell order...the other times it was the same thing...
I find it interesting...seems as if "they" want to take the price down...so that I will bring my price down...but when I don't "they" will "pop" up and grab it...at the very last second...

These are MM signals. 100 > I need shares 200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get them. 300 > Take the price down to get shares.... 400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand 500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is.

Watch the action now...the spread just went to .01 x .014 after a couple of small trades at the bid and some putz that gave his/her 100,000 shares to the MM's at .0102.
Either the ask is going to come down to .011 or so or there will be no buying, like most of the week.

And much like LFWK today I notice that almost all the volume is mirror trades. No one is giving up shares here and couple this with the fact the L2s are thin up to .03, all we need now is the volume. Hopefully the numbers and some PR will get us that part of the equation, then we are looking quite nice.

As long as shares keep getting sold to the MM's at these prices they will not run it---financials or not. Why would they? According to the charts need two or three days of (very low)zero volume to signal no more cheap shares. Also looking at the charts this stock almost never runs on day of PR/financials.

Even if there is a little dilution the PPS should be higher than where it currently is simply based on the fact this company is making 20mil. in revenue. While I don't expect them to break even soon I still think it goes up from here with some numbers. I am keeping the faith in the PPS until the numbers show me otherwise, I bought another 70k at .01

That last 1.65M trade went through without showing the Ask price on the L2's. You have to know that IGAI execs are selling straight out to someone at a predetermined set price.

Very good question, so is the question why is the PPS not at $1-$2 "where it should be". What other agenda would ARCA be up to? Looks obvious to me they are/have been diluting--for someone. But yes a call to the TA would confirm.

I'm with you, I've already sold half my positions a couple of weeks ago and doubled my money on another stock. I've thought about taking my gains and putting it back in IGAI, but I'm having doubts about what some of the posters on this board have been saying since February. It doesn't make logical sense to me that if there is any truth to what some are saying, "this is going to be a 10 bagger". If that were the case, then wouldn't you think the MM's would be smart enough to know that and sell this at a much higher price than what it's going for? The only other thing I can think, is that the only really cheap buying going on right now, for example at .0105 and lower, is sales from converting the outstanding notes to stocks. Maybe they know it's going to go up. Hence why they are buying at these levels. All I know is that everytime I try to buy at these levels, when ARCA puts them up, I can never get any. Anyone have any theories or guesses, I'm lost.

IMHO..they are coverting those stocks into the Market...if you look at the filing in regadrs to that...the levels of the "sells" is wear they were to be sold at...It seems to be few and far between that the "average" person is able to purchase at that price...only the MM's are getting them...i still think that it will have it's run...10 bagger? that would be great...but I am not holding for that high...03-.04 is what I feel is realistic... I also dont think that the filing will do much...it will run when the MM's want it to...but that it my opinion...the past few times it ran was not on news..if was out of the blue... I've sold a large part of the shares I had...but am still holding in case...I have my sell order in at those prices...and one day I will lokk and they will be sold... GLTA!!!

I hope they're converting because they know the value is going to go up. That would make sense, why get an 8% (or what ever the rate is) return off the note, if you could get 100% or more in the short term. Which also makes you think, if they start off loading when and if it goes up, it's going to be a selling frenzy, and then it will probably start dropping off. having the sell order in already...also stops me from watching the thing like a hawk...it was driving me crazy...I am confident that it will reach my sell point...and if i happen to notice the day that it makes the run..I can always change it...

The worst experience this year was about 20 minutes of STTK, but I've tasted more blood than victories so this time I've just been holding instead of playing while this continues to sink from my buy in point.
RSHN has been better to me than any other stock so far, and I'm getting a stirrin' inside saying its about time to buy back in.

I did great with RSHN, sold when it was a penny, wish I would have bought more though. I've been playing IPRE, but need to teach myself the best times to flip. I'm not pushing them, but I think they're really going be hot over the next couple of weeks. At least there's day to day activity, unlike this stock.

I have a theory and J said that it sounds pretty close, if they are going to release 150000000 shares and the financials about the same time then they will have to drive the pps down to about .005 to .006 to prevent a panic or drop off to .0000. Then as the run (financials are released along with pr's) volume will take it up to the .0? range. If this is true then we will have to get out before the price settles back to the NEW .00?? range. Who is J? Also who is going to drive the price down? The MMs?
The way I read your theory is that the MMs know about 150 million shares and they are gonna drive the PPs down. That screams of big no-nos.
My theory is the MMs took advantage of the filing not being turned in on time (I know I did). So they let the PPS dive to scare people, which it looks like it worked. I know I have had an extremely tough time buying shares, even when buying at the ask. I have found it very easy to sell though at the bid (usually). This tells me more demand than supply. Who is demanding I don't know if it is the MMs or us.

Hey M...(I am assuming that J is your wife?)...in anycase...IMHO...there has already been a few million shares "dumped"...they may add more at the time of the filing
Again...look at the filing from last year...it even states the price that the shares should be "sold" into the open market at...
I agree that because of the filing being late...people that were holding got scared and bailed...I also am not expecting the "filing" from the 15th, to do much of anything...look at the January filing...no run...it wasn't until about 2 weeks later that it "ran"(february 14-20th)...IMHO,This will run when the MM's decide to make it run...
I still hold some free shares...and I will wait it out...I just hate seeing the "free shares" dwindle...ARGHHH!!!!

Once the run happens, I will buy at the beginning of the run, then sell 1/3 at each of my 3 exit points (I think I revised it from 5 exit points I stated earlier in the thread).

Yes J is my wife and best friend but most important she is a shopper and does nothing but research when it comes to parting with cash! The MM's make money and represent the company so the most bang for the buck works. Unlike the small caps pps has very little to do with inate value but more on hype and volume. As for the Feb run the report was not out until 30 Jan so Feb was the time for the run. Mine is just one theory, I processor (MM) would not do well by the company to devalue there stock as it is bad for biz. Vanity is my favorite sin!! The company looks bad if the value of their stock drops! IMHO

I haven’t been trading penny stocks for very long, about 6 months now, but have been trading higher value stocks and options (an even bigger risk) for quite a few years. But since trading pennies, I've noticed something of a big disadvantage and the problem as I see it is the fact we can’t short these stocks. So, the only play we do have is to go long and hope (favorite word of a gambler) for the best. Believe me I’ve made most of my money in the 2000's going short than long. The MM’s know this and as a result they control the game. You ever notice how many times a stock goes down versus going up? I’ve found the only way to make money when playing pennies is to take your profits when you can and either flip or move on. That is to say, don’t get too greedy thinking that some penny stock is going to make you a millionaire overnight. JMHO!

J&M, I've been hearing the same things, but it's finally stuck with me. I've been hearing things being said by people, like "you need to be patient", "this ones going to da moon don't get out now, you'll be sorry", my favorite "this stock will go up big, cause it's a full moon" etc.. Listen to yourself, it will hit you one day like it has for me. Heck, I've been flipping another penny and have made everything back that I lost when I sold off half my positions, plus some and in less time. Just my experience, I'm not knocking anyone elses system, but this is working for me. Believe me, I know where you're coming from, I've been in this POS since February. I lived in Vegas for quite a few years and a thought that comes to mind is me holding on to this as long as I have, is what they use to refer as a "sucker bet". I've made a many mistakes with trading these pennies & subs, but I am learning fast. I'm going to stick it out with what I have left and "hope for the best", since I am a gambler by nature. BTW - I think this stock really needs the paddles, not CPR.

I guess we should have paid more attention to that filing. I know some have said this is going to be a 10 bagger, but this is rediculous. Let see now, what's a 10 bagger based on .0068? Just keep in mind, everytime a stock drops 50%, it takes a 100 percent gain to get it back to where it was before the 50% loss.

Part of the problem was that they never said that they would "through these shares into the market...but that they could take it down...so....who the hell knows...

Filing has to be out by June 15th, so most likely they'll use all that time and they haven't been the type of company to put out any other type of news since yahoo shows now news in over a year other than SEC filings. Come on, throw us a bone!

It is my understanding that each "stock" has a MM "in charge" it looks to me that Arca is the MM in charge of IGAI... IF IGAI (or the company that gave IGAI the loan for the shares) is indeed trying to "unload" these shares...before the filing then the "MM" in charge would need to keep the PPS as close to the price that is set for these shares to go into the market...Now if the PPS is higher than what they were intended to be sold into the market at...then IGAI would be out more $ than they had intended when they used those shares for the loan...Since "ARCA" works for IGAI at this time...he is trying to keep the PPS down...and he is hoping that he will be able to buy the shares at the .0063 price...and then they can let the pps go up and ARCA can unload the .0063 shares at a much higher price...
