Q: How do you know the 10Q will come out in the 3rd week of April? A: Each company's 10-Q must comply with the SEC rules, which set the dates for the 10Qs. The last 10Q was out on 01/13/2006, about the 3rd week of the quarter. So we can expect the next 10Q to be out in the 3rd week of April.
Q. How do you know the next 10Q will be excellent? A. IGAI had acquired another company in the 3rd quarter of 2005, which haa made their quarter revenue jumped up 8 times, from 1 M$ to about 8 M$. Based on previous 10Qs, I expect an excellect report for next 10Q.
Q. How do you expect the pps of IGAi will jump up 2 to 5 times? A. The pps of IGAI has been pulled down by a factor of 10, from 0.15 to 0.015 in 5 months. IGAI has an annual revenue of about 30 M$ and market capital of only 0.3 M$, based on the pps of 0.015. Thanks to the MMs, we are able to play this game. If you can wait for one more month, this is the best gamble. The MMs have spent 6 months and a lot of $$$ in this game. Watch it.

Hi, Forrestgump. Your estimate of IGAI at 1.00 is very good. IGAI's pps was 2.00 two years ago. Now with an annual rev of 30 mm$ and O/S 20 mm shares, the fair pps shold be at least 1.50. So MMs may pump it up to 2.00. BTW IDWD was pumpu from 0.012 to 0.135 today; while VITS was pumped from 0.01 to 0.20. Check their charts, and you might be conviced IGAI will be 1.00 4 months later. Load it and hold it tight.

Jim I am convince. I did some DD and find more about IGAI. It is just a matter of time now. I do believe IGAI can hit .10 or even more in one day with proper volume, news.

Movin' up again...hopefully we will close in the green...steady volume...and this is goin' much much higher...PPS should be at $1-$1.50...get them while their cheap....

When people keep saying $1 are you guys saying in the long, long run or what? I am just wondering because people keep throwing that around and I don't know what to think because I don't know if that seems reasonable in the short term. .10 yes I could see that but do you guys really think this is a dollar stock which has just been held by the MMs? Just wondering what you guys think.

that is the Value that the PPS should be at...my goal for short term is only .06-.010...after that..I have no clue as to how long it would take the MM's to make it go to $1...but I feel that this is a "safe" stock

The MMs try to keep cheap shares for themselves. I placeed an order at bid, they raised bid/ask by 30% immediatel;y, it happens every time. So MMs are playing games with this one. A stock with annul rev of 30 mm$ with O/S of 20 mm shares -- and a pps of 0.015! Think about it --- MMs' trick.

Seems about right, which is why I was saying before since everyone has the same information about how good the new numbers are going to be there had to be something holding this down.

For a short time though though should be able to break dillution for a pop don't get me wrong. I still think this looks good for some nice gains in the s/t.

I am not seeing these stocks being "put" into the O/S...the volume isn't nearly high enough... There's more to the filings than what was posted here...the way that I am reading the above quoted: IGIA, INC. 157,000,000 SHARES OF COMMON STOCK
It sounded like "they" were to be held for 3 years before they could "issue" them...so not until 2008...so their O/S would still be only 20m or so...perhaps I am reading it wrong...
As of January 12, 2006, the Registrant’s consolidated assets are approximately $7 million and consolidated liabilities were approximately $23 million, including, $13 million of pre-petition liabilities.
