Did you see the size of those trades? Nearly 4M in volume...I think the 52 week low is .0093...to bad they didn't take it that low...

Just a thought, why dillute at 0.0099? Why not 0.012 or higher?

Anyone call the TA and get numbers or is everyone just speculating?

That last 1.65M trade went through without showing the Ask price on the L2's. You have to know that IGAI execs are selling straight out to someone at a predetermined set price.

If I recall and I could be wrong, I think it's part of that BK arrangement.

Not sure if this applies, but found it on their Form 8-K for IGIA, INC. 28-Dec-2005

The Notes bear interest at 8%, mature three years from the date of issuance, and are convertible into our common stock, at the Investors' option, at a conversion price equal to the lower of (i) $0.04 or (ii) 50% of the average of the three lowest intraday trading prices for our common stock during the 20 trading days before, but not including, the conversion date. As of December 22, 2005, the average of the three lowest intraday trading prices for our common stock during the preceding 20 trading days as reported on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board was $.08 and, therefore, the conversion price for the secured convertible notes was $.04. Based on this conversion price, the $3,000,000 Notes, excluding interest, were convertible into 150,000,000 shares of our common stock.

Very good question, so is the question why is the PPS not at $1-$2 "where it should be". What other agenda would ARCA be up to? Looks obvious to me they are/have been diluting--for someone. But yes a call to the TA would confirm.

The TA won't give out any info...I've tride...I actually put the email from them earlier in this thread...

But what was posted earlier about the shares and what not...there is another filing that is very specifice about the amount of shares and the price that they were to be traded at...

Check pink sheets...it's all there...

These are MM signals.
100 > I need shares
200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get them.
300 > Take the price down to get shares....
400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand
500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is.

HMMMM!!!! I wish! [Big Grin]

Unbelievable...NITE had a 100 size (you would assume that means a fair share) at .012 on the BID, there are two 5k trades ($60 a piece, wahoo!) and NITE disappears to expose 4 MM's at .009 on the BID.

IF this thing ever moves, it is going to move FAST. But IF is the word for now.

Looks like ETRD is hunting for someone to sell at the low.

10:09:28 ETRD raised Bid from 0.009 to 0.0091
10:11:11 ETRD raised Bid from 0.0091 to 0.0092
10:12:25 ETRD raised Bid from 0.0092 to 0.0093

just an FYI..I have had an order in for a while at .0115...they are not filling it...no one giving up anything at these levels...but then again...no one is buying...

Even my L2's aren't showing the same as my time and sales...i have well over 100000 shares traded accourcing to the time and sales...and some sales are at .009 at 11:19...but that doesn't reflect on the L2's? Does anyone have something different?

I read that on the other board, I think 10 bagger is really wishful thinking. It would be sweet, but let's be realistic here, I'd be surprised if we even make it to a nickel. I hope I'm wrong...

I think, and hope we all come to expect these dreams of people to be wishfull thinking after awhile. I would like to see 3 cents, but its been dropping since my first buy-in point so who knows.

My GZFX sell point was 2 cents and it barely crested that mark, while people were still talking about 9.9 cents. Ha.

I'm with you, I've already sold half my positions a couple of weeks ago and doubled my money on another stock.
I've thought about taking my gains and putting it back in IGAI, but I'm having doubts about what some of the posters on this board have been saying since February. It doesn't make logical sense to me that if there is any truth to what some are saying, "this is going to be a 10 bagger". If that were the case, then wouldn't you think the MM's would be smart enough to know that and sell this at a much higher price than what it's going for? The only other thing I can think, is that the only really cheap buying going on right now, for example at .0105 and lower, is sales from converting the outstanding notes to stocks. Maybe they know it's going to go up. Hence why they are buying at these levels. All I know is that everytime I try to buy at these levels, when ARCA puts them up, I can never get any.
Anyone have any theories or guesses, I'm lost.

IMHO..they are coverting those stocks into the Market...if you look at the filing in regadrs to that...the levels of the "sells" is wear they were to be sold at...It seems to be few and far between that the "average" person is able to purchase at that price...only the MM's are getting them...i still think that it will have it's run...10 bagger? that would be great...but I am not holding for that high...03-.04 is what I feel is realistic...
I also dont think that the filing will do much...it will run when the MM's want it to...but that it my opinion...the past few times it ran was not on news..if was out of the blue...
I've sold a large part of the shares I had...but am still holding in case...I have my sell order in at those prices...and one day I will lokk and they will be sold... [Big Grin]
GLTA!!!

I hope they're converting because they know the value is going to go up. That would make sense, why get an 8% (or what ever the rate is) return off the note, if you could get 100% or more in the short term. Which also makes you think, if they start off loading when and if it goes up, it's going to be a selling frenzy, and then it will probably start dropping off. I guess what you (10 of 13) is doing makes sense, set a price, put in a Good until Canceled order and that way you have your order in ahead of time of the frenzy. [Wink]

having the sell order in already...also stops me from watching the thing like a hawk...it was driving me crazy...I am confident that it will reach my sell point...and if i happen to notice the day that it makes the run..I can always change it...
