I was thinking of a target at .01. If they double the amount of shares the target may be at half the initial one (.005). This is still way above of the actual price.

Good numbers. That helps a lot if true. That is exacly a 5 billion increase in five days. Five billion shares weren't traded though. It seems the dilution started the week before and all this week those shares were sold into the market.
5 billion at .0002 is exacly 1 million dollars raised by the company.
5.7 billion approximately this week. Probably the last .7 were trades outside the dilution.
This hurts but doesn't kill it.
1. It let's us know why the price hasn't moved and how many shares are left.
Since the amount friday fell to 280 million it seems the dilution is over. Plus the close of .0003.
Perhaps all or many of the sales were to mm's. How that filters down to us I don't know.
2. Those who bought at .0002 got a good deal? Depends on the revenue numbers. If revenues as projected, between 1.8 mill/ per month and 5 million per month gives price/revenue figures of .0016 and .0046 per year.
This stock still has good upside. Maybe .002 or higher near term.
3. By diluting now they increased the shareholder base probably by the hundreds, thus creating a more viable and more competitive market?
4. It may give enough shareholders to change exchanges someday?

The dilution was done. Why now, at the bottom and not at a better price? I think most of those shares are not with the general public yet. MMs, insiders, or a combination must have them. When price goes up, they'll sell at the top.

I figure dilution is a fair thing right now. The reason is valuation needs to balance with the stock price.
Market cap of 12 Billion X .0002 = 2.4 million. Is this a fair value of the company? Probably. With the dilution comes an assett.
For the company to be fairly priced it would be
1,000,000 cash 1,400,000 contracts
2.4 million
The company has a fiduciary duty to balance market cap and actual fair value. The company can do this by
1. Let the stock price run up.
2. Issue more shares at the same price.
It diluted share portion, in other words we own a lower percentage of the company, but it did not dilute value. It allowed personal value to be the same and allowed overall company value to increase almost two fold.
7 bill X .0002 vs 12 bill X .0002
As value increases the company can continue to balance it by letting the price run or by issueing more shares at the current price.
Some people have asked, why doesn't the company dilute after the run up? It can't legally do that.
Say it had 7 billion OS and it let it run to .0004, that would make valuation of
2.8 million, fairly close to todays numbers. In that process you then had 5 billion sold at .0004 raising the value of the company to 4.8 million. To balance this the company/MM has to lower the stock price to reflect fair value.
Those buying at .0004 get screwed until the fair value increases to the 4.8 million level. This fluctuation is allowed within limits but their are laws protecting shareholders. A company can't knowingly dilute past fair value and earnings potential.
Anyway, in this case because the dilution has raised the overall value of the company and kept personal valuation the same, the company has done its fiduciary duty. It should be seen as a good thing long term.
How the company handles future valuation increases is anybody's guess. Over half the available shares are gone. Making dilution of doubling the valuation impossible.
20 billion authorized X .0002 = 4,000,000
Once the valuation hits 4 million, even with maxed OS, they have a fiduciary duty to raise the pps to reflect fair value.
Basically, any penny stock can be researched to find out pretty close what the value might be.
Since this stock has the potential to generate 5 million per month plus in revenues, it will far exceed the 4 million market cap limit most likely within a couple of months.
If they haven't lied to us about revenues this stock is a no-brainer.

I like the price here. Looks like the dilution's leveled itself out for a little while now. Seeing Jim here's always pleasant. Could be a nice gamble to let stew around for a bit. Once I get some funds, this one will have a portion of my folio.

I'm not sure why Scottrade does this. But it doesn't mean that you can't purchase the stock. It means that you cannot purchase over the internet and must call the office to have a broker place the order.
Just some Speculation: If they are having trouble getting the Certs could be a reason. They may want to route it through certain MM's I really don't believe it has anything to do with the stock itself.
I use Scottrade and had a position in IVOC. I had bought at .0004 the stock had gone up to .0008 and then I found them on this restricted list so I paniced and sold. Still had a double but would have held if not for the restricted list. IVOC's PPS has continued to rise. They are still on Scottrade's restricted list. Has anyone tried purchasing and had the order rejected? I would say if they reject your order to purchase they would have to give you a concrete reason why. JMHO.

It may have to do with margin accounts. Ameritrade has some stocks with margin restrictions.
Could be someone use their whole margin to gamble on a sub stock they think will be a homerun, or there may be some criteria the company hasn't complied with.

The PR is not really that great, it says that their signal is available nationwide, but they need carriers to pick it up to take it nationwide. Like maybe Comcast, Direct or Dish. All just IMO

Because its been doing that for months. So many people bought in at .0002 that its going to meet quite a bit of resistance to hit .0003/4 or beyond until those people are sold out or the rest are holders.
When I was buying at 3 and selling at 4 the O/S was less than half what it is now.

If there is one thing I love its a .0002 stock that you can hold long, when the revenues start coming in there will be a lot of people sorry they did not spend a few hundred dollars here.

I wonder where these guys are gonna call it quits on selling shares? The dilution should be a give away on the income. Keep selling this micro penny, because the profits are so high.

You are getting some sales at .0002, probably day traders selling so they can put money somewhere else, the .0003's are back and hopefully they will keep holding.
On any stock at .0002 the market cap is so low that any decent revenues move the stock.
Their goal is 2 million per month, even if they achieve 500 K per month this stock would triple pretty easily. That would be 1 affiliate signing on.

I thought they already had one affiliate signed on in Texas. This was to provide an income of up to 800K per month. April 1st was just the go live date. They should already be generating income based on the new feed.
