It's all accounting, and remember, an accoutant can make 1+1=3. Buzz, if you bought equal amounts each time just remember that you need at least 2 1/2 to break even. Unfortunatly atr these levels that means 3.

Erikson also stated, "With our contract for national signal distribution at a fixed monthly cost, we benefit exponentially with every additional market we serve."
The business plan of New Screen TV now includes revenues generated from pay-TV (cable, satellite, or fiber-to-the-home) subscription fees, advertising sales, and Video On Demand (pay-per-view) sales. -------------------------------------------------
So, VWKM can do up to 210 contracts. How many have they signed 5, 6? Only in the US, there was also a PR mentioning they were exploring the South American market.
The cost of having 1 or all the 210 deals is the same.
By the way, they sold Channel 29 for $1,000,000. I don't think they are desperate for money. All these shares going to the market are to make profits in the market. IMO

This thing would move,if they would report some finacials. With all of these contracts, they should beat expectations. This doesn't move on regular PRs, which they release often.

April 1st "New Screen TV" starts broadcasting. This is the service sold in all those contracts.
The numbers on contracts negotiated before March 15th were:
"The projected revenues for four affiliates (cable companies) are expected to reach $1,400,000 monthly and Video On Demand is expected to reach $3,200,000 monthly".
I count another 4 contracts after the 15th.

Well I thought I found this one ..But I see you guys are already on top of it ...GREAT JOB ....Now the news that keeps coming is very very good .So I can't seem to understand why it goes to .0002 and hovers here when a " no reverse split " statement was made and contracts are being signed that will propell this company into inceasing profits . That simply makes no sense .But this does ....that the ******* MM's have also realized a big profitable uptrend for vwkm and are playing games with us to get huge amounts of cheap shares before it takes off .

Patience is the key here. News does not seem to move this stock. It appears investors are waiting for some solid news the company is actually generating revenues.
If is does not come on the 1st do not be suprised. It may take a month or so for New Screen to report actual revenue and profits. The key here is to get in early enough that you will not have to chase this stock once it runs.

VWKM has not gone up because of all the shares that are going to the market. IMO this is done in a pre-arranged price (.0002) When there is no emission price goes to .0003 on normal market conditions. Also, all these new shares in the billions and price hasn't gone to .0001. When they finish issuing shares this will go up. With PRs and profits, better.

I figure if this stock even touches 4 it will go through the roof. There have been to many people just waiting for a move.

It has touched .0004 plenty of times in the past, which is where I sold and it has not moved past for months.

I do not believe in the past it has had the potential that it does now. With going national the sky is the limit here. Choosing their audience and the correct advertising can generate revenues beyond believe. It is no wonder many of the media companies are so valuable.

.0004 is where I bought, so I'm bag holding at the moment. I'd like to dump at .0005 (right) and rebuy at .0002 but the chances are 50/50 at the moment

The company itself is selling. Diluting, dumping? Could be called like that, but they are not sending them to the general public. They are going to sell them at the right time (at the climax of the run) and get $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

RAEL ...Theres no need to feel bad .....Even .0004 is a low price for what is happening here . If you can ..try and get a bit more at .0002 .
Rael ...Think about this .I bought a batch of a little company called " usxp " .I paid .0015 which was on a dip back then . But it went 5 times lower to .0003 . So I bought bit more at .0004 . usxp is close to 10 times higher than .0015 as we speak . And I do think usxp will end up much higher .But VWKM looks pretty darn interesting to me and for solid reasons . lots of good contracts being signed to increase revenues and a strong statement of no reverse splits . Probably as there would never be a need for a R/S with the new revenue stream . Besides that ....we are seeing a lot of pr's reflecting new contracts . Gteat post, Intima. I started to monitor USXP in early last December, and found it's bottom at 0.0004. For the next 6 weeks, it fluctuated between 0.0004 and o.0006; for the following 3 weeks, it swang between 0.0005 and 0.0008. After that, bigger runs came and the pps started to jump. So the first 9 weeks were very slow and frustrating, and most people gave up. I believe VWKM is a more promising company than USXP was in early last December. With the potential revenue, they might buy back some stocks. At 0.0002, it's a great gamble. You can always sell them at the same price. Try to get 1 mm at a time. Patience is the key to win this game.

According to Prdponce's DD, USXP diluted 30% of O/S shares in the 3rd quarter of 2005. I think dilution is the common problem of the BB/pink stocks. Once they get some revenue, they will likely buy back the stocks. Treat it as gamble -- and when you gamble on the MMs's, it's a great gamble.

Very good posts guys... I am very happy to be here, my 5.5 mil is going to go places here, wish that I could buy 50 million, but can't put all my eggs in one basket. I believe that .002-.003 is a very attainable goal over the next few months, eventually they are going to have to stop diluting. If a great pr comes out next mon or tues about Sat launch, we should see a little spkie in pps, a USXP run would be phenomenal, only time will tell, Keep up the good posts, JB

The more I think about it ....the more this convinces me to buy a bit more . I know that when stocks sit at a low price that many people view it as worthless for that reason alone . I remember how long usxp, rshn and cnes all sat around .0004 . But when they finally started to move everybody could'nt wait to buy in .
