That is the O/S directly from the Transfer Agent, here's their #(801)363-9065. They will not give you the Public Float.
When I called last week the O/S was 7,255,873,412.
When I called Yesterday it was 8,855,873,412.
It's gone up over 2 Billion since late last week. That is called dilution.
I'm stillin but getting leery since they have 20 Billion Authorized Shares. Hopefully they have enough money now that they can stop putting more shares on the market. Once that stops it will run.

They are dumping all they can to the market, or to be precise: "through the market". Pumping will come after that.

Again..... VWKM can give us all these press releases about their "monthly" income by the millions of dollars and by the time VWKM exceeds over a billion dollars monthly, I believe their PPS will still be at 0.0002. PATHETIC!
Currently holding only 10 million shares of VWKM but I'm almost to the point of selling out. I've made some good money off of this company a couple of months ago but VWKM today, is very disappointing, I must say.

The previous poster is correct - Scottrade has VWKM on its restricted page saying you can only sell it, but not buy it. Anyone know the reasons why?

I would have to say we are staying even. I cannot see this dropping any further and the only direction to go is up. When they go live the end of this week I would look for some momentum. It may not be a big jump out the gate but it will get the ball rolling.

if i bought some at 0003, then some at 0002, does that make the value of all of them go down to 0002?
