Look, stop making this difficult. There is no need for an RS. The only reason the stock doesn't move is because the company is issuing shares. The MM's have first crack at thos shares and buy them at .0001. When they feel like it they sell a few to the retail market. Has anyone been able to sell any shares at any price?
Pure and simple it's dilution. I tried calling the Transfer Agent for hours today and there was no answer. I guess they got tired of all the calls.
This may still run a bit but not until the A/S of 20 Billion becomes the O/S.

I bought RSHN at .0011 and days later it was down to .0008 . It did not faze me as I knew .0011 was a great price . I bought USXP at .0015 and it droped to .0003 but I did not sell as .0015 was a fantastic price and I knew it . One just needs to decide to buy more when it's a great stock .
Right now the most incredible bargain has got to be VWKM . I realize their are some yelling at the top of their lungs that it is a scam ....BUT YELLING it ...post after post ..DOES NOT make it true .It provides a great product ...And in a merging market industry of great revenue and growth . The contracts we are hearing about are very appropiate for the news put out in press . Meaning that it makes a lot of sense and is believable . I would also expect that there are many more contracts to follow . For those holding multi-millions of shares especially at the .0002 & .0001 price CONGRADULATIONS ....For those that did not pick up the cheap shares will wish they did .

I'm assuming (and hoping) that since they have already recently acquired a national satellite broadcast with SES AMERICOM, they are currently in negotiations with numerous affiliates to gather additional contracts. Though the product idea sounds great, it would seem to me that if additional affiliates are not added in the near future, then the cost of doing business with SES AMERICOM will catch up with us.
Introducing billions of additional shares into the market at .0001 doesn't raise a whole lot of capital.

So we'll give the guy who got it the cheapest a pat on the head and a slap on the butt and a compliment afterwards. Seriously though if I have millions of shares and this went to .03 whether I got in for .0001 or .0002 begins to pale in importance. Do you follow my drift? If its valuable enough to someone they will pay what they have to. PS I have millions of this at.0002 also. But i'd pay more if I saw the value of it.

I've seen possible projections of 2.5 cents and even that would be amazing. I may end up holding a year just to see where this goes within that time frame.
It will have to be very stabilized in price to sell out at those levels.
If I only had $100 or something in this I dont see why anyone would be b*tching, that kind of money is forget about it money - let it sit.
The difference between .0001 and .0002 is a double, thats still a big difference. If you ask me is there a difference between $25,000 and $50,000 I will tell you yes, there certainly is.

IMVHO, I don't believe anyone is complaining because it .0001 VS .0002. The main item of contention on this thread aswell as other boards is the fact that the company annouced a buy back a short time ago. Bought back I believe 500 million shares and now at the point of luanch has dumped over 10 Billion new shares on the market. They also used encouraging PR's prior to the dump. They attracted news buyers and then diluted while they bought.
You say it doesn't make much difference and I must disagree. For the stock to achieve the levels we all talked about including the over enthusiastic price of .025 the amount of revenue would have to be incredible. 20,000,000,000 X .025 = $500,000,000. It also means that from this point forth it will take a gigantic effort to move this stock.
It may take a year to .0005.
I and many who feel like I do wish the company were much more upfront with us. They are to blame for making this "appear" like a scam. I still think this has potential but I am very very leery after the shannigans they pulled.

If the deals they mention are real .0005 could be reached the same day they show revenue is comming in. If goals are reached .005 is possible. All this, not considering any additional deals.

News of another affiliate post-satellite deal and I bet this thing hops to .0005 easy. Anybody think this shouldn't be too hard? As for the recent dumping to raise some short term capital, anybody think this is just something that correlates with immediate costs associated with the satellite contract?

IMO or IMHO or IMVHO or JMO or JMVHO all are used to make sure that people know it is one person's opinion and should not be taken as fact. That people still need to do their own DD and make decisions accordingly.
One PR won't make this jump to .0005. It will now take double the money to move this now than it did prior to the dilution. That is a mathematical fact. If there were 9 Billion shares outstanding and now there are 18 Billion it takes twice as much to move the stock as it did before. Plain and simple.
If the recent dumping was to raise needed capital WHY didn't the company say so instead of releasing PR's stating new contracts and dumping into it.
I own shares and am hopeful that it reaches it's potential but I just can't look past the fact that it will be twice as hard to get there

This thing won't have any problem going past .0002 . I can't belive anyone would even debate that . Have you not even a tiny bit of patience . A great stock goes to .0001 and you want to crap your shorts and panic sell . IT"S A BUYING PRICE FOOL . When this stock moves up others will be panic buying to get in .Amazing but this is how it works in penny world .Seen it many many times before .

LoL! VWKM lately has released so many press releases advising shareholders how many "millions" or even "billions" they'll be making per month and yet this company is just asking for a R/S very soon. Don't get me wrong, I just find it funny how when all seems to go well, the PPS just keeps going downhill. I believe the expectations of VWKM are still high to some or even most but a company like this that is priced at 0.0001, that is "SUPPOSEDLY" making all these "GAZILLIONS OF DOLLARS PER MONTH" will NOT make it unless a 10 billion share buyback is called for, which will NEVER happen or a GIANT REVERSE SPLIT.
I'm a VWKM shareholder too but I'm keeping my 20 million shares with this horrible company for now. "Patience" is the key word.....
Now..... Go ahead and bash me all you want, I don't care. I'm drunk as hell.....
