It may not have started coming in until they went live, they may have had some upfront money but I think revenues started today.

was this stock really trading at $2400 in '04? Big Charts on Ameritrade shows a few different times at those levels.

Could be more dilution today, folks. Take a look at the ask size of 4,000,000 at .03.

I just called the transfer agent and the OS hasn't changed since 3/31
12.255 billion
I think the dilution has stopped. Maybe you have to call at the end of the day but right now it hasn't changed.

I'm still working on my own DD for this stock. At .0002, I still think it was a bargain.
After the dilution is over, can anyone see this going back up over .0005 anytime soon?

I don't like knocking stocks cause some I thought were dogs made people lots of money. This is just for comparison purposes.
Comparing VWKM and MOTG, both have about the same market cap if the OS figures are correct and depending on price at the moment,
vwkm at
.0001 - mc = 1.25 million .0002 = 2.5 million .0003 = 3.75 million
Motg at .024
.024 - = 1.2 million
I don't know MOTG's actual OS but am using the 50,316,000 at ameritrade
This from the March 20 MOTG press release
quote:Modern Technology Corp (OTC BB: MOTG), a diversified technology development and acquisition company, announced today it estimates revenues for the three-months ending March 31, 2006 to be approximately $4,620,000, or an approximate 300% increase over the same period last year which reported revenues of $1,547,793 for the three months ending March 31, 2005.
So, basically 1.2 million per month, about half the monthly revenue expected from VWKM. That is after a 300% increase.
at .0001 VWKM would seem to be the better deal, at .0002 about even, and at .0003 maybe MOTG is a better deal.
So factor in growth potential which I don't know, but VWKM seems to be positioned for good growth, I would think VWKM is a good deal.
Because OS is so much higher than MOTG and change in price effects the Market cap more for VWKM.
Either has some room for pps rise.

I forgot to add that MOTG would have to move to .065 to make you the same money as VWKM moving to .0003.

Volume well over 800 million, what will it take to move this off of .0002/.0003. PR sure won't do it.

It isn't dilution but MM's trading shares to each other.
Say they diluted 5 billion shares at .0001 up to .00015, then one mm sells to another at .00017 but it shows at .0002 on the ticker.
actual retail is .0002 to .0003.
I think it will run once the 5 billion shares are worked through all the wholesale guys. A lot of that volume took place three days ago. Some days around 2 billion in volume.
at this volume maybe two days away imo.

I can see it hitting .0005 this week or next, especially if they announce another affiliate signing on.
Selling at .0003 makes you money and allows you to have a chance to buy back at .0002. It isn't guaranteed because a lot of people will be trying to do that.
I still see .0005 to .001 in April. The revenues seem to support that level.
at .001 it gives a market cap of 12.5 million with yearly revenues projected at 20-30 million.

I expected at least to have heavy trading at .0003 after national service launch. At the end we are at .0002.
MMs doing distribution?
Will the dilution continue?
Some heavyweight still covering shorts?
I think the company lost a great opportunity to increase share price, for them and for the stockholders. Good press releases (repeat, “good”) and service launch, and they could have got more in price increase than what they got with the new shares.
I hope they are planning something good and release specific revenue numbers and plans.
For the moment, I asked Comcast Service what I had to do to add New Screen TV on my channels (https://www.comcast.com/ContactUs/Contact.ashx).

Who knows, Astrom may hold the other shares to avoid a hostile takeover. I dont recall exactly but I believe there are over 11 billion O/S right now, which only leaves around 9 billion in 'storage' though.
