Its all supply and demand, Tinpoz. When there isn't enough supply to meet demand, price rises. Increase supply to meet demand, and price stays the same or goes down.

There is so much dilution going on right now, what is truly amazing is that we haven't dropped to 0001-0002! At least if it stays at 2x3 it won't be as hard to pull up some once they run out of shares

Buzzy - sorry, didn't mean upset you. Do you not agree that the dilution is causing this not to move? You know, the other thing with this stock is that you can get in at .0002 and flip at .0003 - so there are a lot of daytraders in it. That's going to keep the price down as well.

indy, were all good, i just got more responses than i wanted. Anyway, yes i do agree because this kind of volume wasnt here the last couple of days. I wasnt able to get in at 2 either. Tried pretty much all day when it was there.

it is "supposed" to move after the first because of their new contracts and everything. So what is the purpose of diluting it? More shares out will not allow it to go up as much?

Guys, the SEC has regulations in place that prevent companies from dumping more shares in the float without notifying share holders. They have to go through a clearing house to do this, I don't think the clearing house wants any problems with the SEC.

I had an order at .0002 for 450k shares at 8:30 this morning. It never got filled. I use Scottrade and I have not had this kind of problem before. Maybe it is a good thing, maybe not. If anyone knows why I couldn't buy let me know.

Well that is odd, you were in line before I was. You put your order in 5 hours before I did at the same price and as a limit order (since STrade doesn't take market orders on BB/pinks) and I got filled (after 50 minutes) on a bigger order...I think that might be worth a call to STrade for an explanation.

Bill; I had an order for 750k that sat for nearly four hours before it filled. Meanwhile about seventy million went by me. It finally filled late in the day. I have scottrade also and can't explain it.

i filled a 3mil order at around 2 my time 3 NY time i got it a .0002 it took, i guess about 2 hours to fill i put it in at 12 my time, tried to dump at .0003 just to see, but nothing. guess this might be another wave to ride, supposedly big PR after the first, so we'll see.

Waiting for this people to finish distributing all those shares. Seems there was a predefined-negotiated price (.0002). What for? ...... good question. "Here they go, put them on the market at the best price, gimme the money, keep a percent......". I just start imaginating things when I don't have anything to go.

I had an order in since yesterday afternoon...for .0002...for a little over 1 million...it hadn't gone through...and at the close of the day today...I went ahead and canceled the order...maybe it is some sort of "sign"...hope you all do well!!!!

FYI to all of you attempting to use Scottrade to purchase this stock, if you want to call it that, you can only sell this one with Scottrade, you cannot buy it with them. Look at the restricted stocks page.
Scottrade? The best online broker out there! A great way to trade. Do yourself a favor and learn how to trade!! VWKM is a buy on there. Easy to buy more and more...Believe me!

Okay those of you who feel that there isn't any dilution going on, explain this. The huge sells at .0002. We have a hard enough time getting a buy filled at .0002 Why would so many be willing to take a loss because I haven't heard of anyone getting filled at .0001.
The O/S as of Noon today had risen to 9,555,873,412. If it's still there is anyone's guess. That is the reason this has not moved yet. everytime we get to .0003 X .0004 a new batch comes in at .0002.
I can understand that they may need the money for the launch I just wish they didn't dump all at once like they have.
I have yet to see any SEC filing about the shares being sold.
Once they quit dumping this will move, maybe not as high as GZFX or USXP but it should get above .0015.
