MJM, you should consider playing somewhere else when you're just bored. Surely this Q thread isn't an enjoyable pass time when theres a whole world of other stuff.

HAHAAAA. That explains it. Also, might have saved having to issue more shares to cover the cost.
I wonder how many times it was reasoned that the O/S had to be increased to cover the DVD distribution.? [Big Grin]

Yes, of course. It's included in the tuition and faster than anything I could have had installed or paid for through a wireless company (such as Verizon)...

Because, i'm a nice guy and just curious, since you gave me the explanation of what your day is being like. Did you know that in Iowa you can get wireless internet at the rest stops for free. Its called I-Spot. Even California doesn't offer that.

Oh, now I could use that... I've spent a few times at Newark and Greensboro airport...

I have to pay clost to seven bucks to use wireless there...for just one day...it's absurd

Let me tell you what I think regarding Frank's conversion of common to preferred. He didn't have any common shares in TMM. He very conveniently uses percentages rather than hard numbers, hence my point earlier that 53% times 0 (common shares) equals 0 (preferred shares). It sure is plausible.

Ain't nobody gonna sell an old QBID holder shares at 0001. Haven't tried. Thought i'd wait and see if these guys even want to have shareholders.

What happened to Itesprit? I must have missed something. Did he lose it? Investing in QBID has done that to several posters, oh well, I wish him. "Good luck" with his investment.

ITESPRIT,
I've reading your posts, and I really enjoy them, I find them insightful and intelligent. I've been a shareholder for a few months now, like many other people, I've lost the majority of my investsments, but I haven't given up yet, I think we still have a pretty good chance to get our money back and maybe even make some money here, cuz I really like the idea of Q and the things they have been doing. I have a few questins regarding qbid and would like to consult with you:

Who do you think have been selling QBID especially at these low prices? The vollume for the last few months has pickedup substantially, do you really think it's the result of market makers who have trading back and forth? I hope this is the case, but I really doubt about it. And I don't think it's restricted shareholders selling either, because those restricted shares were granted at much higher price, even if they have been selling, those restricted shares should have been liquidated easily, given the huge villume we've had during the last few months. I suspect there have been a lot of insiders dumping going on, including Frank. Do you know if he and other insiders can legally sell the shares? Are there any ways that we can find out if there have been any insiders trading give that Qbid is in pink sheet.

Regarding the long awaited audit, according to Frank, it was completed late October, so i will think the audit can only reveal the number of O/S shares as of end of October, 05. As we all know, the share dilution is non-stoping, so unless shareholders are informed every time Frank issues new shares, the audit won't do us too much good. Do you agree with me?

Please advise, look forward to your reply post.

Thanks!

Qbidwillhit.

Investors Hub... The IHub that people mention...

I'm not sure if he was or wasn't...but it seems so...

Maybe if he gets back on here, he can clear that up for us...

Time will tell...just like with this stock...

The DVD is fine, not that excited about it.
We want audit, DVD is fine, but not going to make people jump up and down.
I wish Frank would get in big trouble if he is screwing the pps by dumping many himself. He had a conference call with shareholders, and if he lied at that time, he should be responsible for doing what he did when he said he wasn't doing it.

Do we think Frank is going to hold another CC with the shareholders any time soon. He was fairly quick to have one back in Oct 05. Funny, we haven't heard from him since? [Wink]

Yeah, I check out IHUB every so often when it gets quiet over here. Aside from a lot of L2 updates, there isn't much info there you can't find here. I also don't like clicking on a reply only to see that the subject was the entire message.

Ites seems like a reasonable and intelligent investor, even if he recently had it out with several members here (who I think were letting emotions run a bit too high). I am positive on this stock and will remain so short of delisting, but rational discussion and disagreement is always useful.

I didn't think that was quick and the whole thing was just somebody talking that you can't believe a single word from. So, what good would it be to repeat it. Besides that Frank remarked that the CC cost 20 grand the last time. Do you realize how many shares he had to sell to pull that off. I would rather read something with more substance.

Beats me, Thats what he said, The only part that wasn't true is that he said that it cost him. In my opinion, he probably passed the cost on to us. Go figure.
It was right at the end of the CC.
Maybe he wanted to sound like he was giving something to us. [Big Grin]

There are some good posters over there, but I (and you seem to agree) hate the format of their site...it's so unmanageable...

I think it's through some sort of service... I don't know...

That number we called connected to an operator that worked for a "provider of conference calls"... And we had to give that "login" info to get into the call...

Idk, maybe an AIM chat next time would be more efficient... I wonder what Frank's sn would be?

I was just thinking about something...

Why is this stock called QBID?

Maybe it's because when you naked short sell, you sell at the bid? Idk (Idk if that's even right)

I just had a pseudo-epiphany and thought I'd share...

Since, there's absolutely no news... and nothing good on the other boards...

Ahh, waiting's a bitch, ain't it...
