I'm happy that we have raised the awareness about all things going on with this scam stock. More and more people who used to be living in fantasies are coming out and start realizing what a BS this stock is. MT, Dustoff, buckwheat and mjm are just a few of them. I had a personal discussion with PennyTrader and he is on our side too.
Let's spread the knowledge and make new investors are aware of whats going on.

Well, it's happened again, and way overdue.
Stinky has been banned from QBID board on IHUB.
Y'all might want to be on the lookout. She's gotta post somewhere. If she can't post, she might implode.

Sounds more like a game of D&D than a stock message board. JMHO
I'd kind of like an update of what's "going on". I've not read the board in a couple of weeks and going back and trying to pick out what are the current issues is pretty difficult. If someone would be kind enough to give a summary (with no spin if possible) I'd appreciate it.
Thanks.

I was just saying that some people (who use to believe in this stock) no longer live in fantasies... including bigtime myself.
Sorry if my message was not clear enough.

Hey Doc, What's with Bill Cowher stealing the Bengals "Who Dey" chant?? That's pretty low. Hope MNF or SNF picks up the Bengals/Steelers game - it will be a good one.

Another one holding here! I will continue to watch this site and read its posts. Still waiting for the release of the audit and other financials like everyone else is. Until actual word is released everything else is just a "RUMOR".
This is a PINK and should be treated as such.

They (TMM) raised the A/S from 50B to 350B without telling the shareholders. They have also shut down the studios for about 2 weeks saying that they are improving their lineup and preparing / training for the gay games. Some of that may have been true, but we have no proof. It has also came out (about the same time) that they lost one of their sources of funding and could not pay some of their folks. They are supposedly now back up and running, but we are not sure if all the talent is back or not. It is hard to verify if the “live shows” are reruns or not without actually watching all of them, so I’m not sure what the situation is. My wife humors me to some degree, but doesn’t want to sit and watch QTN all the time. I have also seen posts that lead me to believe (no proof) that Frank is depending on dumping more shares on the market to finance operations at least for now. I hope that is not true, because soon no one will want to buy them and they will run out of money.
Of course the audit has never been released – maybe because they couldn’t show that they had funding in place until 2008 as they had previously stated, and because Frank never converted his shares to preferred shares reducing the tradable shares by 53% as a PR stated, or because they don’t really own the Media City Studios as a PR stated…
Most of the folks hanging around now feel like they are down so far that they might as well stay in ‘till things work out or we loose it all.
I’m still holding on in hopes of making some money in the long run.
Links can be provided if you want—just tell me what you want to verify and someone (or I) will post it.

Thanks to those who posted the summaries. They were a lot of help.
Guess I'm one of those who are just going to hold and either loose it all or make some money (or maybe even status quo!)

No, but they couldn't prove it either with CMKX.
Because.......................................................... PINK SHEETS DON'T HAVE TO REPORT!
And Frank is laughing at that.
Proof that he doesn't care about shareholders is the increase in AS without any info the shareholders!

Call the transfer agent. It has been confirmed SEVERAL times on this thread.
The TA will never publish an official document to the public and the company did not pr it. It has been confirmed, do your DD by calling the TA if you don't believe.
Oh, I can't see air so I guess breathing is a worthless effort.
This is what "PINK SHEETS" shows as the latest info: QBID -- Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. Com (No Par)

Within all of those powerful entities, I would think that at least ONE of their legal teams would have learned of any scam by now and therefore would of washed their hands of Q, wouldn't you?

That amountof share difference in comparison to that was learned during the last CC, not to say that proves anything either way.
And having announce the correction only proves to me his lazy and unrofessional way of doing business. Not a scam. Sorry. I'll just have to continue to wait this out I guess.

Guess you will. And if anybody does find "documents" that this is a scam, well I guess there will be convictions. I guess Frank would not publish any info relating to a scam so he couldn't be convicted. Maybe that is why we can't find any documents.
And we all know Frank would never do anything illegal, just ask his buddies in the radio business.

Yeahhh finished up again!! Going to post this every time the stock finishes up! Yeahhhh!
Would someone on here please show some enthusiasm? Honestly -whatever happens is going to happen and people whining about it will not change that.
I know most of us have taken some hits. I definitely did. But I also have bought enough at .0001 so if this does go back up a bit my break-even point is dramatically lower now.
If you don’t like the stock - SELL and go away! Listen to your parents " If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all."
Im sure someone will say that I need to be realistic and I am - why do you think I bought more to get my breakeven point lower?
Personally I think this company has a chance, and am looking forward to the day when it proves it.

It seems that there aren't many people here who were with us way back when!!!
After trying to work things out with Frank, and being played with at every turn, I finally went and done it...3:27 PM, EST (Feb 22, 2006) I handed over my complaint to the SEC!
My complaint was over 4 pages long, with 8 attachments (the attachments totaled 183 pages).
What will make this complaint different from others which were sent in (if any were) is that all attachments are
#1. legal documents written by or signed by Triangle Multi-Media;
#2. PR's & web-site posting that Triangle Multi-Media put out;
#3. Transcriptions from the Q Hotline
#4. News article where Frank and/or Renee were quoted
Also,
1. this complaint was not saying that Frank cheated me...it shows how Frank continued to mis-lead investors investors (there is a pattern to his deception) and by how he continued making bad business decisions and then using shares of stock to pay off these mistakes.
2. it shows the similarity between how Frank ran this company and how Urban Casavant ran CMKX (remember, Casavant did not get arrested/charged with fraud, all the SEC did was take away CMKX's trading privileges.)
#3. The SEC attorney whom I sent this to, I contacted before and told them of what I would be sending in. While they have said there is no guarantees that they would pursue the complaint, they did say that they are interested in my "proof!"
Good luck to us all, I hope that Frank will finally get what is coming to him.

Enron?...the B to B structure is totally different, come on.
QTN/TMM isn't a conglomerate but rather a small fish bowl with one single Goldfish, so when the water gets dirty, you can bet it will be seen.

I have actually made money on the last run. I haven't lost a dime as I didn't get back into this until it has hit it's low.
Problem I have is all the talk of the GREAT company. The CEO is a POS and this company could make us some money, but probably will only be small change until the structure themselves like a national network.
Yea, and we were up today. Did you try to sell??? I know alot of traders that have a standing order to sell at .0002 and haven't heard from one that got lucky.

Did you know that your shiny goldfish was convicted for problems he had with another public company he was running for many years? This was according to public court records.
And ENRON didn't do B to B?? You are kidding, right?

Q, I have to agree with you. He is really messing up, and with our money! That is the whole problem. Frank needs to go if you expect to "invest" in this company rather than "trade".

Hey GoodFella if I were a pink I believe I too would not worry about f*cking up so long as I kept everything as possible above water. Then if I were to become totally successful, and start to report, and get on to an exchange...then that is when I would make sure I was doing everything it took to stay successful and satisfy the shareholders...because thats when the big money from investors come in anyways.
Just do what it takes to get out the gate. I myself, truthfully, do not expect anything less than that. It's a pink!....and I have only spent money that I could afford to.

Wow, I am surprised how many people have bailed recently. I considered this money as lost to me a long time ago. No reason to get too hung up on bad news, too many other things going on to get ticked off about it at this point.
If they were/are out of money, I much prefer them raising the a/s and diluting us instead of decalaring bankruptcy and shell shifting it out from under us.
