Actually DJ, as much as I wanted to see this stock fly, a bird with no wings ever gets off the ground. I would not, at least myself, take any of the info you posted as food for thought. Either you where just BSing everyone, or where lied to by Frank on any discussions that really took place.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt and aim to the latter of the two. If this info that Sandra and the Doc are now gone has any truth to it, then that is a bad sign that talent is dwindling away and walking away. How can you produce a show with no staff or talent? Frank lived too high on the hog for too long. This is a ship that is slowly sinking and we are bailing with a Dixie cup.
I will tell you what I am really watching for. The second we all find out that one executive leaves, this thing is flushed. Games or no games, there will be no way of recovery. Out of all of us, Monkey and Doc are the only 2 who made it inside the door. More time and effort went into dicking them around to not see the books than showing them Q was really clean. Really stupid business move on Franks part but arrogance will do that.
I don't post much but read this board 3 or 4 times a day. Anything that Rod or I miss; we keep the other up to date. I am for a change speaking up to say, and no offence to those who disagree, but Q is finished due to extremely poor substandard management, mainly Frank and substandard legal advice. A smart business move would have been to hold controlling amount and hired someone with a cell between their ears to make this dream come true.
As I preach to my son all the time, tell the truth and no harm will come to you. Lie and get caught every time and it will hurt you and those around you. More of Franks lies continue to catch up with him on a daily basis. Now we have so called purchases that are showing life they may only be long term rentals. If proof is found of this, then . . . . . . . well you know.
The above is just some of the info that is coming to light. I like MJM have jumped ship completely and have gone back to Canadian oil stocks, which are profitable and reporting. I am going to continue to read here and if any truth ever does develop, I will rethink jumping in for a short bit. Otherwise, I am done with the US markets. Even the SEC can not keep up to the BS. Those who do catch a ride.....good for you!

------------------------------------------------- U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Litigation Release No. 19571 / February 17, 2006 SEC v. iBIZ Technology Corp., Kenneth W. Schilling, H. Mark Perkins, Jeffrey Firestone, Jerrold B. McRoberts, and D. Scott Elliott, CV 2:06-CV-0502 (D. Arizona, filed February 16, 2006) SEC Files Securities Fraud Charges Against Recidivists iBIZ Technology Corp. and its CEO Kenneth W. Schilling, and Related Charges Against iBIZ Technology Executive Vice President H. Mark Perkins and Three Purported Consultants On February 16, 2006, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed an injunctive action in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona against iBIZ Technology Corp., its CEO Kenneth W. Schilling, its Executive Vice President H. Mark Perkins, and three purported company consultants, Jeffrey Firestone, Jerrold B. McRoberts, and D. Scott Elliott. iBIZ Technology and Schilling are securities law recidivists.
According to the SEC's complaint, iBIZ Technology, Schilling, and Perkins made false and misleading statements in press releases, online interviews, investor correspondence, proxy solicitations, and Commission filings regarding the company's involvement with a development-stage product called the "Virtual Keyboard." At the same time, Schilling and Perkins sold over $1 million worth of their own iBIZ Technology shares into a falsely inflated market. In addition, the SEC asserts that the inflated stock price allowed iBIZ Technology to eliminate approximately $2.8 million of convertible debt that it was otherwise powerless to repay.
The complaint further alleges that all of the defendants engaged in a scheme to raise money for themselves by using Form S-8 registrations statements. The SEC alleges that iBIZ Technology, Schilling and Perkins illegally distributed through Firestone, Elliott and McRoberts approximately $3 million worth of newly issued iBIZ Technology S-8 shares.
The SEC's complaint alleges that iBIZ Technology, Schilling, and Perkins violated the antifraud provisions of the securities laws contained in Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, and that all of the defendants violated the registration provisions contained in Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act"). The complaint also alleges that iBIZ Technology violated the periodic reporting provisions contained in Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 12b-20, 13a-1, and 13a-13 thereunder, and the proxy disclosure rules contained in Sections 14(a) and 14(c) of the Exchange Act and Rules 14a-3, 14a-9, 14c-2, and 14c-6 thereunder. Finally, the complaint alleges that Schilling and Perkins aided and abetted certain violations by the company of these periodic reporting and proxy disclosure provisions. The SEC seeks officer and director bars against Schilling and Perkins, penny stock bars against Schilling, Perkins, Firestone, McRoberts, and Elliott, and disgorgement, plus prejudgment interest, and civil penalties against all of the defendants.
In a related action, on February 16, 2006, the SEC instituted public administrative proceedings pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act against iBIZ Technology to determine whether the registration of its securities should be suspended or revoked for failure to file required periodic reports with the Commission in violation of Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder.

Dustoff....Just yesterday, MJM confirmed rumors that QTN did not own the studios they have PRd ownership of.
Those IBIZ guys were in the complaint because of false and misleading PR's. The fact that Frank blatenly lied about the ownership of the studio in the PR is not only misleading IMO but a lie.
Yes there is many many other things i could go into, but this is one that is confirmed and Frank could go down for this in the very least.

CMKX had it's fair share of DavidJ's and ricecakes right down to the final halting and subsequent death of trading......
I really do not understand how the long time pumpers of this POS can sleep at night..What a crew, eh?
They preyed on, and bullied the young and confused...Many of us paid a price for fighting them.
Wallace was a causuality of this War...He was one of the best men I have ever seen when it came to the inner workings of the legal systems of the SEC and Wall Street....
But the pumper crews made sure he was banned, by plugging the complaint box. I hope that tactic is never allowed again..
Someday, I hope the SEC Busts the gang pumpers... Scuttlebutt around the net is, it just might happen, and soon!
Also, if and when these gang pumpers get busted, it won't be by a gentleman in a suite from the SEC..
Federal marshalls and the FBI would probably make the arrests..And they ain't Gentlemen..

You mean the only stock you have ever been in. Let's not confuse Frank with being a CEO. ("PERSISTENT CEO" is an oxymoron if there ever was one.)
Keep posting - nothing wrong with making people laugh.

Well, I gave up trying to sell at .0002. So I sold all my 12m trading shares of QBID for .0001. Lost over $5K. But the sale did give me $1200 I can use somewhere else. Unfortunately I still have around 5m in my 2 IRA. I guess I will keep those share. Down 97% there..so what the point of selling them. So, even though I think QBID is a soon to be goner, if by some act of God it does come back, I'll still have 5m share.
Wish you guys well.

Dustoff, i posted a little while back that an ex member from allstocks (banned for telling the truth) and a couple of guys from IHUB who are computer guys have complied a database of all those computer things (IP etcs) of a couple of posters from allstocks, ragingbull, and IHUB. And has sent it to the SEC along with a detailed complaint.
Yes Frank Olsen has screwed the shareholders, but in my very humble opinion, i think these pumpers (probably paid) are even worse because they make things out to be ok. Tell people to hold on a bit longer. They are the ones that people here hold out hope for, becuase just maybe there will be news next week.
And as of last month, a lawsuit that is being complied was rumored to have BOB FREY owner of allstocks on the defendants list if you catch my drift

Clyde I agree ... and I challenge anyone to find me by "tracing" my allstocks posts. If anyone takes the challenge, just send me an email when you're done and I'll confirm to the world that you are a computer "genius".
By the way, if you're one of the few people who really do know me ... no cheating.
