My etrade still shows FCDH. Does anyone know the exact "in" date for SNYY entitlement? It seems to have floated quite a bit. According to the latest I read it was 12/21, which means I missed it be a day. But I seem to recall that was changed to 12/29. Confusion continues.. though it could be me.

(OTC: BKMP), formerly known as First Canadian American Holding Corporation (FCAHC), announced today that the corporate direction that the new entity will focus on as both the operating name and trading symbol changes have been successfully accepted.
"We are very pleased that both the name and symbol changes where approved at all levels," said Mr. Winick, the Chairman of Blackout Media Corp. "These changes are very symbolic to the new direction and focus that our Corporation has taken."
"After successfully launching The Fight Network television, radio and web services in the fall of '05 with the involvement of both Mr. Winick and FCAHC, we came to realize that there was the potential of bigger things to come if both companies could find a way to work closer together, and now we have," said Mr. Mike Garrow, President and COO of Blackout Communications. " I'm pleased of the change of FCAHC to its new name known as Blackout Media Corp. and that the corporate direction set forth will be to develop and manage entertainment brands that can be cross-pollinated through all of our areas of our operations be it digital television, VOD and PPV, radio, the internet and print in order to create a true convergence experience for all of our consumers worldwide," he added.
"The Fight Network brand is growing," said, Mr. Winick. "As a television channel that has already been successfully launched into the Canadian marketplace (September 22, 2005) with its radio component as well, we are pleased that this brand is part of the BKMP family from day one of operations," he added.
Mr. Garrow also stated that, "Additional carrier deals for the television channel have also been lined up and will be announced in joint with cable and satellite providers in the coming weeks and months ahead, along with other brand extensions for The Fight Network that are in the works as well. This is a very exciting time for BKMP. We look forward to the continued challenge of growing out The Fight Network brand, while developing other entertainment properties as well which we hope brings greater value to BKMP's shareholders going forward."

The answer from Scottrade on the slow changeover of our old FCDH shares is summarized as this:
Some larger brokers just automatically give you the shares under the new name when there is a ticker change, whereas Scottrade says they carefully audit the process to be certain you actually have the shares you are supposed to have & be sure everythign is on the up and up. Or something like that.

Ameritrade didnt initially even show BKMP as a valid symbol this morning,, so if i had tried to buy i couldnt have.
think itll take a day or so for confusion to pass, and with the news, well start seeing more action. for now, we cant even see the green in our own accounts!

I would rather they use the other process. I'm realizing I have a lot of suspicion of any institution trading stocks or selling them. Its probably for the best. Scottrade has wierd policies.IMO

yipching: Why. I got what I came for and have other interest in some other stocks. This I feel will drop now. Just a gut feeling. I might buy back if the price dips. I now see it is at .001. I am not going to set around as some do in every stock and just watch them slowly drop. Had good news this morning but did not really help. To me that is not a good sign. This is just my opinion. I have a game plan and I try to stick with it.

yipching: Yes, yesterday would have been a better day for sure. But I was hoping to see it go even higher than .0015. Now I see that it might go lower than .001. If I bought back in now at .001 I would pick up a heck of lot more shares. But I feel it is going lower. Just my opinion. Only time will tell.

Now over 23 trades at .001. The last two trades were 3M then 81,000. Looks like it is trying to hold at .001. Should be interesting.

I do believe it's being driven down to scare up some sells. Doubt there will be much action in either direction until solid carriage PRs are released...

Other thing that might be dragging us down a little bit....they didn't say the magic word. Merger.
They said the name change was accepted and they are happy about Blackout Media and Blackout Communications working together.
I am excited about the "carrier" deals...if they come through.
Do you think the reference to an office in New York is the American Consultant they hired?

Back in at .001. You all convinced me to hang around. Picked up a lot more shares on the buy back.

You are a good example: A trader who is up and wants to walk away but just can't do it.
I call that a stock with potential!
Welcome back!
