Blackout Media Corp. Clarifies Capital Structure Blackout Media Corp. (OTC: BKMP) the board of directors would like to further explain the name change of today. There have been several questions about the capital structure of Blackout versus the capital structure of First Canadian American Holding Corporation. To clarify this to all the shareholders and investment community, the capital structure has not changed at all, there has only been a change of name. The company has exactly the same capital structure under the new name as it did under the old name. In addition, the company is not planning to do any reverse stock splits.
"I hope that this clarifies the capital status of Blackout that has been a source of confusion to our shareholders," says Sandy Winick, President of Blackout.

Ok I just called choice trade and they manually updated mine. I also asked when would the divi's from SNYY show up in my account and he claimed that the payout date was "uncertian".
Anyone get that kind of response? I seem to remember if I'm correct that the payout date listed in the PR was today wasn't it?

OK, actually got thru to Investor Relations for BKMP. It was explicitly told to me that they do still have ownership of the 1.5 Billion controling shares and that they will include them on future Form 4's to avoid the confusion.
As to Sandy Winick's involvement with Birkshire Collection Inc. they told me that they have no information about that and that I should call investor relations of Birksire if I have a question.
I attempted to but got a message from the phone company that the call could not be completed at that time and I should try back later.
