Anybody's guess. It's all in the hands of the programming gods. Though one would suspect the company would like to extend south of the border asap. But again, who knows.

1- Deals will be announced way ahead of the fight network going live in another city or country to allow them to sell themselves to cable /satellite customers and sell some ad time.

You know, six months really isn't a bad guess. Don't want to compete with the Olympics, and in June it's all repeats. So, if you want to make a debut without all the competition, June is as good as any.

Today's PR wasn't fluff. It was a mission statement... the first PR put out by the new company stating their "corporate direction".
I thought it was perfect that they didnt try to pump - very concise, simple and promising. An introduction. they must know a lotta people cant trade yet- so why let all the good news out before the fog clears from the symbol change?
And I, too, am just shy of 10mil.
My guess is that we'll start seeing some big announcements & action around the time of the ULTIMATE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS - superbowl weekend, FEB 4TH.
some kind of ad or announcement during that time would hit the subscriber base direct & hard.

Hope it goes down to at least .0007 so all the short termers can be weeded out and I can buy up a few million more shares before all the TV and US deals are done..

They will do it as soon as possible. I myself do not think that the company gives a dang about wither the Olympics or summer programing is going on. They would start tomorrow if they could.

Short termers were dead a long time ago...we're watching a small NSS. With short termers you do not watch mirror sells to mask buys, sideways trading for each buy.
Remember, always sell and buy at the ask!
Keep a stiff upper lip until the new NASD Rule is in effect. Should be before February.

Babe you are sharp! Have you ever read the seven habits of highly successful people? While the mission statement is being mentioned I thought this worth bringing up again. Not to try to pump, but its an observation that looks to deserve attention from the PR earlier today.. It sounds meaty.

Guys and gals, like I said, don't get me wrong. For someone who has been a MMA practitioner as well as a watcher of overseas/underground MMA events way before UFC became a USA household name, I know the potential here. But like this statement, and many other "mission" statements I've read/heard before from other CEO's in the pennies, it doesn't mean jack until I'm watching TFN on my comcast cable. That's the bottom line.

I know that Scottrade will do the sale over the phone at the same price as if it was done online. Just don't know if you can edit the trade order online or not.

Just got off phone with Scottrade and they said the following.
About the name change; dont expect to see any changes in your account until maybe today, but probably tomorrow or friday. (awesome huh!)
About the divi; dont expect to see the shares in your acct until we recieve them which wont be until tomorrow or friday. Oh he said they MIGHT recieve them today but we wont see em until AT LEAST tomorrow. I JUST LOVE WAITING SO MUCH I CANT GET ENOUGH OF IT!
When do the shares become un-restricted?? is it 1 year from when they actually show up in your acct... or is it one year from WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED to show up in your acct?

Special ed, you mean the PR could be false? That there are no additional carriage deals lined up? Ya , we'll see. Technically it doesn't seem like Garrow should make claims that aren't a reality, unless he went to Frank Olsons school of broadcasting.
