Hey, neighbor! typically you *can* buy with those funds, but you can't sell that same day..."free ride" provisions...

You don't trigger the "free ride" issue with settled funds (unless you sell *that* stock before trade settles....)

CD?

Your broker laugh? Or did he stay professional and keep his "Idiot" thoughts to himself?

Mine thinks it is VERY important to stay professional.

IMO .0014 was a resistance point, and we've moved beyond that already. If the buying momentum continues, there's no telling what this thing will run to today.

He calmly said that he couldn't put in a sell order that high over the current pps. I got a kick out of it though, like a three legged ninja. I loved that comment. Sorta like Bruce Lee on steroids.

TexasTrader, Tex is right. The free ride rules are what you need to keep in mind. Just don't sell your BMKP until the funds settle from your last sale and you should be fine.

As to your findings Dark....did you just find this today? If so could very well just be mixup information since the symbol change is also occuring today.

Thats something that kills me about scottrade. They won'nt let me put in a sell order for more than 4 times what the sell price is. I don't like the control attitude. I wonder who they're working for or why they have any so called awards at all. I don't see it. [Mad]

Yes Bigfoot, just found it today. Could be mixup info, as you say. But the mixup would be about BKCL (Berkshire) and not about BKMP.

Hmmm.

It looks like you may be right about BKCL Dark.

Found this at the bottom of a 10QSB from 2000

"The registrant's president, Sandy Winick has advanced the sum of $700 to pay for accounting and filing expenses."

And this from thier latest SEC listing, a Form 15

"Date: 12/5/2005 By: /s/ Sandy Winick"

Looks like Sandy has eggs in a couple baskets.

Dark,

You know anything about this group?...Seems to me from the charts someone inside the company basically pulled the plug on it about a month or so ago. Doesn't look like there was much intrest in the company beforhand either.

And BKCL and BKMP are located on the same street in Toronto. Doesn't mean it has anything to do with GRYF, but when I saw the name O'Bell on pinksheet (under company info, not in the 10QSB), I really didn't like it.

dark, foot...

sandy resigned as president of berkshire in july 2005. the press release seems to have been removed, but here's the cached title:

Berkshire Collections Announces the Resignation of President
Jul 1, 2005 11:19:01 AM

trying to locate the info. somewhere back i remember sandy having been in some deal that went bad, but nobody was able to actually come up with anything personally that he did wrong.

For those who are watching this coversation a clarification.

Last trade is January 5th with 10,000 in volume

I am assuming 4 bil is the O/S, right Dark?

I really don't know Dark...you don't like O'Bell, I get it, don't know anything about the guy, but I understand you think he's got some explaining to do. You got anything that says Sandy isn't legit, or that he was involved with O'Bell in something dirty?

I didn't read carefully the first time. There is a certification of termination for BCKL signed by Sandy Winick last december.

If he wasn't involved with this O'Bell, then things could be ok.

O'Bell is CEO of GRYF. Look into the threads, this one has been awful for shareholders. Anyway, on pinksheets website, O'Bell was associated with Berkshire and Sandy Winick too. Could be that Winick came after O'Bell or could even be a micup in the files. Just wanted peple to be careful. GLTA.

Looks like it is taking a lunch break. As I remember it was suppose to go down today to .0003. Maybe they meant up to .003. You can never tell what might happen in penny land. Now back to .0014. Maybe we will start moving up again. Keeping a close eye on this. I need to sale and get into IDWD for that divy to keep my game plan in tact. But when do I sale is the question?

Exactly. That is why I posted. It doesn't seem to mention Sandy anywhere as resigning pres.

WHAT? Robert Doherty was CEO of GRYF before O'Bell... He is also invoved in another stock that hurted shareholders (MGDV/UDVE).

Hope for you Doherty or O'Bell aren't involved in BKMP or with Sandy Winick.

i think i misunderstood the filings...

sandy must have come in as pres after doherty... which makes his stint with the company less than 6 months?
perhaps he didnt know what he was getting into either?

there are an awful lot of partners with TFN for it to be a scam.

lemme repost my article about the TFN team...
