Not when SSTY is still on the "grey" market. I don't expect much action from SSTY until it flips over to another exchange. When patience is wearing down, you can bet you'll miss out. I'm not really too concerned about SSTY at the moment. I have 30 something other holdings I need to worry about. SSTY's day will come and I honestly can wait the entire year for this company to rise and never look down again. This is my only "long term" microcap stock pick of the year.

Casviper..... If you want to be an "overnight millionaire", watch Don Lapre's "Greatest Vitamin in the World" informercial late at night and join his pyramid scam.
This is serious money here. So far, I have 5 million shares invested in SSTY and I'm taking that huge risk to see where I can get with SSTY this year. If you don't have the patience or if your patience is whining down, I suggest that you sell your shares and move onto another stock. Perhaps a large cap stock would be more appropriate for you. Otherwise, continue waiting and waiting and waiting like the rest of us. Good luck!

DWE, you stop with your "the glass is half full" and I will stop with my "the glass is half empty". Only real posting, with real information should be posted. If I see fluff (like everything will be great, when in fact you don't know that) I will respond.

I honestly don't see anybody else whining and complaining like the way you do. And quit being so negative man! Is it your goal to bring everybody else down with you because you're losing it?

what this stock is doing should not be a suprise to anyone that has done their homework. we have all made the choice to support this stock and stay in it until we either crash into the ground or explode to the sky. i truly believe this stock will explode so much that I have now gotten my family members in it and a friend. DWE, data, myself and a bunch of others don't look at the glass half full, we look at it as being all the way full, of hope and anticipation for the rewards we feel we will reap. No one on the forum has anymore information then you do, but we feel deeply for this stock because we truly believe in it. our beliefs and hopes help keep us positive even when the stock is not doing what we want it to. give it another 3 to 6 weeks and I think we will see penny land and hopefully even higher.

yeah SSTY is going to make great things happen for all who chose to support their efforts...
to me, this stock feels like a big train beginning it's trip. if the train tries to start off too fast, it will derail! it's like SSTY is making sure all the details are cleared before they plow ahead at full steam. but what do i know? im just a 21 year old college student.

Yeah I agree with all of the positive supporters with this company. Because I bought 1.4 mil. shares. Because once this stock gets on the NYSE or otcbb I really think it will be all uphill from here.

Don't get my hopes too high now with the NYSE stuff. Does sound great though if it beats the billion to one odds of going to the NYSE anytime soon. That would make our lives complete! Imagine, SSTY on the NYSE..... Just a dream I'm going to dream about tonight!
A special thanks to EVERYONE who is keeping a positive attitude towards SSTY!
Tomorrow's another day..... Together, we can make it happen!
Nite everyone!

Kane..... I wish I can tell you brother but when things like this happen, there must be something that's going to happen real soon. Over here, there's just no "today's low" but it opened at 0.004 today. Oh, over here, there's also no "today's high" either. Might have something to do with the OTCBB transistion but don't listen to me. These are just wild card, un-educated guesses.

Heavy volume is always a good sign. I don't blame people for buying in at these low prices. Actually, whatever I just typed didn't need to be typed cuz nobody cares... I just wanted to bring this page up back to the top. I'm pathetic, I already know.

What do most of you think is a realistic view of what the price could move to after the aquisition goes through? I feel right off the bat that between .02 and .03 is a realistic view for moving from the grays to the pink or otcbb. What do the rest of you think?

I never got a call back from the message I left last week. But I'm in this for the ride now. I am still trying to determine what the A/S and O/S is. Anyone have an idea?

5 billion authorized 2.3 billion outstanding 1.3 million float as of nov 11th, 2005
this information is available in the conference call (at 5 minutes 30 seconds into the clip) with Micheal Cimino. availble via the "events & pictures" at the Sure Trace Investor Relations page ( www.suretrace.com/ir ). however, these figures are rather dated, so i have no clue how reliable they are currently.

from what i've just read on the ragingbull board... it seems like SSTY will be dilluting the shares all the way until TPiD-US is formed. therefore i am selling my positions tomorrow (granted i dont take a loss) and will rebuy closer to the anticipated middle of march launch.
unless someone can talk me out of it with a sensible debate? there is also the thought in the back of my mind that says "panicking never made a DIME."

Just remember that selling a stock and then rebuying with in a 30 day period is technically illegal in the eyes of the IRS. While you can work around it, my tax broker says that it really isn't worth the hassle. Since this has never happened to me I can't verify it. Maybe someone else can speak on it?

I have to go see my tax broker again and I'll ask her about it. I do know that there is something out there about it because I had to learn about it when I was studying for my NASD certificate.

Although it is not "illegal" the IRS has restrictions on selling to recognize a loss for the sake of a tax benefit. Check out this quick description for more.
