just my imagination here, looking at the "could be" future...

TrueProduct will be #1 in their industry with their technology, plus GlobeStaff, plus CEO experience... as i see it, #1's usually have pps in the range of $15-$65+ slap me if this seems delusional

It would be very nice if it went to $15 but lets try to get this stock to the $.01 then once we hit there lets hope for the $1.00. Which I know that would make people faint if one day they wake up with a million plus balance in their account. I have one question when are they gonna issue the dividend share?

SO, take your SSTY position and multiply by 0.00502335 = your DIVIDEND! and my formula anticipates a little more gloom on the SSTY O/S so it may be even better than this. plus what if ssty gets more than 90%? but wait, don't you think they're going to increase the ONTV O/S? so we'll probably be getting a lot more than this. i hope this helps. bring on the St. Patty's celebration!!!

Sounds like a GREAT "RUMOR" however, this dude, "Steve" doesn't sound like he really knows squat. But then again, maybe he's telling the truth after all about speaking to Cimino...

Good Morning everyone!!! I just received a call back from Michael Cimino, he was very nice and polite. He said that they were preparing a 13-14 page document to send out to shareholders next week explaining everything that is happening. He said that shareholders would be very pleased with what they are receiving. I kept the conversation brief, but I was impressed with his demeanor and quick call back.

From the way that it is looking that TPID is the better one to own than ssty. Because the thing that I can't understand why ONTV is having a better run than SSTY? It doesn't make any sense to my as to why that is happening. With all the positive news SSTY is still doing the same thing as it was doing for the past weeks.

today wasn't all that bad... it's only a 0.0002 loss! that 0.004 close was a BS painted close anyways. i looked at most of the boards tonight and all i see is fair-weather fans complaining and losing faith.
although i want to hear management comment on the possibilities of a R/S or increased A/S. uhg... much too "hush hush"
I talked to someone today, they said that any talk is just rumor because they abide by sec. rulings not to release any imformation prior to PR. I did ask again about the RS. he was not happy about me asking again which i can understand, but he did say he had stated before there was not going to be a reverse split. He also stated that investors should be very pleased with the next PR. This man i talked to seemed to be tired of the calls, probably asking the same questions.

I guess my main concern is a R/S. Back in November, Cimino stated there will be NO reverse split and I guess the board is keeping their word. I honestly don't see the need for one due to the fact of the company's revunue expectations this year and beyond.
IWISHIHAD..... Did you get a name of the person you were speaking with? And was this person contacted directly through the U.S. SSTY offices?

Well, ontv is moving up again today. that a .15 move since last friday. i hope the next pr comes out soon and they let us know what is going on with the stock.

I gave myself until the beginning of April for something to happen, but I can't believe how upset I am now that it's not doing better. i don't expect it to go to a dollar overnight, but at least .01 or at most .02. Has anyone heard when the next PR is coming out?

No info on when the next PR will be out. Still early right now with the aquisition of ONTV and we should be getting part of that too soon. Perhaps the next PR will ACTUALLY do some "pleasing" for the SSTY shareholders. As for me, I am NOT too pleased at the moment.

They said that if they told investors when a PR. was coming ahead of the PR release it would be in violation of the sec. rules. When i read a rumor about a reverse split or dilution i really question these rumors on any stock, because i have never seen early notice until there is PR or in the case of dilution when you see the dilution, because the companies do not want us to know ahead. They did say we will be happy with the PR when they release it. We will see. The one thing that still gets me is how do you give a dividend without disclosing the breakdown of the dividend ....strange only in the pinks.

The "impatience" is growing at this point but I know I'm over-reacting on this because last year when I put a good chuck of money into SSTY, I said to myself over and over again I'm holding until the end of 2006 and I'm keeping my word. BUT C'MON!!! Let start MOVING already and give us our share of TPID-USA NOW!!!

My guess is if the next PR does nothing in giving or showing us the shares for ONTV or affect the PPS on SSTY, we will see a huge selloff.
