I'm in at 425....followed this one for sometime and it's down 50% in the last two months despite nothing but promising news IMO. If the company wants to get to Naz, the only way will be via a R/S, but will deal with that when/if that time comes...32.6 million shares o/s as of 9/30/05 which is about double from 1/1/05. Authorized is only 150 million, so it's not like the company is going to be printing a boatload of shares either. Also from Yahoo, Enterprise Value (what they value the company at) is $5.25 million and the actual Market Cap is only $1.40 million, so MOTG is only trading at 25-30% of it's intritic value, so to me, a very undervalued stock.

Bull, rumor is, they will actually complete a statuatory merger with an already-listed company. Further, the rumor is it will be with HRVE, a company in danger of being delisted. So, the move would benefit both companies.

is anyone else out there on Ameritrade seeing the wrong closing price? I asked them about it and they told me it was my browser's fault and that I needed to clear my cache. It's been showing a closing price of .07 now since we got the E removed last. Anyone?

Lol...I doubted that it was really that, but just for kicks and giggles I cleared my cache, and I even logged in on another computer, but still the same thing....just wondering if others are having the same issues...

The last PR that MarketWire received for MOTG was in mid-December. They really need to fix that. Ameritrade hasn't gotten back to me since the last update so apparently they are getting nowhere.
UTryan: I was showing the wrong price last week, but it has since remedied itself. I don't recall cleaning my cache though

Jumped in at .039 I like the way this stock looks. A little volume, and it could really move. Lots of potential, even if just for a swing. GLTA http://quotes.barchart.com/quote.asp?sym=MOTG

I was able to duplicate what you are describing, and it was submitted it to our developers for further review and analysis on 12/27/05. I will forward the screen shots you sent to help resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
In other words, we are still working on removing our heads from our............we'll get to your problem later....

I think the mistake I made was getting into MOTG for a quick buck and it looks like I will be holding it a lot longer than planned. All the fundamentals are there, this is shaping up to be one of the best companies on the OTCBB. Definitely one of the top 20. Once they begin showing profits from all these subsidiaries this will fly. Problems in the recent past with dilutons and late filings have let the MM's take it down below support levels and left a bad taste in investors' mouths.
Sound City is a profitable company which is expanding its retail footprint opening new stores and standing strong with an internet presence. Hnet owns the software used by essentially the ENTIRE vision care industry. Welch is looking to take Hnet into the medical industry and we may have an ipo spinoff in the future with free shares for MOTG shareholders. Inmarketing is in the business to broadcast news of their parent company and get more investors putting their money on MOTG. They've locked in projected revenues of $20m+ a year and are looking to add an additional $50m+ this year alone. A craftfully executed merger will both put us on the Nasdaq and allow for further synergies between Harve electronics (if they're the one) and Sound City electronics. The resulting conglomerate would put a huge dent in retailers like Best Buy and Circuit City's profits.
The future of this company is so bright. It's not a question of "will" it rocket up, but when?

I think what I'm saying is, we will all make the money we want on MOTG. It's just going to take a lot longer than we thought.
Bad news for those of us who needed to make a quick buck to pay some bills though.

A statement from Welch, "Additional acquisitions are under consideration that may place annualized revenues over $50,000,000. The company plans to meet its revenue goal of $75,000,000 in 2006 and list its stock on a national exchange."

Kat, that's just not true...this is the OTC:BB, the buyers and sellers include the MM's and I've traded 3 times in the last week and got buys at the bid. Sometimes they bite, sometimes they don't, but it does happen.

yes trade, by putting in your order at the bid, you are simply making an offer just like all the rest of the people on the bid. You are not buying from the bid, those people are buying, too. It has nothing to do with the bid.
Someone may decide to fill your order without coming on the ask. That someone is still selling their shares to you. And in the last half an hour, someone has just given up over 200k shares between .038-.039.

Trade and Bull, you are right in that it possible to buy on the bid. But in order to do so, SOMEONE has to be selling. Either a shareholder or an MM, every transaction that occurs on the bid is considered a SALE. Every transation that occurs on the ask is considered a BUY.
Trade, you are out of line in your last post. Please remove it.
