We are concerned as well and are working hard to rememdy this.
We are not contemplating a reverse split.
We will release a few Pr's. I can't comment on whether or not they will or will not be 'substantial' as that might be colored as insider information.

Mr. Welch,
I am growing increasingly concerned about MOTG's declining pps, especially in wake of the InMarketing announcement. Are you planning on initiating any sort of investor awareness program or hiring outside IR consultants?
Rumor is that you will have some unsubstantial prs this week, which I do not will believe will remedy the situation in the immediate future.
With the price staying firmly below a dime, what sort of reverse split are you considering to bring the pps up to meet NASDAQ requirements?
Thank you,

kat, I've discussed the same thing with him, He agrees the stock needs more exposure, but thinks it only needs very little to succeed.

yes, but is he actively trying to get more exposure? no concrete answer on that one.
for newbies---it is quite unusual for a penny stock CEO to continue to write back to investors in an extremely timely manner. He has that going for him. And I've sent him some pretty nasty emails.

newbie--everyone thinks a reverse merger or statuatory merger but no one knows for sure.
this is also the same man who said he wasn't diluting and then we found out we were up 10 million shares in a week. So take everything with a grain of salt.
I haven't seen Aznas or WHG in many moons? what gives? Everyone given up?

I agree caym--rather stay on the otc and trade *.30 than face a rs.
I hope he's not lying, too. we at least need to get up to .30 if we want combine with HRVE and be at a buck. We gotta move big time.

My source updated me with a little more... yes, inmarketing will be used to help promote MOTG... don't worry gang, they know they need to get the word out about MOTG.
Very exciting to know that IM will be actively used to help with that... they do good work and have all the right contacts to be very effective.
Regarding the dilution, IF AW did any other than at shareholder request, it's obvious that he has done so for legitimate, ethical reason (as in acquisitions) as opposed to cashing out. I'm not worried personally. I still trust the guy.

Awww... good question. What's a google? A one follow by one-hundred zeros. A google is also a company who's target price was raised to $600 pps and will make an announcement this Friday at CES announcing they will release an operating system and PCs that will rival Microsoft. Google is partned with Wal-Mart to make that official statment this Friday.
-Sorry- You didn't ask for all that. Buy hey... we're investors, so i'm sure the info isn't worthless around here

I was thinking that IMG would help market MOTG seeing as they are a marketing company... As far as the dilluiton goes welch can do nothing about that. The investors are converting they are getting ready for a run....They make more money this way...besides even with 20mil added we aren't down that much...we were holding just fine untill retailers started to sell out. They will be buying back in once the news starts rolling out.

Right. I was just wondering though... with the spread so big and the movement so volatile... I wonder if the MMs are trying to discourage buys? But then again, the price is dropping... Thoughts?

I don't know but it's looking weird! I'm Waiting for the ask to drop but it hasn't I dont think they are encouraging selling, and n o buying (which could take the price up) who knows could have something to do with me and a few others having our sell orders high lol

Looks to me like the MM's want this to go up. They are keeping the ask high and dropping the bid to discourage selling. I bet this will run with some buying pressure

The spread is so large because no one is bidding high. If someone would come in with a bid of 43 or 44, the bid would go up. To me, it just looks like there are no buyers, and no sellers in the 3s.

Went down to the fishing lease for a few days. Caught some very big bass. I was here yesterday, but not much to talk about.
OT: GOOG seems to be running. Man, I sure wish I'd bought some of that at the $179 52 week low.
