The motg news is not on my Ameritrade streamer, or on my news, either. what gives?

kat: They probably won't move until just b4 tomorrows open. I believe that the mm's were gearing for a run today just b4 1pm but when the news got delayed they slowly backed away all afternoon.

In light of the recent Harvey Electronics rumour I think it's only fitting to offer some speculative musings on WHY InMarketing's principals saw such a good fit with Welch & all he's attempting to accomplish!

Check this out: "INmarketing Groups client roster includes: Sharp Electronics, Nicklaus Golf Equipment, Sea Gull Lighting, Sealed Air Corporation, Waldbaums, A&P Supermarket, Bayer Diagnostics, and Snapple Beverages."

Notice who's on that list? Sharp Electronics! Now go read HRVE's recent PR's/filings & tell me you don't see yet another piece to this quickly assembling puzzle.

Again pure speculation on my part but I've always been of the belief that where there;s smoke there's fire!!!!

Weiss and Andrew Perlmutter, Founders of INmarketing Group said, "We look forward to working with Modern Technology Corp and its family of companies to provide our loyal clients both the technological and pricing advantage they deserve. By expanding our distribution and integrating our systems, we will create new value and continue leading the Online Incentive Industry."

Sharp Electronics is a lot bigger than Harvey Electronics & our little upstart SoundCity...but think about it...we're only in MOTG's 2nd quarter & things are finally beginning to unfold. GLTA

Not to mention the fact that if InMarketing's incentive program works for those clients mentioned like Snapple & Sharp then...well you know the rest...speculation's fun lol

Read the recent press & do all the due...there's plenty of hints around as to how close the next acquisition is! $40 million in revs. on top of the current $22.5 million with a tiny O/S of 47 million...the man has begun delivering the goods...from todays PR:

-----------------------------------------------

With just this statement alone. It is hard to figure why this stock fell the last four days. Then why is it setting at .047. Hard to believe. I show with $22M and an O/S of 47M. The PPS should be at about .46. Heck you have GZFX setting at .0123 with an O/S of 1.2B and no profit. Go figure.

The only thing I know about HRVE is that in early PR's related to Sound City, it was stated that SC's goal was to obtain market share from them, Circuit City, and Best Buy. Buying them out would be a nice way to take away market share [Smile]

But, that is just rumor. For now, let's stick to the facts. 11 mil in additional rev's. It is indeed a happy day!

I agree, got to stick to facts but speculation is fun. HRVE has no shareholder liquidity & revenues of approx. $40 million. If not for that deleted yahoo post no-one on these boards would've guessed them as the rumoured NAZ co. acquisition candidate lol. Ok enough with the speculative musings but man these jigshaw puzzles are fun:)

Well we have been rumored to be aquiring Harvey...I would like to see the pr on that. IMG was a huge step guys. They are a legitmate company that wants the advantages of being publicly traded...Secondly do you think that these guys would have signed if they thought we weren't going to the Nasdaq. What would be the incentive for them...Obviously they want to be part of a company that will be traded on the Nasdaq. Plus now that the aquisition is announced it should bring on some buying from their clientele and their people. It should say traded under the symbol MOTG pretty soon like Sound city does. Anyone who thinks hrve was a conicedence is kidding themselves. They are on the Nasdaq sm doing 40mil in rev's and make a profit...after aquisition cost so will we.....

Out of here until late tomorrow afternoon...if someone feels so inclined, you might want to point out to the self-professed OTCBB experts on the MOTG Ragingbull board tonight that we're currently in MOTG's 2nd Q & we don't have the 8K on InMarketing yet. There's a lot that will be happening on the revenue front before MOTG's fiscal year end on June 30th 2006!!! The way they're yappin' over there tonight you'd think we weren't supposed to be a start up that just landed a very impressive acquisition with much more to come & a lot of time to get there!!!

All JMO GLTA tomorrow until I return

I was reading RB and a poster said that our CEO was putting the cart before the carriage making bold revenue projections...Guys these aren't projections. If I go to company A and it is making 11.5mil dollars a year in revenue where is the projection. That is one of the reasons I don't post on rb. The arguments are so weak. Welch is making ridiculous revenue statements like EPYH. Remember that CEO came out after Katrina and pr numbers in the hundreds of miilions and at one point a billion...Welch has said rev's for 2005 would be at 22.5 which they are. He also said he is looking to aquire a Nasdaq stock and a company to add another 40-50mil in revenues. This is not a company that is hype like some would want you to believe. This company is all about performance. They look at companies and their performance and then they try to get them under the MOTG umbrella.
As far as the dillution cry I think we all know that it would at max be 10mil shares. Why would IMG convert at a low price though it would only hurt themselves. Now that they are part of Motg. Plus whatever IMG does from here out we are going to get news about that....

Andrew Perlmutter has focused more than 25 years of business experience into one goal since co-founding INm in 1998 - revolutionizing the incentive industry through cost-effective programs delivered online.

Perlmutter’s career began in the finance and auditing departments of GE and Kidde Corporation and moved to Ingersoll-Rand, a Fortune 500 Company. Perlmutter also held a national marketing position with Sharp Electronics.

The incentive industry called and Perlmutter answered in 1992, when he accepted a position with Lake Ridge Marketing, managing such accounts as Sharp Electronics and A&P Supermarkets. In 1996, Perlmutter met colleague David J. Weiss. Together, the two worked to develop and administer one of the industry’s first web-enabled incentive programs.

David J. Weiss
President, INmarketing Group, Inc.

David J. Weiss spent more than 25 years in high-profile business development and administration before co-founding INm and becoming the company’s President.

Weiss’ career in the Apparel Industry spanned 20 years. During his tenures as Planning Director at Leslie Fay, Inc and as a president of Calvin Klein Jeans, he became interested in computers and network administration. In 1989 he purchased a designer dress company with a partner, designing and building a computer network to fully automate the entire apparel business.

Weiss eventually moved into electronics, accepting the position of Corporate Sales Manager for Nobody Beats the Wiz. While marketing that company’s electronics to corporations, Weiss became fascinated with the opportunities available in the incentive industry. He eventually pursued that interest by joining the staff of Lake Ridge Marketing, where he met future INm Partner, Andrew Perlmutter. A fan of the Internet from its early years, Weiss drew on his computer skills and online knowledge to co-design an online, database-driven, scalable challenges program with Perlmutter.

In 1998, Weiss took on the role of President when he and Perlmutter co-founded INmarketing Group, Inc. to specialize in the development and delivery of online challenges programs.

Do you guys think that it is a coincidence that these guys have such a large backgound in the electronics industry..Look at these history's do you really think they would put there reputation at stake buy getting involved with a "pump and dump"no.
They want what we want. We just got two great people to help us grow...Eventually people will take notice of this company look past the rev's and see the people that work for this company and their backgrounds.
All of these guys are in sales or technology or electronics...We have H-net software....IMG..incentive based sales...Sound City electronic sales and internet company...I think once people discover who we are we will rock..
Buy the way has anyone considered that there may be a investor awareness campaign. We did just sing up a great marketing company!

Emich,

I think someone on RB (it may have even been Jag), stated that AW had told them that he had a whole bunch of marketing material either ready to go or soon to be ready to pump the stock. Wouldn't surprise me if there was also something on the backburner with InM.

I agree, the leadership teams of these companies are top notch and driven. Modern's whole premise is to bring "synergistic" companies together under the MOTG umbrella. By wearing an MOTG jersey, these companies should gain exposure, market share, and additional resources from each of the sister companies.

The biggest factor for me, is that AW stated we will soon be positive earnings per share. Once we show a profit, the sky is the limit.

See you all in the AM!
