Great info from all!!, I am finally looking forward to the future of MOTG as all is falling in line to form a nice little conglomerate of integral business.

Technically this acquisition hit at a great time. Today we should break out of the declining channel the delays & the 17 million dilutive shares created. I have to step out for the day but am hoping to be back prior to the close. GLTA & all JMO

A/S = 150 million shares O/S = 47 million shares Restricted shares held by CEO Welch = 13 million shares Current trade-able float = 34 million shares
The share structure above is approx. to the nearest million and is current.
Of note: Just over 16 million shares have been added to the O/S this month from the SB2 investor conversions. From quick cursory math the SB2 investors have all but finished with their conversions in recouping their $1.5 million IMO. The warrant holders haven't registered any shares to sell & are waiting until a future date when the co. is on much better footing. The warrants carry a .40 cent strike price as well.
NITE was shorting MOTG all through november but quit shorting when the conversions began hitting the market this month. IMO the mm's have scooped up approx. 16 million dilutive shares this month at lower prices & should be ready to let the pps run to maximize their profits.
All JMO everyone must do their own due...glta

Yes he did. But think about it...had he said... "HRVE who?" Or "What the heck are you talking about?" Or "I don't know where those rumours started but they're completely false!" then we wouldn't have any cause to speculate right. His answer was specific. "I cannot comment" It reminded me of David Weiss' reply when I asked him if InMarketing was in fact being acquired by InMarketing:)

Boy, that would be some trick, huh?

This is total bs. It just took me a half an hour to buy another 175k. I had my offer in at .065 for ten minutes even after they dropped the ask to .06 and NITE wouldn't sell to me. ETRADE wouldn't sell.
This is total manipulation. They are trying to shake as many shares free as they can. Hold onto your shares. We will be at .08 in no time.
