Take Care all. I'm out. Sold it all at .04.
Look for a reverse split too get onto the nadsaq. They are going to dilute as much as possibale then they will do a R/S to get onto nasdaq. JMHO.
Alot better plays on the Nasdaq now too trade rather than the pennys. WE ARE OVER 60 MIL IN DILUTION I beleive. I could see 100 Mil + in O/S before a R/S.

for what reason ?...check the O/S i'm sure it's close to 50M. Dilution for an acquisition I hope. When I got in MOTG the O/S was 30M. Only reason i'm staying in this one, is hoping we make it to the NAS without a R/S....and even so I might just sell at a huge loss just for fear of a R/S

our year end is june 06, so yes, if we get our larger deal, then we will be BEYOND $50MM annualized rev's.
I can't talk about HRVE

I sure hope so, I'm down on this one, I Normally dont invest in penny stocks, but i see this one as having potential. I have a question we are on track for 50 million in revenues for 05' still correct? does the 05' year end in June of 2006?
and also, can you comment on the Harvey Electronics rumor?

Actually buyer the float is around 48-50mil...not 60mil but thanks for posting that now that you sold. I don't think they will rs anytime soon...I think selling now silly. We have 1 day before the end of the year. You guys really think there won't be pr's coming out next week. They would be a waste now. They said that they have more aquisistions under review.
As far as dillution the float is 50mil tops it can go to is 75mil that is what is registered. If they continue to aquire companies what does it matter...At least they aren't lining their pockets like most companies,.

RB, if you see this...rumor is it will be a statutory merger, rather than an acquisition. (saw your post on the 'other' board.

Have not bought too much, but have not sold either.
I do think I will get my principal back early next year, so if it reaches my sell level I will just recapture the principal and let the free shares run.

1 big block of 808,000 shares went at .036. I hope they stop selling shares for a while so this thing can move up.

Guys, I wouldn't worry at all. You have to see how this has traded. The mm's are loading up big time. The investors are converting shares so they can sell them later on. If they weren't we would be a hell of alot lower than .038....Want to know why we went to point .038...Cause retail sellers started to get out. Hasn't anyone noticed that arca usuaally converts in the .04's ....We got up to .05 on 150k of buying the rest was conversion. As for Bigbuyer the os is not 60mil and a rs probably won't happen. Why cause the deal would be cash....MOTG has a good amount of cash. By the way q2 ends tommorow. who is going to sell after the busiest season. a season where they do over fifty percent of their bus. plus we will have img plus i hear that there are developments with h-net.....

Correct Welch has told me personally that a split of any kind is NOT in the cards, not now, not anytime soon.

I wish to hell I had the cash to buy more, I am down 45% but still see big things happening with this co., there is no other penny stock co. that I would stick with through this plunge. If I am lucky this dip will continue for another couple weeks and I will buy more(since I plan on holding LONG). GLTA and I am going to quit watching this on a min. by min. basis, I think I will just put a standing sell order in at 1.00 and wait.

that's just it....if investors can't see that there is major loading up going on. They are taking advantage of low volume days to convert shares. Arca is not selling into runs...at the end of the day where are you going to find a stock that is less than 5 cents with 22.5 mil in rev's...think they won't be profitable soon please they only have to make a couple million dollars thats it...

the difference between this and other otc's is that they aren't selling 10-20 mil shares to keep the damn door open...most of these otc dillute to pay employees and to keep the lights on they do it to buy companies...H-net Sound city - IMG - and 1.5mil in cash from demarco

I guess I was right... It will keep going down IMO... AS increasing a bunch of PR's to dilute into the news...
Take care

Glad you caught that, He was making a Bias analyzation of the entire OTCBB. And i had to call him out on that.. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ameritrade still hasn't fixed their previous close for the MOTG qoute;sent them an email about it just now. Makes things look worse than it is even when the stock goes up from the day before. Maybe if others that use Ameritrade would send an email too, they would do something about it.

A few buys at .043, would be nice to see them bump the B/A up a little bit. Either way should be a green day
