Why haven't we had any word regarding the audit being published? Frank said it would be available in the coming weeks... that was several weeks ago... what is the problem with conveying where we are in that process?

BL, I sure as hell don't consider this a "reply." Richard is using two or three different replies over and over now. I just got one today, also. It is much more like an insult or a slap in the face than a reply. Richard Brown is a joke, as he knows nothing about the company, yet is in charge of investor relations? Was that Frank's brilliant idea to have a little puppet he could use as a buffer between himself and the investors? If Frank's email is really franko*qtelevision.com he is flat out ignoring emails from many investors. This is becoming a huge joke.

polo I wasn't challenging realguy's comment, and I certainly didn't intend to start an argument. I was just pointing out that a "reply" is a response to a comment or question. It may not be what we wanted to hear, but he did "reply".
The real question is why he responded as he did. 1) Is he "incompetent" as some people have suggested? (I find that hard to believe.) 2) Is he being told what to say about the audit and other pertinent QBID issues? (Very likely, since he works for Frank and has to satisfy his customers.) 3) Does he know more about the audit than he says? (Probably, but read #2 again.) 4) If he knows the answers to our questions, why does he say he doesn't? (Read #2 again.)
I am not trying to be a smart-azz about this. But I was a spokesman for a government agency once and found many ways to tell the newsmedia that I could not (or would not) answer their questions. My official answer to questions I was not allowed to answer was "No comment." But you can imagine how well that satisfied newspeople looking for a story. So sometimes I hid behind a mask of ignorance. When I shrugged and said I didn't know the answer, they assumed I was "incompetent" and went away. Gee, that sounds a lot like Richard's recent responses.
I am not defending Richard or Frank or their failure to tell us what we want to hear. I am just being realistic about a situation I cannot control. Believe me, I share your concerns, and I hate waiting in suspence as much as anyone. But tell me how to change that, and I will do what I can.

Yeah yeah, said i wasnt going to post...but then i was thinking...
1. Q Television is a subsidiary of TMM. Has there ever been a mention that Q television is a 'WHOLLY-OWNED' subsidiary? If i'm not mistaken, there is a difference.
2. I was unable to pull up Triangle Multi Media on the California Secretary of State web page. Would it be a waste of time to file foreign corp status in Cali if they are operating out of Burbank? thoughts? opinions?
3. I also thought I read or heard on Con Call Frank mentioning the need to get FCC approval for the teleport (broadcast license?). I also checked the FCC web site and saw no application on behalf of TMM. Could someone verify I am doing this correctly?
Just trying to dig around a bit while waiting on the audit results.

I answered this already. He is now using the same blanket answers for all questions that Direct TV and DISH Network are sending all of us. That is why I don't consider these "replies" in the first place. He did not sit down and write these answers. Someone took his generic answer and is using it to answer every question about QTN now.

Let's nto statrt the subsidiary debate again please. QTN is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMM.

1. Q Television will show its total asset base 2. Q Television will show its debt *** roughly 30% less than expected

Did you ever think that Richard and company wishes Frank would find another IR firm so they could quit dealing with the pink investors. I'm sure they have other companies that they represent and could live without TMM.

Sid and King- thanks for the update. It's encouraging to know they have presence with the SoS in Cali.
Polo-a quick clarification on Frank's #3...i just wanted to be sure of the entire ownership structure of Q Television. Other than IHUB, has there been mention of it being WHOLLY owned? simply put, if QTN were spun off or sold, yes TMM shareholders would be compensated, but at what level?
If VC's (or any other type of Private Equity Fund) were 1/2 owners of The Q, then would it not mean then at sale, half of proceeds would go to VC's and the other half go to TMM?
Just a bunch of open-ended questions, I know...
But nothing else to do until we see an audit.

Now that the restricted shares are mature, they are free to sell them (and they have been since about .0050+), which equates to huge profits to the restricted share holders.

If QTN were spun off I'd guess we'd get stock in the new company at the ratio we currently own (at the time of spin-off). Frank, we all know, holds 53% of the stock so he would get 53% of the stock in the new company and we would all split the remaining 47%. If QTN were sold for cash then Triangle would get the cash and it would be up to Frank what to do with it but if given as dividends the split should be the same as above.
Now, the real question in my mind is what the preferred shares Frank owns entitles him to. We don't know what rights they have and those rights might be devastating to us. For example, and I don't want to start rumors as I don't know what the rights are, they could spell out a guaranteed buy-back price that has to be settled before any money goes to the common share holders. Again, this is just an example and I will be the first to admit I don't know what latitude is given when creating preferred shares. I've seen them have guaranteed dividends, multiple votes per share, and conversation rations to common stock. I'm guessing that Franks preferred have at least multiple votes per share.

If Frank's kids have the mature restricted shares and are selling them to make profits, why the frick are they selling them now if Frank is guranteeing that this stock is going to kick booty very shortly?
Do they know something that we do not? Is he stalling the audit so his kids can finish making their money before he dumps the bad news on us and we're screwed? I REALLY DOUBT IT! This company is continuing in success in every avenue ACCEPT it's stock value. What the heck is going on for real?!?!?
