Thanks Dig! I've been feeling pretty angry & can't seem to get past it when I think of what Frank has told us & how that fits with what he"s done. Trying to keep a positive outlook on potential.

Thanks K-guy. I think a lot of people might be seen again if Frank would publish that audit. My hope is that he's doing it for reasons that will benefit us all & not to ask for another 10 billion AS.

Whiz, the way you just expressed your thoughts there takes a real gentleman.
Every time I come on this board I want to verbally cut Frank to ribbons, just because of the way it looks like he has played us with his word about stuff.
I don't see where he has any face in any circle. The impression is that he's all by himself with this and for himself and his glory. I suppose the cable and satelite companies will carry the programming regardless of what he is doing.
What if he just thinks that he is Kate Smith reincarnated and not the CEO of a company with investors who have spent 10s of thousands of $$$ on shares? SCARY THOUGHT

He told us a year ago he was buying back shares to retire & he did. 1 billion of them. However what he didn't tell us was at the very same time he was doing massive dilution to the tune of 21 & half billion & several months later after another publicised but token buy back he took us to 44 billion. That was dishonest no matter how you cut it! And that pisses me off to no end!
Just the same we still have some silly up-side potential. If, & I say "IF" he doesn't quietly take us to 100 billion OS.

Like I've said in the past Whiz, Frank has a way with words. You have to carefully watch what he say's because he might be telling the truth but not the whole truth and that was misleading to us.

good for you Dustoff. i love hearing stories of people beating the odds with things like that and cancer.
i have a good friend of mine, his father was given 6 months to live with the cancer he has. he refused the treatments and is still with us today. that 6 month to live was given to him 24 years ago.
but i believe your right with the positive attitude and sence of humour thing. This guy is the biggest clown i have ever met.

PT, don't own the stock, sold months ago on the last run..
No kidding, I am having the typical day/swing traders greed phenomena about the PPS. Hence, 'driving me nuts!" I should know better by now, but still can let GREED over ride common sense..
You are fortunate in some respects, that you are not an active trader.....It has been said that " penny stocks are the crack cocaine of Wall Street ". If you are not careful, these things can ruin ya....

Frank could release PR’s and timely audits. This would have the pps at its true value. He could then use the shareholders money to build rather than dilute and borrow. But during the CC, while also briefly explaining his plan to sell Q, he said that the shareholders money alone would not be enough to build Q.
So, at this point I think it would be fair to say that the only thing we all know and agree on, is that Frank is building Q to sell.
But surely he can’t keep on borrowing and diluting. Well he could, but I believe private investors at some point, would prefer to see at some time, Q producing income rather than giving Frank an open line of credit or lump sums of cash.
So this brings us to where we are today on this Allstocks thread. Or should I say Speculation City, USA
We have a company with phenomenal growth, OS galore, no audit and rightfully angered and confused shareholders. What is Frank doing? Some say he’s doing this, some say he’s doing that. Who the hell knows? I’m just thankful we keep moving forward. Frank’s problem is that he just hasn’t been well versed in his PR’s throughout our entire investment. No big deal.
Most of the time he’s always willing to PR us information at the drop of a hat, but usually with the wrong amount of detail. And because of that, it has lead to many speculative theories, from misleading information to corruption conspiracies. I think its because he either PR’s more than we need to know at a certain point in time or not enough after the fact.
I have to believe though that this is without a doubt, the biggest task he has ever undertaken. But unlike the rest of his past achievements, the building of Q has proven to be much more complex and time consuming. I think that initially, he really didn’t have the experience in structuring such a plan. He seems to be learning as he goes. Which by the way, is all right with me, so long as he successfully gets us from point A to point B. B being point of sell.
Yes, I’ll agree the trust gap between Frank and most investors has been growing, And our share structure knowledge relative to the current share structure has become arguably different from Frank’s explanations. And I’m sure there was a time when most investors knew almost as much about Q as Frank did, but not because they were smarter than him, but because there was much less to know.
But as for today, our Q investment is a mystery to most of us and will become even more mysterious in the future but in an exciting way until we hear otherwise. I mean you got to admit, it’s been a great nail biter so far.
I think we’ll be just fine. Just continue to be patient. And as for Frank, he’s no Sam Walton but he still gets an E for effort from me.
Just my rookie opinion.
.
