a guess on the float..

lets start with the IR letter dated

9/15/2005 - For Shareholders (Updated)

Dear Shareholders,

One year ago, Triangle Multi Media was a shell with great plans and approximately 9 1/2 billion shares outstanding.
With restricted shares committed against the Gay Games, films, contracts, stock bonuses, etc. the outstanding shares
are now 19.5 billion, but only 14 billion are actually in the float as the rest are long-term restricted shares.

then the next was 44 billion
then 60 billion
unfortunatley 100 billion

since 9/15 we've had 80 trading days (not taking out holidays).

avg 600 million shares traded daily = 48 billion

48 billion + 19.5 billion from the letter = 68 billion
give or take a billion.

i'm gonna guess about 66% percent of 68 billion is in the float, give
or take a billion.

so i figure 44.8 billion in the float give or take a billion.

my calcs are probably way off, but what the hell do i know. [Roll Eyes]

just my uneducated guess [Smile]

Wangdo thanks for the summation but nothing is clear now. Very cloudy. Others have tried to figure these numbers out before and were toally wrong. I won't believe anything without filings. Been here for almost 2 years.

Well the default should not surprise anyone.

This could have been yet another umbrella like entity sitting dormant. Just a wild guess though.

It seems as though Frank just let this one lapse. Maybe thats a good thing, but of course that depends on how you read into it. [Big Grin]

you guys are worry too much. It's too late in the game to worry about this POS. Best thing we could have done is not buy this stock. As we have already bought it, on the bright side, it has only 3 ticks to zero but the upside potential is a lot.

Who are we kidding? by now we all know we pretty much lost our investment. I know we don't actually loose it until we sell it. I'mdown 95% on the stock and I think majority of the you are in the same boat. Now that we have accepted the loss, anything that happens can be only good.

We should know when Frank said his little movie library is worth $1B, that this whole thing is a hoax. We can't blame our greed. As long as there are investors like us are there, people like Frank will make money of us.

We can't blame Frank for our greed

GIOIA BRUNO TO PERFORM LIVE ON Q TELEVISION NETWORK

Gioia, Formerly of Exposé, Will Appear on Episodes of “Brunch” (1/17) and “Queer Edge with Jack E. Jett” (1/20)

Burbank, CA – January 6, 2006 -- Q Television Network (See OTCBB Other: QBID), America's groundbreaking network for gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgendered individuals (GLBT), has announced today that Gioia Bruno, the former lead singer of Exposé, will be making special appearances on two of the network’s programs with revealing in-depth personal interviews. Gioia will first visit with Honey Labrador and Scott Withers and entertain viewers LIVE on “Brunch,” Tuesday, January 17th at 1:00 PM EST/10:00 AM PST. QTN subscribers can get a second dose of the dance diva singing her heart out when she hobnobs with Jack E. Jett, LIVE on the Friday, January 20th episode of “Queer Edge with Jack E. Jett,” which airs at 10:00 PM EST/7:00 PM PST.

In the late eighties and early nineties, Gioia was a member of the Arista Records pop group Exposé, which released several blockbuster multi-platinum selling albums and spawned 8 Billboard "top-ten" hit singles such as “Let Me Be The One” and “Seasons Change.” In 1991, Gioia left Exposé to recover from an inoperable benign throat tumor. Now, fully recovered, Gioia is writing and performing the music her soul has been singing for years. Gioia, one of the hottest performers on the scene today, comes to Q Television Network after headlining gay pride events, circuit parties and dance clubs around the world. The dance diva’s new club anthem “Why Did You Call Me?” is currently featured on the chart-topping Kimberly S. CD “Global Groove.” The single “Why Did You Call Me?” is soon-to-be released throughout Europe and the U.S. by Mix2Inside Records.

Many QTN viewers will know Gioia from her Billboard “top-ten” dance club single “From the Inside.” The track, produced by Junior Vazquez, was featured on the “Queer As Folk Season 3” series and soundtrack. Gioia recently released her full-length solo album “Expose This” on KOCH Records to rave reviews. The CD features Billboard dance chart hit “Be Mine” and club favorite “I Was Made For Loving You.” Gioia’s “Wreckin’ My Nerves,” produced by Chris Cox, was featured on the “White Party USA Vol. 2.” CD and was charted by some of the most influential DJs, as one of the top-ten dance club hits of 2004. Gioia, presently working on her follow-up album is performing in Hollywood, CA on Saturday, January 14th at the grand opening of Fusion at Forbidden City. http://www.fusion-la.com For more information on Gioia visit http://www.gioiabruno.com.

“Brunch” on Q Television Network is the first LIVE morning daily talk show created specifically for the LGBT and gay-friendly progressive community. Ninety percent talk show, with a touch of theatrics, hosts Honey Labrador of “Queer Eye for the Straight Girl” and Scott Withers live in lofts across the hall from one another. Honey brings her cooking expertise and modeling history to add lesbian chic, while Scott’s zany, gay flair combined with his passion for news and politics allows “Brunch” to run the gamut of issues and interests that are important to the diverse LGBT community.

A nightly talk show like nothing you’ve ever seen, “Queer Edge with Jack E. Jett” takes comedy to a whole new level. Host Jett focuses on pop culture and subculture with a cutting edge that is dynamic, witty and downright zany. The show covers everything from arts and news to celebrities and Internet subcultures – all from a refreshing GLBT perspective. “Queer Edge” gives viewers a truly out-of-this-world experience as they are launched into the outlandish conversations between Jett and his hosts. Jack E. Jett's “Queer Edge” encompasses all that is queer in the world of counter-culture; in an effort to show that the word “queer” is more that just a term for gays.

Steve Kmetko Named as New Anchor on Q Television Network

BURBANK, CA - Q Television Network, America's groundbreaking network for gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgendered individuals (GLBT), has announced that Steve Kmetko has been tapped to anchor the revamped network news program QTN World News with Steve Kmetko. QTN World News with Steve Kmetko began airing daily at 7:00pm EST/4:00pm PST on January 3rd.

Kmetko, a veteran television personality, was with KCBS in Los Angeles for over 11 years and appeared frequently as a CBS This Morning entertainment reporter. Kmetko is widely known as the former co-anchor of E! News Daily, E! News Weekend and E!'s correspondent covering the Academy Awards and Golden Globes.

"Q Television is in the unique position of providing its audience with a time and place to find its gay news on a daily basis. It's not about waiting a week or a month for a magazine to be delivered or digging through the newspaper to find one small article buried far from the front pages. No other news outlet, no other television network is doing what we're doing and that's really exciting," said Kmetko. "I'm thrilled by the opportunity to put my experience to use in this forum and to be contributing to that. This is a big step for our community and we're trailblazers."

QTN World News with Steve Kmetko delivers the latest in queer news from around the globe. This informative program offers live, in-depth interviews with newsmakers discussing everything from politics and current events to business and technology related to the GLBT community. QTN World News covers current events from the United States and around the world, with correspondents in Orlando, New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, London, Moscow, and wherever important news happens.

"We are thrilled to be working with such a highly acclaimed talent. Steve Kmetko's unparalleled professionalism and experience will be a wonderful addition to our network." said Scott Withers, Executive Vice President, Q Television Network.

Q Television Network is available in Chicago on RCN Cable.

We should know when Frank said his little movie library is worth $1B, that this whole thing is a hoax. We can't blame our greed. As long as there are investors like us are there, people like Frank will make money of us.

We can't blame Frank for our greed

-------------------------------------------------

Everyone (including you, Frank and me) is responsible for what they say and what they do.

We all make unwise decisions everyday.

Hopefully, most of these do not include deliberate plans to harm others.............................

Otherwise, why would we need a legal system?

The jury is still out on this one.

I agree with your basic premise that we should expect the worse and hope for the best (hope I've interpretted your comments correctly). Any gamble should be approached the same way.

But I don't agree that we should feel some type of guilt for believing in QBID. I invested in Q because I liked its potential ... and despite some bumps along the way, I still do. If the shareholders get screwed, it's because "someone" hasn't been honest with us. And right now, I just don't know what to believe. Frank has some secrets he doesn't want to tell us, and that bothers me, but until I see the truth, I cannot and will not pass judgment.

Also, I don't believe (as some people keep telling us) that all pink-sheet companies are scams. They certainly are high risk ... they certainly are prone to failure ... and they certainly attract those who practice "dishonesty and deceit" ... but they also can be very rewarding. I like drawing to gutshot straights and four-card flushes ... if the pot-odds are right. And I still like Q's risk-reward ratio ... based on what I know, not on what I don't know.

So, I think you and I are on the page ... we just interpret some of the words differently. GL to us all. Next week should be very interesting. [Big Grin]

I have asked this before. If this company is being built to be sold is share structing different than if you were going to keep it.
Even if frank was going to keep it when the co starts to profit imo profits will grow quickly and share buy backs should be fairly regular. But if it was to sell for 2 or 3 billion dollars and there are 100 or 150 million shares ther is still a good chunck of change to be made buy us longs imo.

Apparently, security lawyers in WA to help Randy better understand what the shareholder rights are. Also to bridge the gap in regulations between the SEC and WA State. Sounds like they are not taking the letters lightly. I have asked for the telephone number for their attorneys in WA.

We are suppose to get another call from Randy this coming Monday [Big Grin]

fact is if he is selling it which i believe he will. it doesnt matter what the share structure is to him. as long as he maintains the 53% ownership, thne his share of the pie will always remain the same. probllem is our share of the poie keeps getting smaller with every share that he sells.

he never intended to keep the company as he has always been a startup type of guy.

i feel you will see this company sold in the next 6-12 months

right around or after the gay games has been my guess for a long time.

we shall soon find out.

if he was going to hold the company though some major buybacks whould have to happen. that cant happen till we are proffitable. the question is, when will that be. Frank stated we would be breakeven buy 1st quarter and proffitable by second, i would like to know if we are even close too those porjections that he made.

Dont buy or sell on my opinions, do your research. Make sure you know what you are buying before you buy.

This is a non reporting pink sheet with very high risk. From high risk comes high rewards.

Thanks, Doc. I'm not pleased at all to hear that Olsen is continuing to 'lawyer up.' It seems to confirm that the audit has put him in legal jeopardy. I don't think he'll be releasing it ever. That's why we haven't seen it 'within the coming weeks'. He misrepresented the value of QTN assets to the public on several occasions. His carelessness and bombast has done him (and us) in. He's gotta go.

Olsen has already said they've got debt financing in place for the channel. They've been borrowing to cover operating costs, which is typical for start-up ventures. As of end of August we apparently had borrowed somewhere between $7 and $10 million.

He's also said they're not using shares to fund ops (only, presumably, to finance acquisitions).

For what Olsen's words are worth.

Maybe he needed the extra week so that Diana could be there. You know, her being like his daughter and all.
