Also, wouldn't Frank be asking for another lawsuit if he raised the outstanding share total without a vote of the common shareholders? He stated during the conference call there would be only one reason he would raise the O/S, and he said it would only come at the vote of the common shareholders, during which he would NOT vote himself. This sounds like an oral contract to me.

We are no longer sitting at 44 billion shares OS.
I'm disgusted with Frank! He would not have asked to amend & raise the AS to 100 billion if he had not already moved to issue the 10 billion he just got!
Our outstanding shares are now minimum 60 billion & my guess is that was Frank selling today. Guy's got no shame & I'm sick that I ever said anything positive about him.
Legal or not Frank is stealing from longs!
Doc, Hoss! Do not get yourself in trouble out there! I personslly could not be around Frank right now without busting him up!
I wrote a lot of positive stuff about this company for two years. Anyone who considered what I wrote as an element to their reasons to buy or hold,,, I very humbly apologize!

whiz we all pressed the buy buttons on our own .
i was inspired by your list many times but you never forced me to keep on buying shares over and over again. i am really dissapointed at this point but i guess ill just hang onto my shares forever or as long as it takes to get my money out of it.
i cannot believe frank is trying to raise the a/s again what the f%$# i thought i remember he said something a while back about the longs being proud shareholders one day. is this day gonna be twenty years from now ?
well we can only pray at this point i dont know what else to do . i am not usually a violent person but i am feeling violent tonight. i would never do anything to harm frank but i know alot of people are a bit crazier than i am so he should be careful. as far as im concerned i hope for the best for all of us but it is my personal beleif that the universe gives us all what we deserve.
so that being said i guess i had this coming and im sure frank is gonna get what he has coming to.

Yep! He said he disliked daytraders & would treat the longs fairly! I will try to do some math around radical R/Ss to see where we could end up but with 100 billion out there & you can bank him issuing them, things do not look good at all for a long term shareholder!
Nope! Frank has been stealing from us period!
And I don't believe for a minute that you or any of us had this coming to us in some cosmic way. But I do believe Frank has a cosmic bill to pay!

This sucks big time. The math still works at their being some potential, even at 100 billion. But that is dependent on there not being anymore raises of the a/s and that doesn't seem likely.

well whiz if you didnt have this coming to you then how did it come to be? not trying to piss you off but it just seems that for me that is the easiest way to not blow a fuse and except the fact i lost a bundle in a pinksheet scam.
i dont know how much many of you put into this but i put in over 30,000$. for me that is ALOT.
i am really dissapointed but what can we do what should we do? hopefully their is a silver lining to all of this but at this point it is hard to even imagine what good can come out of raising to 100 billion.
is it possible or just totally insane to think that even though he raises the a/s he will buy back shares?
i guess sooner or later my optimism is going to fade as we get closer to that .0001. at this point i dont know if i will even buy any more shares. i origionally intended on buying up a chunk to lower my inpoint but why continue to buy a peice of pie that is eaten before you ever get to taste it.

As Dustoff pointed out there's no positive spin for this move. He may be legal but it's not ethical. He has been dishonest with us & what he's done is nothing short of stealing.
I have a high tolerance for risk! Having said that my bet was placed on the company succeeding, not on whether the CEO was a crook! I can take losses if a company attempts with all it's resourses & fails. But I'm not even a little bit OK with Frank's slight of hand telling us all last year he was doing two seperate buy backs of aprox 1 billion each while not telling us that at the exact same time he was taking the OS from 7.5 billion to 44 billion!

Crammer noted that Ford had reinstated advertising, the $$$ potential, and wanted to make it a buy but could not due to the management or lack of astute management decisions.
Whiz, if I were to sell this week, I would lose more than I should. It would make a sizeable tax deduction--I would prefer profits!
However, after listening to Crammer's carefully constructed statements about potential profits after some tweaks in managements' business plan, I came away with the sense that Market Street has taken notice--or knows more than we do.

I'm really a pretty decent person & want the best for everyone. WE DON'T DESERVE THIS!
I'm not the type of person that believes that seeking wealth is a bad thing. I believe that our higher power wants us all to live in abundance. It's Ok to invest in others dreams for a payoff! That's what brings progress not just in production but in a social sense as well. I do not believe in flogging oneself to avoid the plauge. And I do not accept that you nor I take this loss for some devine reason. We made the mistake of taking another human being at face value & exercising trust, which is a spiritual principal, & Frank abused it.
In any event I hope something works out that we miraculously see you get your money back & more. I'm already deep green on GZFX & will not let this experience destroy my faith in people on a whole.
Hoss is right! Crazy as it sounds the math says even if he issues all 100 billion shares, we're still undervalued! Hard to believe but true!
i just read a bunch of crap on rb, they are freaking out over there. many are threatening frank and it is an all out jungle.
so if all 100 billion are issued and we head up to .001 that would still put us only at 100 million valuation correct? unfortunately for me .001 is not enough oh well. i hope that franky pulls this together quickly as it is not looking good. maybe if he doesnt go bankrupt 2006 could be the longs year.its just disheartening to know that instead of owning 22 million shares at a much higher inpoint many are able to buy 50 million at a lower cost than i paid for my shares. poor me huh.......
