if he has to pay the firestone debts with stock at 0002 he would need to give them 17.3 billion at 0001 it would be 34+ billion plus the 15 - 20 billion he already had plans for when he raised the A/S to 60 billion would obligate him to nearly 100 billion. just a thought. oh ya, this sucks!!!

If they win the lawsuit against Firestone, I would imagine the outstanding shares will stay at 44 bil.
Also, wouldn't Frank be asking for another lawsuit if he raised the outstanding share total without a vote of the common shareholders? He stated during the conference call there would be only one reason he would raise the O/S, and he said it would only come at the vote of the common shareholders, during which he would NOT vote himself. This sounds like an oral contract to me.

Any thoughts on what will happen in the lawsuit, since we've all had a few days to soak it in and think about it? Will Q win, lose, or will the court rule somewhere in between?

Good point. If he issues those shares we're probably done anyway.

If Q loses a suit they can appeal can't they. No need to jerk us around so quickly.

This was probabaly done to prepare for a worst-case scenario. However, even if they win, Frank will still probably use those shares to close more deals.

I will still wait until the Gay Games, but if this ends badly, I will be with anyone who wants to start a movement to crush Frank's dreams and see him serving some well deserved jail time (not that that will even be considered "punishment" to him).

not only is this disturbing to have 100mm shares, but now we have to see add'l rounds of dumping on the horizon. Unless franky HIGHLY anticipates add'l buyers for the market. Right now who in their right mind would buy with this information and nothing but a slide in price over the past year like this. (I do smell greed on Franks part though. No longer does it seem to be 'dream fulfilling')

I don't know if I'm more pissed about the dump or that fact that, even with 100 mill I couldn't get filled at .0002

So now if it's still in the request phase, can the stockholders petition the state of Washington to deny the request?

Well, yall already received the news, but here's something funny from the guy I've emailed with over in WA:
"We have not seen another amendment yet. This one was filed November 7, 2005. Based on their history of filing amendments and increasing the capital stock it's just a matter of time."
He quickly followed with another email though:
"I guess I was too quick. I just checked with our front counter and indeed, they just filed the 100 Billion amendment"
This is totally rediculous. Do you think you guys can get an answer about this when you visit Frank in Jan?

Rather than increase the A/S, TMM should be forced to rebuy 1.7 mil worth of QBID shares.
What are our options?
we have no options, frank is the majority share holder, he can raise the A/S to 1 trillion if he wants to and we cant do anything about it!

No doubt we will chat with Tex, how about you, maybe you should come to Burbank with us. It would make me feel much safer showing up with a couple of boarders

When you go, please find out the value of 1 prefered stock relative to 1 common stock.
Essentially, 1 of Frank's 'prefered' stock could be worth 200 billion 'common' stock, meaning he doesn't have to own 53% of the A/S, he only needs to own one prefered stock.
When he converted his shares to prefered stock, he could have easily issued himself the same number of prefered, and yet had them valued substantially higher than common stock.
Basically, I want to know if owning half of the A/S means owning half of the company, or owning half of 47% of the company.
