I am not sure we will have to worry about that at the moment johnny. I would assume this was a tricky way around the end of October audit promise, and we won't see much change, as usual, until November 18 or 21st now.

Q Television Network, being a subsidiary of Triangle Multi Media, completed its audit on Friday, October 28, 2005. The audit is currently going through its certification process and will be available for viewing within the coming weeks.
I would like to take a moment to highlight the important points of this audit:
Q Television will show its total asset base Q Television will show its debt *** roughly 30% less than expected Specific asset percentages, breakdowns and splits of Q Television Network and /or its parent, Triangle Multi Media

Correct me if Im wrong, but during the CC Frank stated that we have a debt of 10 Million. Todays update Q Television will show its debt *** roughly 30% less than expected . So am I to believe debt is only 7 Million for a company Frank states has assets of over 1 Billion.

I have had trouble with getting up to date Q sites before. I don't quite understand that. Either way, I scroll down to INVESTORS in the dark gray box below the text "Become a member" and I do not get to the same page as you guys.

I may have gone a different route. I went through the menu, About QTN. Then I scroll down to Investor's Information on that page. If you go that way you will not find it.

It is nice that Frank updated his shareholders on the status of the audit. Though, this is just a hold move by Frank so that the PPS doesn't go lower. I've got a little extra $$$ waiting till I see the good news though it is hard not to buy when it is priced this low.

The investor update is confusing to me... why is Frankie say Q Television Network... completed its audit and not Triangle Multi Media? Has anyone else picked up on this?? He is is stating Q Television assets, etc. Not Triangle Multi Media? Am I reading too much into this? Comments?

Triangle Multi Media LTD, Inc is the parent of Q Television Network, which means it is company all by itself. The Q Television net assets and monetary gains provide Triangle Multi Media LTD, Inc along with a broadcasting company out of New Orleans its net asset value. However, Triangle Multi Media LTD, Inc. ticker is QBID. Q Television does not have a ticker because it is owned by TMM. IMHO that is how is. If this is the truth then until Triangle Multi Media's financial audit is complete the pps will stay down, but it is a start.

The meeting tomorrow sounds like it could be about a share buyback (or something else!).

But seriously, if they have the audit in hand, and aren't going to release it yet, then they have this meeting, this feeds right into the idea about them buying back shares.

QBID'n I am quite happy with the news, since I didn't expect anything at all today. Plus, it appears that the final audit might be better than we've anticipated. My only regret about the audit news today is the timing. Several people announced they would sell all their shares tomorrow if the audit didn't come today. Now . . . they may hold longer. Too bad. Just hope they whine a little quieter now. But I doubt that too.

The financial audit process has three phases like anything that is professional - acquisition ( gathering all the data), process (adding all the paperwork into one readable financial report, certification (this is where the financial company summits the all theirs findings and reports to management i.e. SEC). After it is approved then it is made public; however, if it is not certified than it could be insider trading or pre-release and it is not valid.

I have been just watching as many of us have. As for the price dropping, after Frank refused to confirm a solid date for me on the CC, made me as well as others sit back, wait and watch. I am sure many have seen through the last CC. To be honest, I can see .0003 before the 20th of Nov. If Frank does not deliver the audit on the 20th as per his PR or before then .0001 is imminent. I still believe Q will make it but it will only be in the long haul and waters will have to be treaded very carefully. As Whiz has said many times in his list of items, Q has something unique but still has a way to go. IMHO I think any gains we have in mind will not be seen before 2006 at a bare minimum. If I have the opportunity to get on to ask frank any questions to Frank again, I will definitely let him know he is not trusted because of deception of his own doing if that is the outcome on the 20th. Your opinion in my book is always honored.

Frank did not deliver on the audit as most everyone on the CC had come to expect that he would release it today. Yet one more let down! I suspect that tomorrow, we see additional selling pressure as those who were expecting the audit details are now disappointed and along with the restricted share sells, may push this down to .0004!
I am patiently waiting for the right market indicators before I take a position in QBID! When I buy back in, I will post it right here!
