ABC Marketwatch did, but it is still good to show interest in your investment when it is a smaller entity in a niche market. I havent emailed new programs but I have definitely spread the word and contacted my own as well as other Cable entities.

I don't think Frank will ever release the audit. What he has 1000 movies and thats valued at 1B. I don't think he even has the rights to those movies. Come on. I got 200 movies and I also have no rights to broadcast them, so my net worth is 200M or what?
I would love to see this tock go up but it looks like its not going to happen. Only way this stock can get to pennies is by doing a reverse split. This is one of those stocks where everything looks good but we got a bad CEO making money of us.

It looks like the audit was accurate and readable enough to reach this conclusion in a short time after Frank got it.
2. Q Television will show its debt *** roughly 30% less than expected.
I don't know if he decided to post it without double checking or he had more time to look at it than we are aware of. It sounds like it was a done deal.
The next part makes me think that Q mgmt had the audit figured out on Nov 1st.
Based upon the findings of this certified audit, senior management and the Board of Directors will immediately meet in Las Vegas on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 to implement a financial structure to further develop the company.
I'm curious to see what the meeting in Vegas did. When were the extra 10B a/s added? I didn't hear of it till after the audit and Vegas announcement.
It would seem that any mistakes would have been brought to light at that time. This is all my guess at what this means. QBID allows for a lot of guessing.

.0020 may be a little bit of a stretch near term.
60 Bill O/S (I am using it because they will be issued and used just like the last 20 Billion when they raised the A/S last time) * .0004 = $24 Million market cap.
IMHO, their Market Cap should not be more than $50Million. Until they are fully reporting and on a higher exchange to prevent Frank from raising the A/S again while we sleep, it shouldn't be valued more than that. Of course Frank thinks that TMM is worth much more, and he expects to sell it for Billions in a few years, but right now, NO SERIOUS investor will ever touch this with such a high O/S count.
I will not be surprised to see him R/S this one 1000:1 within the next 12 months, and he will use the excuse that he is moving to OTCBB to do it...... I am wondering what the new symbol will be? QFDU???????

Iaintbad You may be right about the audit...but if you are saying this only because it wasn't released on Friday, your comments are premature. The audit targets Frank announced publicly were something like this (admittedly very vague):
1) On Sept 21, "within 60 days" 2) On Oct 31, "within a few weeks"
I never expected the audit yesterday. I "hoped" for it based on comments from davidjanas, who said Frank told him we would see the audit yesterday. Nothing against davidjanas, but he was the only one predicting the audit yesterday. Most of us are still expecting it on Monday.
Anyway, just pointing out that we shouldn't be upset about a missed deadline until the deadline has actually been missed. So check back with me on Monday night, and I may join you at the lynch party for Frank. Until then, I'm still waiting (and I hate every minute).

buck Good point. None of us really knows when to expect the audit. Although I was "hoping" for yesterday, and although I "expect" it Monday, Frank never said exactly when the shareholders would see the audit. His vagueness about the audit doesn't make me happy, but I cannot get upset about a "missed deadline" when I don't know if the "deadline has been missed."
Before anyone accuses me of making excuses for Frank, remember that wanting something to happen does not make it happen. If anyone can show me where Frank stated an exact date the audit would be available for shareholders to view it, please let me know. I will not react to hopes, dreams, opinions, rumors and speculations when I make decisions.

And you've made a good point. None of us knows what Frank meant when he said the audit would be done and none of us knows what he meant when he said the audit would be available for review. Someone once referred to what Frank says as "Frank-speak". Examples: In Frank-speak,
1) What does "done" mean? 2) What does "certified" mean? 3) What does "available for review" mean? And by "whom"?
As I said before, if anyone can help answer these questions, please do so. But "just the facts, ma'am." Opinions really don't answer our questions. State'em if you got'em, but don't expect anyone to believe'em.
