9 times out of 10 companies increase the share value for listing by a reverse split and it usually ends up bad for share holders. At least in my experiences with reverse splits.

The CEO has said in previous PR that he wants to take it to NASDAQ/AMEX. The will need to have their PPS higher for a certain period of time before they can make the move.
This is part of the NASDAQ requirements: Kat, I think this is what you're looking for.
For initial listing on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market, the preferred stock must have three market makers and meet the minimum $4.00 bid price requirement. For continued inclusion, the preferred stock must have two market makers and meet the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement. yeah I got hosed on a reverse too. my broker actually called to let me know the day before. I was so new I thought well that's a good thing right? Duh. The company's now delisted and nonexistant as is the money I put into it.

MB...agreed.. I think one dollar can be obtained...but a good squeeze will be needed and all of us here on ALLs and RB need to hold our shares..the longer we hold, the bigger the run.. If we own most of the shares available.. and we have a good run and get noticed by bigger fish..then we will be in great shape IMO JB

Man, let's just hit 0.01 first, and then we can worry about applying to the Nasdaq. If this thing hits 0.5, there won't be anyone left holding this stock IMO. Beyond that it's too risky for me...too much room for it to drop. And we'll still have the a-hole MMs fighting us all the way up. Until we wee the 10K and PRs, this all means nothing.

how do u put a future sell ( lets say the it will worth 1 $ and i want to sell if it will go down to 0.8 ) that way i can assure not to loose all the profit.

I can really only tell when I'm watching LIIs constantly, and see the changes, but right now it looks pretty even, with a slight edge toward sells.

Viper, if they let you, just enter a limit order for $1, and check the good till canceled option. I say 'if they let you' because sometimes you'll get a message saying that price is too far from the current.

JB - From looking at their site I think buyin.net is contracted... and gets compensated. That is JMO, as I have heard nothing about it. Just before the buyin news was released I was told about another strategy to cleanup the naked shorts and make them accountable for their shares, which will be sweet justice.
Does "Delicious" fit here, Tech?

Check out the 'GWGO Plans 5 Spinoffs' thread; the second to last message in there has a great PR about how that company is dealing with the naked short selling.

JB - I was told no. they don't have any agreement with them. didn't know what they were. So they weren't part of the nefarious plan to bring down the shorts... My bad. The plan I know of is pretty darn good though!

Does this mean, they expect the price per share to rise to $4 within 1 year?

Just curious here, any opinions on why this doesn't look so good today after yesterday and the day before. My third acquisiton and the other two aren't lookin' too happy either today either. I still have faith in it, think it's gonna be fine.
