i dont have any clue on stocks and i bought this 1 just by guessing and looking at this site.
i am 207k in 100k for 0.042 and another 107k for 0.8 please explain me about the 10k everyone looking for ? and also do i need to buy more? and after it wil clime up to hold it and wait for more climbing or sell it ? please advice

Hey, joviper. You bought well. The 10K is the company financial report. It is delayed. We have speculated as to the reason in this thread. If you're liquid, I don't think you can lose by buying more, but that's obviously your decision. I don't, however, think the price is going to go down much further, if at all. As always, only invest as much as you're willing to lose.

I don't think the ticker has stuck, just no trade since 10:30. Seems no one is selling, period. It also seems the mm is not letting it run. There have to be sellers at the ask.

Good stock to buy. A 10K is a report on their business that has been delayed a couple of weeks. It is expected out any time.
If the report is good this should do very well.

If the bid were at .07, ask at .077, and I entered a buy order at, say .075, the MM my broker uses would show up as the new .075 bid. So, you really never know what the game is.

Your post leads me to two other questions...
Is going long on a penny a bad idea? I've heard it is, but I'm think that, in this case, it might be a good thing since they want to take this to a higher market later.
Also, what about the r/s? Should i try to pull out before that and go back in afterwards? Or is it to my advantage to ride it out?
Anyone else have any suggestions to add regarding my strategy?

Typically, pennies are WAY too volatile to be in long. With pennies, the price fluctuates so quickly, you can lose your money in just minutes. On the other side of the coin (haha), you could make a lot of money in a few minutes. Holding long is best for dollar stocks, preferably those that pay a dividend.
I'm generally not opposed to being in during a reverse split, if conditions and the reasoning behind the R/S are right. If the R/S is going to attract a new level of investor, or in preparation for a board up-listing, it can be great. Right after a R/S, the price usually fluctuates rapidly before it settles down.

looks like the 8 is the next stop...sometimes I think I am becoming paranoid..but isnt it funny to see those 5750 orders repeatedly..just when the pps is .075 ? perhaps a *secret' language among some parties having a vested interest in keeping the pps at some particular level ?

An observation from our board and Raging Bull yesterday: two people claiming to have the 80K eod buy at .077 Are you the same people or just taking us for a ride......

There's a he and a she. As in man and wife. I bought the 80K yesterday. We hold 1.1 looking for 1.2. And I am about to buy 10K at .08 cuz I can't stand looking at it anymore. BTW bubba is my son!

Bid= .75, .72 .70 Nice support Ask= .08 .087 No Buyers in sight, BUT Night is looking to pick up withoout trying to raise ASK. I found that out when i came in with an additional 5100 at .74
