Good Morning to all!!! Ok...... Reading some posts here..... The reason we are late on the 10k was that Modern Tech made some huge last minute aquisitions as noted in one of the last PR's. This is very good for us boys.... Huge year end proffits and future projections will be posted in the upcoming PR's and 10K information.... HOLD TIGHT HERE BOYS...... Theres a reason so few shareholders are letting shares go...... Its a no brainer!!!! Were just getting ramped up and ready to take off here...

What we're seeing is some bull**** scrambling by the MM's to rid themselves of their shorts...the manipulation is killing this pps. 400K in buys and 150K in sells and we still go down....This manipulation is BULL****. JB

I am still hoping they will wait. I got my money and did the electronic transfer but it hasn't cleared. I am going to be buying a lot if it clears in time.

Blazing--unless you know otherwise, I would caution you against leading people to believe there are going to be "huge last minute acquistions." There has been no follow up PR to the Inmarket deal that was supposed to close two weeks ago. I don't have any clue if these acquisition will be in the k--no one knows, and they haven't put out any follow up pr. I know you don't want people to sell-off today, but let's not jump the gun here, or mischaracterize information we don't have.

Katrina..... maybe you should read all the postings, PR's and comments directly from the MOTG that I have posted previously to before you come down on someone who has been told and has read that the reason MOTG is late on the 10K is because of some Huge last minute aquisitions thus the cause for being late and all the accounting issues.... Thanks for posting...

Blazing--You have been told directly by Megan/Welch that the reason it is late is because of last minute acquisitions?
The times I have spoken with Megan she would not discuss the aquisitions and as of two Friday ago, she did not expect an imminent PR about Inmarket.
Is there a specific post of yours I should read? I really hope you are right, there are just new traders on this board, and I don't want them to be confused. GLTY.

Ha Kat: Gotta love the offsetting trades , 95K buy offset by 5K sell....no one in their right minds would pay a commission for a trade of 5K in a penny stock, thats ridiculous. JB

ok, I have another question. I'm watching the time and sales. I understand the green is a buy the orange is a sell I'm assumming the blue is an order request, but what is the yellow? Or do I have these all mixed up and none of them right??

Movingup--you asking about time and sales or level II? On time and sells it is only transaction that are complete. Ameritrade lights up red as a sell and green as a buy...but sometimes they are not always what they appear, you have to watch level II as well.
