on the 19th of the 7th of 2005 they doubled the AS from 2 billion to 4 billion...then we learned of the CC pilot program. Today we heard of the 4 billion to 25 billion increase....whats coming? I'm not saying anything, cause i dont know but i have a feeling they have something. Why do companies, especially OTCBB and PINKS trade their stock? For financing.
I'm hanging on. Remember, there is a reason for everything. And, also remember the increase of AS does nothing in terms of dilution for now.

They have said in their quarterlies that with the financing they have in place that the possible dilution is unstoppable, and the lower the price drops, the worse that dilution will be.

Good buy? I think more like GOOD BYE! If this piece of horse ****e ever crawls out of the quagmire Flemming has created, it will be a pure miracle. I cancelled my membership 2 months ago because the service was terrible. I was only on the $8.99 plan, but I could get no more than 2 movies per month (and that was if I watched it the day I got it and returned it the next day!) I sold my shares shortly after the 3-15 deadline passed with no PR and I have not looked back until today. I really feel bad for all those who had faith in this company. It isn't fair that those people who got behind GZFX, believing they were supporting something good, should get jerked around like this. I hope all of you guys can still salvage something out of this and come out clean on the other side. GLTA
