Talk about putting a nail in the coffin. They just killed us instead of helping us, 6 months and they haven't even done a thing they stated but take our money!!!!!!!!!!

Guys, the A/S is up to 25 billion from 4 billion. They have said in their quarterlies that with the financing they have in place that the possible dilution is unstoppable, and the lower the price drops, the worse that dilution will be.

Remember when this company released the good news and then the bad news earlier this year...TWICE. And we all got pissed? IMO they learnt that lesson and they are doing the bad news first followed by the good news. I'm holding on...IMO theres more to come.

agent dont question my anaylsis on bollinger bands,, look at this way if the news was positive you would be congrating me right now,, but because the news is bad oh well.. I did mention that the bollinger bands on this stock is predictable to when news would come out,, any type of news! you probably misunderstood everything i said.. but yes im stilling rooting for ROll out! just a matter of time

Lol I was just reading this and its not that bad news at all. The A/S & O/S are two different things. They got Authorized for 25bil shares (A/S) The O/S is Outstanding shares. Back in 2001 they got authorized for 25 bil shares and I believe this is a renewal for the authorization. The O/S is still the same but they are only using 3.2 bil shares. Does anyone else see this? My mind is numb from looking at the documents.

Right, but AS turns into OS very quickly.
Remember when they had 2B AS and the doubled it to 4B? Everyone said "Oh, it's just in case, they aren't diluting" and lo and behold, 3.2B on the next quarterly.
Do you honestly think that they upped the AS by a factor of 6 for a "just in case" scenario?
If you honestly believe this, you had better be prepared to lose over 90% of your investment as this drops to dilution. The next amendment will be to 50-100 Billion.

Thanks Numa I am not holding this but am going to buy back for sure at these prices. I was only going to buy back as the news hits but at this price,shoot what the heck,we all pretty much know the rollout is going to happen and it will shoot sky high and then drop back down.

This was not an SEC Filing or a press release. People found out themselves.
The last time they raised their AS I didn't see an 8K either.
Just do the math with a 25B OS (which will eventually happen) and see how much this stock will be worth...even WITH the CC deal.

Let me ask everyone a serious question.....If you have not heard of the 25bil A/S and the CC rollout news showed up what would you have sold at? if you are holding still what would sell at? If you were planning on selling after the news what in the heck are you worried about 25 bill A/S for? Seriously this has nothing to do with the short term only long term if they decide to take the 25bil and turn it into O/S. Think about it.

Yep,I tell you why, The A/S does not affect this stock at all short term,but only long term.When the CC news comes out I will make a quick buck and bail.....BTW this is not the only stock I hold,Just a good opertunity.

JUST DOES NOT LOOK THAT HARD TO GET FILLED AT .0075 NOW DOES IT.GOING DOWN!!!!!!!! JUST LIKE I SAID! SORRY GUYs AND GALs. Look to get back in in the .0060s IMO and thats riskie at best, With no news it keeps going down.
