You have all kind's of buying going on. But for some reason the MM's will just set on the buy for millions and millions of shares. I see tomorrow being another down day. Provided the company does not help us out with a PR.

I'm just curious how you can constantly buy and sell the same stock over and over in a short period of time. Your broker doesn't freeze your trading for being a day trader?

I'm out as of today, will wait once dilution is over..... ever since that release on Saturday this has been going down, dilution is all ove the other boards why not here?
Once a proof of people here been paid to get you to buy.... as it goes down. I thought it was going up, but not even the technicals can help a Diluted Machine.

Ok so you agree with buckstacker that the dilution has went to 4billion. I'll email a link to GZFX and let them know that.

Well buck I would expect you of all people to understand it was just a naturally low volume down day... Not a share dumping day... Honestly if it was dillution driving the price right now it would be alot lower and volume would have been alot higher.

Let me clear things up here Riesco and abc...unlike you I am not pumping or bashing, just calling it the way I see it...When I see a hell of a lot more buying than selling and the pps drops...it is usually DILUTION!!

Buck... I am in no way Pumping this stock.. to make mention of that means you are a little detatched... I am calling it as I see it... This was a low volume day at what I hope to be the end of a down trend... Show me massive dillution in the order of four billion shares on a day when the volume was less than two hundred million shares... ALOT of those shares were sells... I was watching the last sale streamer all day and there was a hell of alot of sells today.

Trick is to have more than 1 broker.

no. if you have $25,000 in your account, you can trade as many times as you want.

You don't need 25k if you have a margin account and only use your cash... Even if you are labeled as a day trader the margin equity call is only if you use margin funds... which you can't for penny stocks anyways.

i agree ed, if you dont have 25k then yes good idea. i wasnt trying to be negative, sorry if it came out like that;)
RD even if you have a margin account, you can only have 3 day trades per 5 day period, so you cant have unlimited trades.

Kywee You might want to call your broker... Ameritrade told me long ago when I was first labeled a pattern daytrader that only margin funds were affected... Ofcourse that came straight from the broker so it is not nearly as reliable as a message board.

Riesco...I wasn't trying to paint you as a pumper and I apologize if that is the way it came across, (although I do believe that ABC has an agenda), but when did I say that they were diluting to the tune of 4 bil shares? Talk about detached... Listen, I am not in this and have no agenda either way....I am just posting what I see.... Actually I hope this one plays out well for you guys as I hate to see anyone get burned...GLTYA

Jim, he/she probably has over $25,000 in the account, which enables him/her to trade as much as he wants, as long as the account stays above $25,000.
RD, yes you can trade as much as you want with cash, but eventually (in my case) if im trading all the time, it all becomes margin. unless someone wants to keep adding cash all the time, then you will have to wait for your funds to settle or you will get in trouble. (i have traded 4 times in a 5 day period and yes, they do get you)

There is one thing here that is 100% certain. No one can prove or disprove weither the company is diluting shares or not. Only the company knows for sure and they are not telling.

JM there are many ways someone can be in and out.
they can have over 25k in their account = unlimited.
they can buy in at EOD and sell and rebuy next day. along with 3 daytrades, this can be a lot. i have been in this 6 times and out 6 times and only used 1 day trade. the fact is that it doesnt matter what he does, people should ignore things that bother them, or they will get worse
