No offense, but you are incorrect. Past does not predict future trends, how is what a stock did 2 months ago going to predict news? It doesn't. Did the price increase in January prior to news of the extention fortell this event? It sure didn't.
I think TA is great for pattern watching, but when news is coming it doesn't tell us good or bad, it really means just about nothing until that news is out. Then maybe we can guess on peaks/valleys and so on, but its no predictor.

What a day. Figures I was away from the office on a flight. Lost alot of money today because of the timing issue that we have been discussing. Serves me right for thinking they had the PR timing under control.
A few thoughts:
- Just like the 10K, I told you the share count would be increased. Funny, I got hate mail and bashed for both predictions. In fact, 10 billion somehow turned into 25 billion!
Actually, Should have listened to myself this time. Truly thought management would not be this ridiculous to file that before the news hits. Well, it is what it is.
- John and Chip did not expect for people to see the Nevada filing yet. Positive news was to come first. So much for that.
- This places a serious ceiling to whatever retail deal is announced.
- The 25 billion will be used for many things including but not limited to: acquisitions, GG conversions, and mainly a cushion for the Reverse Split that is coming. Also a cushion for financing as they will need to tap into more. The conversion schedule is not as cut and dry as some think. Billions need to be held in the case GG needs them.
- Do not believe management when they tell you the shares will not be used.
- The shares are NOT for a major deal at this time. Some may be used for a partial deal but nothing major with the shares.
- This all points to the lack of business savvy by GZFX management. They thought the Nevada filing would slip under the radar for now. John is angry that it was discovered. They will rush to get out some news now near term.
When the filing for 25 Billion Shares hits the SEC and filing, investors will run even further away. The Quarterly will also experience a selloff. All imo.

i understand your agurement agent, believe me i do not want to sound rude and cause a conflict or debate about this. My opinions on this message broad and others are soley my opinion. Now yes i still believe that GZFX is a wonderful stock to get a clue in what way bollinger bands work. I stated that the bollingers anaylsis gives me a signal, once the bands grab real tight around the PPS, news or breakout will occur. Think about it for a second. If you see a stock pps with bollinger bands tight around the price this means the pps has been trading sideways. Now if a stock trades sideways for a week, month, months, or even years, eventually the stock will breakout of the trend.. up or down. Understand my point?

WOW, is all I can say, anyone remember in grade school how the teacher would whisper into one kids ear a sentence,and that kid would tell the next and the next,and the next, and by the time it made it back to the beginning it had nothing to do with how it started??? thats what some of this reminds me of. I mean if ya can quote someone right than don't even try. Subpenny radio makes a phone call to try to find some info out for us listeners, and it gets all turned around, unfreaking believable. For example on investors not being able to tell the difference on something he was referring to the A/S and the O/S. and from reading this he was right. As far as his pr's he said theres always a sell off weather his pr's are good or bad and no he wasn't surprised. Man people can sure screw up a good thing. Sell people sell I'll take your shares give me em!! I hope it does get below .0075 just like I heard on subpenny radio last week, my buy orders are already sitting at... Ha think I'm telling You?? Alot of people dont like Jim Cramer because of his cocky attitude or other things about him,but Jim made a comment that changed the outlook that I have towards the stock market. Jim noted that after 9/11 the market is not for investors anymore but it is a traders market. Alot of people and im sure some on this board lost a ton of money in their 401k acounts after 9/11. I hear alot of people bash the "flippers" but really all of those that deal in the market as a profession are " flippers" or traders as Jim Cramer called it. What happend yesterday in the market was purely because someone took something and blew it way out of proportion. The 4 billion shares that we were authorized to use was rated at .001. That is 4 million dollars worth of financing if it ever got down to that pps. We only had 3.2bil outstanding or 3.2 mill dollars worth at .001..... Now we have been riding at .01 plus or minus for some time and holding it steady. J.F knew that if a panic sell off happend (as had happened many times in the past) right after they signed a major deal they would be forced into trouble if the amount they needed was beyond what the stock was worth. I feel that J.F did this (added 25bill A/S) as C.Y.A move to cover that big ole hiny that he has. All in all I feel that this was blown way way out of proportion and now after the dust and smoke is setteling the ones with any stock market knowledge will see this as not a bad thing but a company that is covering their tooshy incase of another sell off after they just made a huge commitment to someone(s)...... GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF THAT STICK WITH THE COMPANY AND HAVE FAITH IN THE COMPANY! I dont tell anyone how to run their acounts but keep in mind to cover your own butt and dont bury yourself to deep but just under the ground, untill the news hits than go all in and get out before your too deep and your check book will be pleny fat for a repeat....

I love how you can tell if someone's a basher or not when they reply to you accusing them of something. Bashers often give a dumb reply that doesn't make sense (Like a monkey) and non-bashers lash out with an intelligent approach and are very offended when attacked. I'm thinking soemthign about the AAFES deal is on its way, IMO. But yea the problem with communication over the internet is the lack of tone. And since no one writes with tone anymore its hard to distinguish.
Like, You are an awesome trade....i could have been honest or sarcastic lol.

Yup. Lack of tone is a big deal online. That's why there's lol and to try and add in some understanding. And they have the caps lock button for being pissed off of course. Ever notice how Monkey (the only guy I really see as a pumper/basher that I can think off the top of my head) has a caps lock on all the time? Annoying as hell. Because when I see that, I think YELLING!
