I've decided our funtime comes in May when the deal begins. Any news around then will have a positive affect on the price. And they should have all the money they want by then. Plus financials before then will give a better insight on where they've been going with the dillution. They definitely need it now to get ready for the roll-out. And every PR we've seen so far means "Hey guys buy us now because we need money to pay for this new thing we got"

Are you guys flirting w/sub pennyland again geez! That wasn't a very nice bounce off of .0095. I thought it had at least a run to .0120 in her. This stock is just dead in the water till financials. Man I hope I'm home when they hit I'm going to clean up shop when everyone finally knows there are +5 billion shares out. Anyone think it will dip back to the .005's intraday again?

All penny companies dillute, doing well or not. They need money. The whole purpose of being public is to get money to grow. And if they don't dillute, they sell some shares then buy back lower, taking money from the shareholders. I don't see anyone *****ing about that.
GZFX is doing just fine. Not every news peice is going to make it explode. May is when it will. .005 isn't going to happen. I doubt we'll even see much into .008. Not enough time to dwindle down to that.

You are right, ive been busy at work and have not stopped by. Been hanging at other BB's b/c this thread is nothing but " I told you so's" even though they have been predicting .007 for a week now. This thread has turned into the night of the living lame. and it should just cease to exist. the lifes been sucked out of it by naysayers. Once the roll-out begins, in may, and they get exposure, it will change, maybe sooner. seems to me that sub-penny has been tested pretty hard. As long as it stays above .008 then GGI cant dump. If it drops 25% past .008 then its a dumping free for all. If they do dilute to the point that its toxic, well? we are done for.... we'll see. If they dont dilute, and pps maintains itself thru added subs and revenue, pps goes up, if they do dilute... watch out.. its gonna get ugly.

Ok lets see. Why would you want to get into a stock which is diluted. Chances are once the Dilution begins you will never see your entry price ever again! This isn't the first company that has dilute the company into the water. Lets look at QBID, and CMKX. All the shareholders expected a good thing even after the dilution. What did they get? Pretty much nothing! Why do you believe their are only 5-6 people posting on this daily now? I can assure you the daytraders will stay away from this stock.. If that is indeed the case, who will help push this pps up ?

Oh yeah. It's definitely not going straight down the toilet. Rememeber the key words. The company is using the money to expand, not to pay bills they already have. This means they are going to get more and more publicity. Dillution is fine because more and more people will be getting into it to suck it up. And we've been sittin on .01 very well lately. What makes you think it's going to hell?
Give it till May. And all of you will be freaking out at the high prices we run to. You'll be pumping this thing just as you're bashing it now

Do you really think May is going to eclipse the CC deal? Because even that wasn't that impressive, I was happy with 2 cents but so many expected far more (unrealistically).

Any one read the prospectus filed on April 13th? Take a look at section 12, hell I will paste it here.
There are a large number of shares underlying our convertible debentures, and warrants that may be available for future sale and the sale of these shares may depress the market price of our common stock.
(As of March 20, 2006, we had 3,805,420,606 shares of common stock issued and outstanding and convertible debentures outstanding that may be converted into an estimated 3,877,397,834 shares of common stock at current market prices, and outstanding warrants to purchase 20,339,1000 shares of common stock. In addition, the number of shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the outstanding convertible debentures may increase if the market price of our stock declines. All of the shares, including all of the shares issuable upon conversion of the debentures and upon exercise of our warrants, may be sold without restriction. The continuously adjustable conversion price feature of our convertible debentures could require us to issue a substantially greater number of shares, which will cause dilution to our existing stockholders.

Hmmm... I still suspect sidewyas trading or slow decrease for one more week. The week before May it will have been at its bottom and either start to go up fast in speculation of the roll-out happening or it'll be ready to take off on any news. Least the dillution is no longer questionable.
