Technically it closed at 5. After hours it jumped to 6, and I think it stayed there.

Jmoove I am with you on that one. If we could get to 8 by weekend and sustain it on Monday it would most likely push us over .001 before the split.

Danny, I am playing by ear because it's hard to bail out when you know that these guys have the FEMA contractors registration number. People don't understand that, that number in itself is a big thing. If I do sell it might be some and not all or none at all. I am not going to walk away from this because too much to lose. I think Guthrie stepped into a good position where he hasn't been able to before now.

Agreed^^ I am planning an hoping this will be a long steady ride upward towards pennyland. Which i personally dont see why it wouldnt with the revs the should pull down in the south... heres hoping. playin by ear also.

I'll wait to see what happens in the run-up to the F/S. If we could get to a half cent sometime, I'd be real happy. -SW

I think that depends on why they are offering up the shares. Some say that it's to prevent the MM's from shorting the shares. If that is the case, I can see the shares going up a bit, because the MM's can't drive the shares back down.
If that isn't it, it could be the company wants to slide into dillution.
