huge volume coming in at .0005 looks like mms are sucking up those .0005 orders which people have set to sell

ask is getting thin, mms buying at ask they need shares, this is going to be huge!! volume has really incresed over the last 3 weeks or so

may be ready to explode i am waiting with 5 mil shares thinking of doubling that soon [Smile]

Technically it closed at 5. After hours it jumped to 6, and I think it stayed there.

Jmoove I am with you on that one. If we could get to 8 by weekend and sustain it on Monday it would most likely push us over .001 before the split.

Danny, I am playing by ear because it's hard to bail out when you know that these guys have the FEMA contractors registration number. People don't understand that, that number in itself is a big thing. If I do sell it might be some and not all or none at all. I am not going to walk away from this because too much to lose. I think Guthrie stepped into a good position where he hasn't been able to before now.

I'll wait to see what happens in the run-up to the F/S. If we could get to a half cent sometime, I'd be real happy.

I think that depends on why they are offering up the shares. Some say that it's to prevent the MM's from shorting the shares. If that is the case, I can see the shares going up a bit, because the MM's can't drive the shares back down.

If that isn't it, it could be the company wants to slide into dillution.

I guess the jury is still out.

Anyone else have any new ideas?

I don't know. I suppose it could happen.

Here is an interesting tidbit of information:

ESHI just offered a 10-1 F/S as of today and the share price jumped 300% yesterday.

Could it happen with CWMF? Maybe...

CWMF Commonwealth American Financial Announces Final Joint Venture Negotiations

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(Business Wire)--Sept. 21, 2005--
Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink

work is yet to be carried out in the regions affected. Commonwealth
American Financial is looking to establish a satellite office in the
next few weeks in the New Orleans area to utilize as our communication
point for contract negotiations and project management offices to
enhance our presence."
The company will also grow by acquiring subsidiaries in related
fields such as construction, real estate
brokerage-appraisal-management, in Florida, Texas and Louisiana. The
Company has established a website http://www.cwmf.net and trades under
