Well, Look at the chart. I started watchin this about 2 months ago when it had dropped from .05 to .004. I thought that was a good buy in point. In fact, it was my first buy in point. I've since avg.d down to .0003. So, I see no reason why we can't get back up there.
Again, if you look at the chart, .004 is still a huge low compared to where it usually sits around 4 or 5 cents.

I bought in at 7 and just picked up some more at 6. If it drops to 5 I might even get some more. I am convinced of the potential with the probable clean-up contracts. I'm sure the F/S is going to be generating more interest. I'm a little confused why they are executing the F/S when the O/S is already so large. I'm not going to go on record predicting a gap up tomorrow. It would surprise me a little bit if we closed lower tomorrow though. Some have already sold out at 300%+ profit and I am confident that we will see more gains in the near future, if not continuous gains. I see a lot of positive developments with this right now. It is still at a great price. IMO this stock has too much going for it right now to pass it up at this price.

I know I know. I can't wrap my mind around it. It is boggling. BUT they are pulling a forward split so the shares will already be owned. It is a little different than dilution (selling shares into the open market). In essence it is free shares if you own CWMF. I would think that would motivate a few buyers in the short term. We'll see how it all shakes out. I can't understand it though. Nothing to worry about one way or the other until Sept. 30 and they have been making good PR's lately.

down South there is alot of rebuilding to do and CWMF can have a hand in it , loans to contractors, most homes have to be rebuild , i just saw on CNN that insurance companys are tring to get out of paying for claims,, i heard theres work for a couple years down there. cleanup and construction

The F/S is being used to combat shorting and manipulation. MM's short a stock, especially penny stocks simply because they are so easy to short. Thats why when this co was listed it was immediately walked down to triple zero. This creates the perfect environment to short a stock, at triple zero all the MM's have to do is let it run a lil to cover a short and the MM's can cellar box this all day long every day until the company files some type of financial showing valuation. The reason the the MM's can walk it down is because the company has filed no type of financials showing valuation. This leads me to how the F/S combats the shorting. If you noticed, the company PR'd the F/S to shareholders of record date August 31st on July 27th, and then changed the record date on August 22nd to September 30th. In effect, any shorts that hold a short position from any day before September 30th are subject to the split. This is a dangerous situation for the shorters. If they short now, they know that immediately after the split the shorts are even shorter, and the BOD could file some goodies and force a short squeeze. The company can keep using the F/S until they get some financials out so investors wont have to suffer being held down by shorty.
Did some quick scanning through google and found that Damian Guthrie, the president of CWMF gets around alot. This guy is tied up in alot of companies, and is an inside holder of Capital Solutions (CNOS), which is also affiliated to Corporate Mortage Solutions (CMSI) whos president is Damian Guthrie.
Will do some more digging later. Have a feeling this rabbit hole goes alot deeper than it appears.

July 26th CWMF hits triple zero July 27th CWMF announces F/S August 6th volume starts to pick up August 22nd split record date and ratio changed August 26th & 28th first big volume days September 6th company starts releasing good operational PR's September 12th & 13th huge volume on katrina related news
On the outside it looks like the CEO actually knows what he is doing. Now we need to dig deeper into the CEO's past and his connections with other stocks. We know the CEO knows how to file because he filed a 13D about his holdings in CNOS. This shows he understands the imprtance of filing, hopefully we will see some financials before or right after the split.
This reminds me of UCAD, anyone familiar with CMKX and UCAD remembers when the shorts squeezed UCAD to cover and they kept F/S to keep the squeeze going.
Il look for some other examples of F/S being used to combat shorting.
I do remember that last great run on UCAD before their split.

Has anyone questioned why the company is doing a F/S? It just doesn't make sense. My guess (no facts involved) is that it is a scam. I hope I'm wrong, but they already have a ton of shares and I believe (again no proof) they are going to dump shares in the next couple weeks. Here's the premise: (1) Give out good news, F/S and (2) Dump more shares as people are buying. Increasing the number of shares and lowering the PPS is not going to make this a more liquid stock. It just doesn't make any sense.

Slippery I'm not bummed. This thing will rocket just wait and see and then everyone will be wanting as many shares as they can. When it ended the ask had went back up to .0005. When the bid goes to .0005 I will have a profit, but I am not anxious or nervous about hurrying to sell. This company is going to take off. Guthrie if you do some D&D has tried to make this company work several times under different names, but he nor anyone else expected what happened in New Orleans. They are going to make big bucks in that area and I am not going to be left out of that boom. I will though give part of my profits to help those that lost everything. I may profit but so will they!!!

Speculators Rushing In as the Water Recedes Would-be home buyers are betting New Orleans will be a boomtown. And many of the city's poorest residents could end up being forced out.
By David Streitfeld, Times Staff Writer
BATON ROUGE, La. — Brandy Farris is house hunting in New Orleans.
The real estate agent has $10 million in the bank, wired by an investor who has instructed her to scoop up houses — any houses. "Flooding no problem," Farris' newspaper ads advise.
Her backer is a Miami businessman who specializes in buying storm-ravaged property at a deep discount, something that has paid dividends in hurricane-prone Florida. But he may have a harder time finding bargains this time around.
In some ways, Hurricane Katrina seems to have taken a vibrant real estate market and made it hotter. Large sections of the city are underwater, but that's only increasing the demand for dry houses. And in flooded areas, speculators are trying to buy properties on the cheap, hoping that the redevelopment of New Orleans will start a boom.
This land rush has long-term implications in a city where many of the poorest residents were flooded out. It raises the question of what sort of housing — if any — will be available to those without a six-figure salary. If New Orleans ends up a high-priced enclave, without a mix of cultures, races and incomes, something vital may be lost.
"There's a public interest question here," said Ann Oliveri, a senior vice president with the Urban Land Institute, a Washington think tank. "You don't have to abdicate the city to whoever shows up."
For now, though, it's a seller's market, at least for habitable homes.
Two months ago, Steve Young bought a two-bedroom condo in New Orleans' Garden District as an investment for $145,000. Last month, he was transferred by Shell Oil to Houston. Last week, he put the condo on the market.
In a posting on Craigslist, an Internet classified advertising site, Young asked $220,000. He got a dozen serious expressions of interest — enough so he's no longer actively pursuing a buyer.
"I'm pretty positive the market's going to move up from here," he said.
So, to their surprise, are many others.
"I thought this storm was the end of the city," said Arthur Sterbcow, president of New Orleans-based Latter & Blum, one of the biggest real estate brokerages on the Gulf Coast.
"If anyone had told me two weeks ago that I'd be getting the calls and e-mails I'm getting, I would have thought he was ready for the psychiatric ward."
Messages from those wanting to buy houses — whether intact or flooded — and commercial properties are outrunning those who want to sell by a factor of 20, said Sterbcow, who has set up temporary quarters in his firm's Baton Rouge office.
"We're pressing everyone into service just to answer the phones," he said.
These eager would-be buyers may be drawing their inspiration from Lower Manhattan, which proved a bonanza for those smart enough to buy condos there immediately after the Sept. 11 attack.
Of course, in southern Louisiana, everything is hypothetical for the moment. The storm destroyed many property records and displaced buyers, sellers, agents and title firms, so no deals are actually being done. Insurance companies haven't started to settle claims yet, much less determine how, or whether, they will insure New Orleans in the future. The city hasn't even been drained.
But people are thinking ahead, influenced by a single factor: the belief that hundreds of billions of dollars in government aid is going to create a boomtown. The people administering that aid will need somewhere to live, as will those doing the rebuilding. So will employees of companies lured back to the area, and the service people that attend to them.
All this will lead to what Sterbcow delicately calls a "reorientation" of the city.
"Everyone I talked to has said, 'Let's start with a clean sheet of paper, fix it and get it right,' " he said. "Some of the homes here were only held together by the termites."
What the owners of the city's estimated 150,000 flooded houses will get out of "reorientation" is unclear, especially if the houses were in bad shape and uninsured.
Some black New Orleans residents say dourly that they know what's coming. Melvin Gilbert, a maintenance crew chief in his 60s, stood outside an elegant hotel in the French Quarter this week and recalled how the neighborhood had been gentrified.
He remembered half a century ago when the French Quarter had a substantial number of black residents.
"Then the Caucasians started offering them $10,000 for their homes," he said. "Well, they only bought the places for $2,000, so they took it and ran."
The white residents restored the homes, which rose quickly in value. Gilbert said he expected the same dynamic when the floodwaters receded in the heavily black neighborhoods east of downtown.
The question of who should own New Orleans is already sparking tension. The first posting seeking New Orleans property "in any condition or location" was placed on Craigslist on Aug. 29, while the storm still raged. With small variation, it was repeated numerous times over the next week.
Some readers were infuriated. "Do you read/watch/understand any of the news broadcasts coming from the city? Or do you just go to 'Cashing in on Desperation, Despondency, and Depression: How to Make a Zillion Dollars investing in Disaster Area Real Estate' seminars. Sheeeeeesh!" wrote one.
The process of tracking down owners of deluged houses is greatly slowed by the absence of records. It's not going to be easy to find these people, said Farris, the Baton Rouge real estate agent.
What would she pay for a ruined house?
Farris demurred, saying it was too early to tell, but probably only the value of the land, if that. Though the French Quarter may be back to life within months, outlying districts such as North Bywater and the Lower 9th Ward will take years, if they ever do. Investors might hope this is the equivalent of buying land on the outskirts of a boomtown, but it's not a guarantee.
For one thing, there are already proposals to convert certain flooded areas — including some water-logged neighborhoods — into parks. Under the Supreme Court's recent ruling broadening the definition of eminent domain, speculators could be forced to sell their properties to the government.
That would be a great outcome for many homeowners in the parishes south and east of New Orleans that bore the brunt of the storm.
Six months ago, Todd La Valla, a Re/Max real estate agent, bought a four-unit apartment building for $59,000 in the community of Buras, an unincorporated hamlet in Plaquemines Parish 55 miles southeast of New Orleans.
The tenants evacuated in the storm, or at least La Valla hopes they did. He's sure the building is gone too, like just about everything else in the area. La Valla had no insurance, which means his $10,000 investment is probably a complete loss.
Yet where there's disaster, there's opportunity.
"I've had calls from investors in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York looking to buy property," La Valla said. "This is going to be hard for the poor, the elderly, those that didn't have insurance. But it's going to be great for some people."
At first, Lucia Blacksher thought she was in the bad news group. In June, she and her boyfriend put their entire savings, about $35,000, into their dream house — a century-old shotgun Victorian in the New Orleans neighborhood of Mid-City. When the storm came, they fled to Blacksher's parents' house in Birmingham, Ala.
The house, which cost $225,000, is partially flooded. Her boyfriend, a Virginian who figures he's seen enough of hurricanes to last him the rest of his life, wants to move. The insurance company won't return calls.
Last week, Blacksher was worried she would lose her beloved house either to foreclosure or a forced sale. One of those bottom-feeders would get it.
She was more optimistic Wednesday. Somehow, she would get through this.
"Because the house survived the storm, it will be even more valuable," she said. "You could offer me $300,000 and I wouldn't take it. No way."

Hey Slip, yes, from Liberty area. You? I got in at .0002 and out at .0007 when the volume slowed down. I had a buy order at .0003 all day today, but didn't get it.
There is a ton of money about to go in this area. This company is one of many getting an early start on revitalizing the flooded areas. 150,000 flooded homes, billions of dollars means lots of business. The $100,000+ homes being rebuilt are going to be taking the place of the $10,000 damaged homes. That is a lot of profit. A few contracts and this stock can really take off.
I don't know about the forward split, and how, or why they are doing that. Such a high o/s, why split forward? At this point, this is only a trade, not an investment IMHO. But I think it will make a lot of people some good money. Good Luck!

I'm down south near Olathe.
It's tough to tell someone to stay long in this stock, when you can make 20% easy in a single day. This coming from a large-cap guy who loves to see 10% on his money.
That being said, since this is my first play in the micro world, if I double my money, I'll be happy, but leave some in to see what happens through the F/S.
I think the stock has a lot of potential, but I think it will be tough to get it swinging up to the penny range and get it to stay there...

The bad thing is, they really have no past foundation to provide support or comfort, which is why they are .0004. They have a ridiculous amount of shares outstanding, which can change at any given day without our knowledge. They don't have any income, except off the sale of their stock. Not one legit stock advisor in the world would look at this stock.
The good thing is they are saying they are going into an area to do a job that can potentially make them a lot of money. They are typical of any startup company, though most don't survive. The stock is liquid enough for now to enter and exit easily. And, most of all, playing these pinkies is FUN. That is what it is all about. Never invest more than you can afford to lose in these type stocks.
I am looking for re-entry after evaluating in the morning. Good luck.

I use Ameritrade and I like to create limit sell orders. Then I just have to go to my "order status" page and I can quickly change the [bid] price.
This way, I don't have to go through all the steps of entering: 3000000, CWMF, limit, day, etc. By then, more opportunity might be gone!

To give you an idea of how great things are going to be down there, my brother-n-law owns a small trucking company and has taken some of his trucks down there. He cannot go directly through FEMA he has to go through a major contractor. FEMA is not giving everyone a number- only the major contractors get one. That means that there will be more people under their umbrella doing contract work through them. Even working through this his trucks are making $100 to $150 for every load they haul. He told me that he should easily see 1 mil this year. Think about it CWMF has a contractor number, not only are they allowed to do things but all those that are not able to acquire a number would have to go through them or someone like them. This will be very big for them.

As soon as Fema gives them the contracts, this stock is seriously going to explode upwards. I am now thinking that .002 is easily in the realm of short term possibilities. We are at .0005 so yes I do think we could go up over 4 times from here very soon. Did anyone see the poor guy who ended up buying today at .0035??? Ha ha that has to suck as he is going to have to wait until the stock climbs 7 times from where we are at. I do believe it will happen though!

I know Guthrie has to be sighing after all of this. I bet he can't believe how this has fallen into place for him. I know I would be feeling good about myself and future seeing all of this happen for me.
Just curious as to some thoughts of how high this one could actually go. Thinking that the rebuilding could take years. The president has already said that paying the debt of this thing would take generations to pay off. Who has a guess on CWMF's future?

As to how high this one can go? Well you are right about taking years to rebuild. I think that the height of this will come from contract awards and acquisitions. If by chance this new company plays their cards right, long term growth could be very achievable. Not sure if the forward split will help or hurt though. Most likely in the short term, it will help gain recognition. GLTA

Long term I think this company can become a dollar stock. 400 billion to rebuild the hurricane disaster zone and they will have a big part in it. Bottom line the stock is going to get noticed and well funded over the next few years.

i honestly think this stock will be talked about as one of the greatest runs in pennies. i just bought another 5mil and am completely loading up!
they are going to do a forward split which is good, but i mean all the fema contracts coming in, and all the recent good news and all the intrest and volume of late, i am honestly holding the majority of my shares for a long time unless some wants to pay me atleast .01 now so i can have more money to buy shares at the current level

I'm not quite that optimistic. 6 billion shares is A LOT of shares and after the F/S it is going to be 9 billion. IMO the shareholders would be better served if CWMF was buying shares back instead of executing the F/S. I'm in and I'm hoping for a quick turn around on it. The short term looks pretty good.

I understand the strategy. It might be a good idea in the short term but if that is their strategy in the long run, they might as well dilute a few trillion shares up front and it will all be the same in the end.

jdog, I don't think anyone in here is expecting a microsoft, but even at 9 bil shares the stock can still easily go to .005 to .01 you are only talking 45 to 90 mil dollars. That is not a lot if you think about it. Especially with the news on FEMA and the TX office. If and it should - go well this could help this company come out of the shell game and make it to possibly AMEX.

actually it doesnt do the same, f/s multiplys the amount ofshares (shorted or held), thus if an mm has 100k in shares shorted he now has 150K in shares shorted after the f/s. If they were to dilute it would make it easier for the mms to pick up shares to cover bc the mm would still only be short 100k and can pick up shares cheaper as the stock dilutes.

Yes that is true. But the shares are going to hit the open market eventually, thus driving the price lower just like dilution. That is what I meant by "the same in the end". It will probably work to stop NSS for now. But if they continue to pull F/S to combat NSS, the shareholders will be screwed in the end.

All I know is that all of these people that are selling right now at .0004 is good because that means they are not able to buy any lower. They will now have to pay higher to get in when it does take off and they are going to be chasing the bid and not be. I am loaded up at .00038 and I plan on making some serious money on this one. I read that it is extremely rare for a penny stock(.0001-.20,.30etc.) to hit $1 and beyond. the 52 week high for CWMF was $.39 does anyone believe it will hit that number again? does anyone think it will ever go beyond $1? If it ever did that I think everyone hear would be retiring early.

Yep would be rare but possible. Again, the bottom line is how much money are they going to make from the hurricane relief effort. 400 billion to rebuild so with loans and acquistions, what would that do the PPS over the next few years?

With the current share structure? It would take a lot of investor money to drive 6 - 9 billion shares to .10 IMO it is impossible.

IMO It won't take very many more days with volume like this. The pressure is rising higher and higher with every day that we have like this. Eventually the MM's won't be able to hold it down. It is going to reach it's boiling point and explode upwards (at least double or triple current PPS).

I noticed it was trading at about .25 back in March. Have they issued alot more shares since then. Why the big drop if no dilution has been going on. I see nothing about more shares being issued other than this deal coming up in a few days.

CWMF is a pink sheet stock. So the filing requirements are seriously limited. You might try contacting the transfer agent:

I've heard that the O/S is 6 billion (you could find out for sure from the T/A if they haven't been gagged). If the O/S is indeed 6 billion, I find it hard to believe that they could have an O/S that large without dilution.

Well, this is kinda scary...Just looking at NOAH website, and the predicted path for RITA doesn't bode well for New Orleans again....Looks like possibly more flooding, and additional wind damage are possible, though too early to tell. Also, looks pretty bad for Texas gulf coast. Hate to think about that, but could be more for CWMF in the way of contracts...if the worst happens. Any thoughts on what this could mean for after the split?...Just wondering...

I don't know how the Gulf Coast situation could be much worse than it is already. The whole area has to be rebuilt with or without another storm. A little more rain on top of the rubble probably won't make much difference. The pumps might have to run a little longer. If Rita causes a catastrophe somewhere else, I suppose it could mean more revenue for CWMF. BUT how many contracts can they handle? A little financing company like CWMF can't be prepared to rebuild the whole country.

Remember though you sell your shares you won't get them at .0004 anymore. You will have to buy at your sell price or higher, because it is too close to the split.

i follow market maker DOMS the majority of the time before i buy a stock i always like to see where he is on the bid and/or ask, as he can make or break a run. yesterday he was at .01 on the ask thats what made me buy a chunk more of CWMF and now today he is at .04 on the ask!!!

Really low volume so far when compared to what it has done for the last several days. I think the MMs are trying to shake so they can get more shares. You don't jump from 4 to 6 in a blink of an eye for no reason. They are trying to play around with it for profit in hopes of also shaking a few hands.

Imran I agree. It has to do now more with the MMS than anything else. We have until next Friday for the shares to split. Higher numbers are going to be here that is no question it's just a matter of when. For every one waiting for 2's and 3's it isn't going to happen. I agree with you Rules. It could be a number of things. You could have people expecting a higher price and they may start selling off. I honestly don't expect to see anything major until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. That is my personal opinion. Persia, there will definitely be news because FEMA has alloted CWMF a contractors number. By doing so CWMF is going to be allowed to conduct business in New Orlens cleanup and rebuilding. There are only so many numbers alloted and only major contractors are allowed to have the numbers. Everyone else is contracted off of the contractors. CWMF will be helping to finance and partner with land development. Go to OTCBB.com and read up on them.

I think that depends on why they are offering up the shares. Some say that it's to prevent the MM's from shorting the shares. If that is the case, I can see the shares going up a bit, because the MM's can't drive the shares back down.
If that isn't it, it could be the company wants to slide into dillution.
I guess the jury is still out.

Slippery, the shares are not coming until next friday so I doubt you will see a major move this week. I feel like it will be happening Tues. and Wed. I could be wrong, but people want to make sure that nothing happens before then. Everybody wants to wait until the last min. to jump in. But when it happens you will have those that didn't jump in at the right time and they will be the ones driving the price out the roof, chasing the bid. The best note to go on though is the fact that since early last week you have not seen the ASK price at .0004 It is not going there. You have all of these guys selling at .0004. No one not even The MMS can't make money until it hits' .0005 so it will be taking off, just be patient and make sure you're buckled up for a quick take off!!!

the bid is getting stronger at 3 and the bid is strong at 4, and buys are steadily coming in at 5(even though they are not getting of the ask) but these 3 things make me think this is going to explode very very very soon, sonner then we all think. yes the float is pretty big, but u have to remmember we have already had i thikn 2 days in the last few days where we have traded over 500 mil + if we get BIG news we will have huge 500 mil + volume for the whole week which means the whole float could be traded in a week or so!!
i thikn this will really blow i honestly am only watching this one looking for my 4th buy, i want 15 mil shares i am a greedy mofo, but i am pretty sure it will be worth it in the end

Just remember, while we all think this could really take off, it is still a penny stock (or a micro stock). Your shares could be worth nothing just as easy as they could be worth millions (if not easier).
I wouldn't throw ALL your money at it.
There will always be more oportunities just like this one after you take your profits from CWMF...

CWMF needs to come through with something substantial. The FEMA application was a good start. IMO they need to back it up better than they have so far.
CWMF is looking for joint ventures.
CWMF is talking to 2 parties about possible joint ventures.
IMO we need to see some completed deals that are going to bring in some revenues. I like the fact that they keep shareholders informed but I want to see something definite already.

Here is why I am thinking of holding through the split now that we are seeing nice stability at this level: Say you have 1 mill shares at .0005, value $500. Post split you will have 1.5 mill obviously, value at .0005 $750. However, lets forsee a 33% fall in pps (thus keeping the market cap the same) because the o/s will be 33% greater (in terms of relative o/s, meaning the o/s after the split). .0005*.33 = .000335. Meaning that it will take for this to fall to .0003 or below for us to lose money on this if you bought at .0005. My guess is that it wont go that low, bc our pps will go up (again obviously) pre-split. This is a no lose situation going on pure math.

Imran - I am in agreement with you. People want to see a pop of two or more, but just like the other day. This thing was trying to push .001. If it goes just over that to .0011 this thing will automaticall jump .0014 easy and I am calling it now so I can get the credit for it. Example when this thing hit seven it went directly to .0009 and stayed there. It jumped two because people saw us break the barrrier. The same thing will happen over .001. I hope everyone the best. BIG RED hang in there man. We have all taken a pounding over the past few months because of the economy and weather. You will do fine$$$$$$ :-)

on another board someone mentioned this could ((( maybe ))) move like ZENX , and that ZENX was at .10 amonth ago looking back,, and there first contract was for 20 mil..and now they were increased to 60 mil, i guess time will tell, CWMF does have the DHS-FEMA contractors approval number...and from what i understand not everyone gets a DHS-FEMA number. correct me if iam wrong lets hope for the best. and CWMF does get contracts.

Here's a question, I remember reading when I was first doing some research on this one that the split was originally scheduled for August 31 of this year, with 15 for every 100 F/S.
Then they delayed that to the end of this month for a 2-1 F/S.
Any idea why they delayed the split? Any chance of that happening again?

Remember that Texas is one of the states they focus on. With Rita lurking in the gulf, it appears that she will make landfall somewhere between NO and TX. Unfortunate for the residents there, but this is only going to add on the huge rebuilding plan already underway. The government will be scooping up any contractor that is available. Since CWMF has its FEMA number, the opportunities for contracts and profit are endless. CWMF will be a funnel to collect and capitalize on the rebuilding opportunities for years to come. --IMO of course

ya ya no one is telling you to buy. You are your own person. I don't think that you should sway people either way, just like no one should sway you to buy you shouldn't sway anyone not to buy. Fact is 1) CWMF is going to split shares for every 100 shares a stockholder owns as of Sept. 30th. 2)Only so many people are getting a FEMA contractors number which CWMF has. 3)The place is totally devasted and there will be more work than any one or one hundred companies can take care of so I'm not worried about if they get a contract it's just a matter of when. The artical said that they have partnered with some companies from the area. Obiviously those guys are already in business in that area and know people so that is a good thing. There is more positive than negative. If you feel negative about it then why own it. Sell your shares and be free of this. Don't bring your negativity in here so that we have to argue. People are just expressing themselves. If this was flying high you would have no problem posting positive. Don't be a roller coaster up and down. Like it or dump your shares.

I know Big Red. It's funny how the same people are the ones who can't wait to post when things are going crazy and the numbers are running up. I like it because you get all of them to sell low and then they chase the bid up. They need to learn how to trade stocks and learn that a lot of things happen out of sentiment. They don't realize that they are playing right into the MM's hands. They set back and take their money and then sell you the shares at a higher price because you got scared out of it and sold at a rock bottom price. This isn't pumping this is trading 101. Learn from your first mistakes. If you buy a stock hold on to it until you make money. Warren Buffet sets on some of his for 5 to ten years. Do you think guys like that made it by getting scared. No they knew who they had invested in, they did their research and then they chose to invest. The only reason people get scared is because they never research and they invest blindly into something someone else throwed on the main board GOING UP!!! GET IN!!! If you bought this stock calm down. I could almost guarantee that I own more of this stock than anyone on this board. I own over 20 mil shares so if you have 5 mil quit worrying. I have traded for a few years and I would not be going through this if it was not worth it. And yes I can prove it by doing a screen shot of the 20 + mil shares. shome - thanks for the words...I'm only doing this now for a little over a month. I read a lot, and follwo you and a few others, I started with 7K, which for me was a lot....initially, I lost about 2300, but now that I've learned a few lessons, I've recouped alomst all of it, and anticipate making a bunch. I own 4M of CWMF, just wish I had some free funds, I'd try to get to at least 10M!!

Another hurricane scheduled for delivery this weekend spells an over decline in the market. However, beings CWMF is looking for more FEMA contracts, I think they will have more than enough cash flow coming in soon. Time for them to talk FEMA contracts and what it means for their company if it all pans out. Tomorrow, this stock may be in play again as we are one week away and one serious PR from hitting it big.

I am starting to fear dilution here. As ugly as that sounds when there are already 6 billion shares and soon to be 9 billion.
No one has been able to buy at .0004 and there have consistently been a lot of sells at .0004. That is either a lot of people taking losses or dilution.

its all MM manipulations , to get you to sell , we all know there will be good news by next fri, the MMs know it also,, so they shake the tree for cheap shares, then sell them to you on the run for more.. the MMs only want movement either selling or buying they make money on the spread,, run it up you buy high , shake the tree you sell low, then run it up again and sell it high... imo iam going to hold til next fri and maybe after the split,, contracts should come with everything going on in New Orleans

Getting people to sell their shares won't cause the price to stabilize. If you wanted the price to stabilize you'd try to convince everyone to hold on to their shares.
And on the contrary, when the split comes to further dilute the shares, and the price tanks, you will be the one wishing you got out. Right?
You can hope and dream all you want, but there is no technical basis for your comments. There's no reason we HAVE to see news next week at all.
It could be that the company wants to dilute the shares for their own profits. It could be that the company may come out and delay the split. Just like it did in August. And remember, that was before they even had any "huricane" basis!
So if you want to be positive, that's great. But there's a whole lot of negative that can very easily put you back in your place...
The people that are really "scared" got out of this stock long ago. It has, and always will be a gamble.

heres the thing: The bid has been at 3 for the past two days, etrd came up on 4 for like 10 min earlier thats it, all those trades at 4 were when hdsn came down. Hence, those trades are BUYS. Signs of dilution occur when the ask gets lowered and HUGE sells go through at the bid. I know this from CNES, WFTV and others. Just be patient, im still in for all my shares, looking for more on monday at 4.

Hey Slippery Wing for your information I own a lot of this and yes it will cause it to stablize once every seller has sold. All you will have after that is buyers. I do have a basis for this company having good news. Show me one piece of bad news on this company. You can't all you have is the fearful words of others who are afraid when the price goes down. I want the stock to go up just like you and others do, but sitting in here posting crap like "I don't know what's happenning - It doesn't look good and blah blah blah does not help for people who are in here looking for facts. The fact is that they have a lot of positives going into the FEMA cleanup and fact is that just because they are going from 6 bil to 9 bil shares means nothing bad. They traded 700 plus mil in one day. The float can be taken care of in one good day of trading which happened last week when it went to .0009. Give me facts as to why this company is a bad investment right now. You don't have any!!!

CWMF got a FEMA contract number? So what! Can you verify that through FEMA? How many numbers were given out? That doesn't necessarily mean they're going to put it to use.
I don't have any bad news. You'll never hear any bad news coming from a stock like this. Why would they publish bad news? They don't have to.
Wanna curb the people who post "I don't know what's happening - It doesn't look good..."? Then why don't you post something useful instead of just telling them to sell their shares.
Jmoove has this figured out. Posting nothing but valuable information from his experiences and pure numbers. Is he gonna pick up some more? Probably, but he's not telling ME to.

I'm not selling. I'm not even thinking about it. I'm in at 6 and 7 and I'm not taking a loss. I am a little disappointed this isn't moving yet with the F/S and cleanup contracts quickly approaching. I'm gonna holdout at least until this starts moving.

I think there is potential. I had some "play" money to gamble with, and CWMF has some potential to return on that gamble. That being said, I went into the stock willing to lose it all. Every single penny.
Do they have potential to turn a pretty profit on my money? Of course they do, or I wouldn't be in it.
But it is a pure speculation play. There are no fundamentals to it. Would the stock be in the same position, holding the same potential without the damage from Katrina? Nope.
Additionally, this Damian Guthrie guy has is hand in all kinds of different cookie jars acting as "president". Just do a google search on him.
One of the reasons to form so many different companies is the ability to generate revenue off shareholders, and then liquidate that company into it's parent company. Happens all the time off the pink sheets...
So am I a little cautious about the stock? You better believe it. Sure I hope we all make a little money in it, and I think we will. But to pontificate about news that really isn't worth anything doesn't bode well for your bottom line.
On that note, good luck to you. But don't put all your eggs in one basket.

HDSN is a MM (Market Maker) and DD means Due Diligence. Market Makers are major brokers where smaller brokerages get the shares they sell you.

Polar, Read back through this thread, we all wish for .01 or .02...I have 4M shares, a couple others have 5 - 10M shares, and I think if your go back a few pages, you will find someone who has 20M shares. Realistically, I have to agree with those who say .001 - .003 is going to be great. Perosnally, I'm thinking half out at .001, and hanging on through the split with the other half, just to see what happens. $40 investment for your 100K shares will have to do some serious increase just to cover your commissions. GOOD LUCK!! - FYI - I'm a noobie to, I follow a select few advice on this board. Pick who you follow carefully, and learn to do some quality DD on your own. Don't follow blindly.

jmoove the 999999 are schwab trades the system only does 6 digits for trades, unless they have driffrent systems say for day traders etc. it will show more in " your acct " but trades buy or sell 6 digits with schwab you can't buy a block say 2 mil that would be two orders for 999999 thats the only way i have been able to do it.

That's great news Data. I wish he would be releasing a PR about contracts that ARE completed instead of contracts that are ALMOST completed. It is still good to hear. The O/S is SO large though and it's about to be a lot larger. I wonder what future plans are for a R/S or a buyback program. A buyback would be awesome.

with the problem in New Orleans, and maybe in Texas,, there will be alot of construction and cleanup work along with loans for building, EPYH just on speculation about assisting in a cleanup/rebuilding moved up quite abit friday 83%,, CWMF is in the right place at the right time, and have contracts almost completed, and some JVs , i would think after the split this could still be good,, MMs are holding it back and acumulating for the run imho. I think CWMF is going to fly this week. Those contracts have to be awarded soon as FEMA is under pressure to get the rebuilding and clean up into high gear. I am looking for a Tuesday or Wednesday push as well. Thursday is probably going to be an explosion upwards.

as i said before ,, maybe this is possible... if CWMF could get 1/3 the dollar in contracts that ZENX got where would the pps be at. just wondering, Zenx started out with a 20 mil contract, and .10 pps , then was upped to a 60 mil contract and ran to over $1.00 there is alot of work to be done in the hurracanie areas maybe we could get to a penny.....or two. imo its not in stone.....

I don't know what to expect from the F/S. We should start to see real soon. I'm starting to think that I might hold through the split. I was a little worried that PPS would fall but it can't go much lower and if a PR with contracts comes out afterward I'll have 33% more shares (and 33% more profit).
I'd like to see a PR with some substance. Let's see some contracts.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - More than 80 percent of the $1.5 billion in contracts signed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to clean up after Hurricane Katrina were awarded without bidding or with limited competition, the New York Times reported on Monday.

The newspaper, citing government records, said some of the bids are provoking concern among auditors and government officials about the potential for favoritism or abuse.
The first detailed tally of commitments from federal agencies since Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast four weeks ago shows more than 15 contracts exceed $100 million, including five of $500 million or more. Most were for clearing trees, homes and cars strewn across the region; purchasing mobile homes; or providing trucks, ships, buses and planes.
Already, the Times said, questions have been raised about the political connections of two contractors -- the Shaw Group and Kellogg, Brown & Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton that have been represented by lobbyist Joe Allbaugh, President George W. Bush's ex-campaign manager and former head of FEMA.
"When you do something like this, you do increase the vulnerability for fraud, plain waste, abuse and mismanagement," the Times quoted Richard Skinner, inspector general for the Department of Homeland Security, as saying. "We are very apprehensive about what we are seeing."
Bills have come in for deals that apparently were clinched with a handshake, with no documentation to back them up, said Skinner, who declined to provide details.
Some industry and government officials questioned the costs of debris-removal contracts, saying the Army Corps of Engineers had allowed a rate that was too high, the Times said.
Congressional investigators are also looking into the $568 million awarded to AshBritt, a Pompano Beach, Florida company that was a client of the former lobbying firm of Governor Haley Barbour of Mississippi, the Times said.
The newspaper said some businesses awarded large contracts have records of performing similar work, but they also have had some problems. CH2M Hill and the Fluor Corp., two engineering companies awarded a total of $250 million in contracts, were previously cited by regulators for safety violations at a weapons plant cleanup.
The Bechtel Corp., awarded a contract that could be worth $100 million, is under scrutiny for its oversight of the "Big Dig" construction project in Boston, the Times said.
And Kellogg, Brown & Root, which was given $60 million in contracts, was rebuked by federal auditors for unsubstantiated billing from the Iraq reconstruction and criticized for bills like $100-per-bag laundry service. All of the companies have publicly defended their performance.

Haliburton and Bush's cronies strike again. If this many contracts have already been signed, it bodes badly for CWMF. Hope they get thrown a bone and have some other big contracts in the works unrelated to FEMA. I'm going to get itchy to sell a little above .001 if doesn't start to move faster.... But I'm getting a bit concerned that selling at .0005 or .0006 could be the safest bet, since things could bottom out from investor disapointment if no FEMA contracts are awarded ... I'm going to cross my fingers and bet this is worth a longer hold, for now. Wish Amer_Bull listed CWMF--it might not be the best indicator, but a good buy-if rec from AB always makes me feel better. Look, the MMs are selling for $30 here and there. They are having trouble getting shares at .0004 so that is good news. Plus, they probably are only screwing around holding it down so that they can get some sellers at this price but they are struggling here. Thinking .0004 is gone so they are going to have to let it hop back up to .0005 and start accumulating there.

Hey J, could you post some L2s? Tomorrow would be the perfect time to release a PR stating the forward split, free shares, and upcoming contracts from FEMA in both hurricane hit states. Lol, dont take the moron comment personally as it is not directed at anyone in particular other than the person thinking they can sell high and get back in low in the next day or two. I could careless of who sells so that was my general observation. Too many get upset over the silliest things.

1. Everyone buys like crazy because they have announced contracts between now and friday, hence leading most of us to hold through the split, price is stable after split 2. Contract news, buys like crazy, everyone bails before the bell bc they think this is a total scam, and used as a ploy to dilute 3. No contract News before split, still good buys, people hold through the split thinking there might be contracts, contracts come after the split pps rises, making all of us a bunch of money 4. I filled another million at .0004 again, no problem. Glad to have more of this but seems there are still plenty of sellers to keep the price down. Volume at 97,792,500, though, so that's not bad. I'm down about 5% today on every one of my stocks, so maybe it's just a bad day all around.... the last few good days still haven't made up for the general losing funk of August-September, but CWMF is my best bet right now... seems to have some bounce.

After following this company and CEO for the last several months it's amazing that people are still buying into the PR and expecting a big run. It will fall back down to .0002 a ton of new PR will come out it will run to .0006 and fall. Make money on the swings. One month ago the CEO was in Isreal with big news / now there are looming contracts in New Orleans? There is a pattern here if anyone cares to notice.

This doesn't appear to be heating up much and we are almost at mid-week. I'm going to have to assess my position based on what happens tomorrow. If anything, it looks like we are seeing less buying pressure. Maybe it is just MM games. We are getting close to decision time either way.

Ya Ya I got news for you. I am going to start running down the stocks on the boards that you are invested in. Is that ok? I am sure you wouldn't mind since you try to lure people away from this stock. I guess it's ok for guys like me and Jmoove and jdog and others to do the same on your board. Is that what I am hearing from you? If not shut your mouth and go on a board where you are invested and to people who really care about what you have to say. It's no secret that you have lost money on this stock and you want others to follow you because your upset. You can tell when a person has lost money on a stock they can't just go on. They have to whine and go on and on about a stock. Folks do your own research and look for links on everything you do and provide them. This is a good stock. The owner has had trouble in the past and has wound up in a good thing that he wasn't looking for. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. This just happened to be his!!! I agree, JM. But I think you'll need to be prepared to click the sell button at any time. There's really no telling how far this will go up, if at all, and how long it will stay there.
In my opinion, if it goes to 0.0006, I've made a good return on my money. Beyond that, everythings gravy...
As people have mentioned before, don't get greedy and stay in too long!
That being said, I'm not sure I like how this Guthrie guy runs his show (or shows for that matter). I can understand setting up multiple firms if each firm takes a specific risk. But to set up multiple firms that offer the same service and offering stock on both of them....
All I'm saying is that there is something fishy about that, and to not attempt to sit on this too long.

This stock is a huge POS. I am so glad that I jumped out at .0007 a couple weeks ago. This thing is trying every trick in the book to get the price up and nothing works... Sorry to say it but this ship already sailed and if you didn't get off then you are left holding the bag.

Thanks Lu, but that form was filed for CSIN. It has nothing to do with CWMF other than Mr. Guthrie is the CEO of both companies.
I don't think I would characterize it as "pocket change" without futher proof. That transfer could have been for any number of business related expenses which have nothing to do with CWMF.

We still have plenty of time to run up. Don't think it is over by any means. Remember, there will be those getting on board for the free shares so that alone should drive us up. Any positive pr is only more iceing on the cake.

It's funny when i read this thread and alot of people come down on me for being neg.but i only post pr's from the company or the price of the stock at the moment or the bid/ask price.I hear people alot more negative then myself post and nothing is said to them,funny.As for knowing my situation i would say you are wrong.I am retired at forty years old because i made the right investments for instance i put many thousands of dollars in companies when they first went public like...TASR,EBAY,DELL.I was taught to invest young so i invested in these at differant times and made a killing.I use what i call fun money for these stocks i just hate seeing people getting the short end of the stick by others that say that you better by this or you will miss the boat.Very few companies in the pinks make it long term but most everyone has the dream of being rich.So when you tell me what a loser i am think about the others on this and other threads telling you this is a can't miss stock and in a year from now see if you ever hear from them again.They will be sipping drinks on an Island with your money.

I don't see it that way. Not trying to be negative, but either Guthrie is throwing these PR's out there to try and sustain investors, or he doesn't know how to write a very good PR.
In the first paragraph, it says that "...has submitted and application...to view and receive contract documents for all Federal Business opportunities above $25,000 in value."
They submitted an application! So what!
The second paragraph states that they are negotiating joint ventures with architects, etc, to work in the region.
I got news for you. I'm negotiating a joint venture with the neighbor kid next door to mow my grass. But he hasn't received approval from his parents to work for me.
The PR says nothing in my opinion, but take it for what it's worth.

It seems to me, and I don't have much experience in the market, that this particular situation (Katrina/Rita) is unlike opportunities most of you have seen in the past. with the possibility of 100s of billions of $$ going out and whistle blowers watching the big boys (Haliburton's), I would think it is reasonable to think that opportunities do exist for the little guys like CWMF. I have a little bit of experience in government/military contracts and I can tell you that there are regulations that give local, minority and smaller companies some advantages when bidding on contracts. With CWMF being small and located in Dallas is a good thing.

130 mill shares well imo one of two things
1. Dilution a. schb is off the bid, but nite and jeff stayed on for the whole thing, when dilution occurs, someone has to pay for it and eat it, mms generally dont like to do that. 2. MM trades a. a good possibility due to the split

I doubt it. That is warning investors of the typical high pressure sales tactics (fax, phone calls, mailings, etc). CWMF had a F/S planned and it just happened to occur at the same time as a hurricane that they might profit from.

Yeah i got it another 150k at .0003 , i hope every bodys right about this i would love to see green by friday on this. I currently am holding 250k at an average of .00042.Plan on getting out real quick once i see green .

Don't read too much into it. It could have been a broken order. Say someone purchased 405000 shares and the MM's filled him with 400000 and then filled the remaining 5000.

Maybe you guys shouldn't try to figure someone else's commissions based on what you are paying. You shouldn't be ridiculing ANYONE. He has invested what he felt he could afford and what he wanted to invest in this stock. Why make fun of him? If this stock tanks to .0001 he'll be laughing at you guys. J - what I got from the FEMA info is that they have dramatically cut the bid process, and ar egenerally awarding contracts to (as much as possible) locals. Also, based on some news I heard today on the local radio, they are saying that contracts are being awarded in an average of 8 days. Now I'm not saying anything, but I would thinnk that if Damien had some contracts, we should know something by now, wouldn't you think? I'm hanging in for .0008 then out on Friday.

Jdog, I think you make a good point. To add to it, I think that if people who start in the market would start off with say $250 or $500 and see what they can do with it in penny stocks, there would not be so many with so little.

I tried to figure out how to verify that CWMF actually HAS a contractor number, to no avail. There is no way to search for contractors.

I hate to say it but this usually is a hype play. They offer free shares f/s and there is hopefully a run right before shareholders of record date is official because those trying to get the extra shares. But the big problem is that the o/s is now 50% larger then it was before meaning the PPS will decrease in price. ICAN was an example of that. My guess is those that sell if the hype run happens will be the winners here. Because those that hold for example the PPS is .0003 bid .0004 ask and after the f/s its .0002 - .0003 then really you are no better off and closer to the .0001 abyss.
If you have 1 million shares as your example states the you will own 1.5 million after the forward split.

It only gets better from here people!!! Everyone has there opinion but let's face it MMS are going to be hurt in the short haul of this and that's where the money will be made. If you are thinking about buying now is a good opportunity. Not only that but CWMF has it's name in the hat for FEMA contracts and their is plenty of work to do in the states of Louisana, Texas, Mississippi

I think they need a good pr with facts that they are actually doing something because the 2-1 split alone with this is not going to do anything.I agree with the CEO tryng to rally the troops but unfortunatly investers are very smart and can see beyond just hoopla and see what they are really doing.I am still going to hold because one of these days they are going to get a contract and when they do this is going to go.

you know its kinda sad, what people's expectations can be,,last fri on just a (ceo hype) about developing a plan to assist in the hurracaine cleanup EPYH shot up 83% this was just a (statement) thinking about a plan, not even contracts just a plan to assist. CWMF should climb up with a FEMA number and contracts (in) the works, almost completed, i would think that contracts are on the way, imo

they can bid on whatever contracts they want (In any facet for the federal govt, not only cleanup), the 25k number is mandated by CCR (Central Contractor Registration).
Im going to check iwatch to see if these are retail buys

I think the company is heading in the right direction but they need to do several things:
1) Get in actual contracts!
2) Buy back a boat load of shares to get the PPS up.
3) Rinse and repeat!

I guess my strongest point for holding (if the pps stays this low) is that we dont stand much to lose for a couple reasons. 1. If we get contracts the o/s is not going to matter, this should spike back to 5 or 6 post split. 2. If that happens we effectively make 50% more on our shares, and mms will be cooperating with us, bc you better believe that they shorted this stock.

Exactly why I am not fearing the split as actual signed contracts should start coming in soon. Add a fema contract and we should really spike. Everyone needs to spread the word.......tomorrow is free shares day! One would think we should see a spike at the end of the day but then again nothing has worked according to my theory on this one.

my concern leans more toward the contracts. i believe they may the key that unlocks the door. its been nearly a month since katrina, i understand rita held up the process a little, but shouldnt they have at least signed one contract?
